Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The core of the utility model is to provide a pair of glasses, conveniently realize the dismantlement of picture frame and mirror leg.
Please refer to fig. 1-9, which are drawings illustrating the present invention.
The utility model provides a pair of glasses, including picture frame 1 and mirror leg 2, for the convenience of description, will be called first person in picture frame 1 and mirror leg 2 any one, then the second person in picture frame 1 and mirror leg 2 is called the second two. For example, when the frame 1 is the first, the temple 2 is the second; when the spectacle frame 1 is the second one, the temple 2 is the first one, so as to describe the relative position relationship among the structures later.
Wherein, the first one is provided with a rotatable rotating part 3, and the second one is provided with an insertion groove for inserting the rotating part 3; the second one also has the movable joint part 4, the joint part 4 can be switched over between the first position and the second position, when the joint part 4 is in the first position, it is connected with rotating part 3; when the clamping piece 4 is at the second position, the clamping piece is separated from the rotating piece 3.
It can be understood that, rotate 3 inserts the insertion inslot, and when joint spare 4 was in the primary importance, can realize joint spare 4 and rotate 3 joints of piece, because rotate 3 and locate the first person in picture frame 1 and mirror leg 2, joint spare 4 locates the second two in picture frame 1 and mirror leg 2, consequently, joint spare 4 and the 3 joints back of rotating, can realize being connected of picture frame 1 and mirror leg 2. In addition, the rotating piece 3 is rotatably arranged on the first person, so that the rotating piece 3 can drive the second person to rotate relative to the first person through the rotation of the rotating piece 3 relative to the first person, so that the relative rotation of the glasses legs 2 and the glasses frame 1 is realized, and the glasses legs 2 are opened or folded. It will be appreciated that the direction of the axis of rotation of the rotor 3 is perpendicular to the direction of rotation of the temple 2, and the rotor 3 is rotatably mounted on the first one, so as to allow the temple 2 to rotate with respect to the frame 1, thus allowing the temple 2 to be opened or folded.
In addition, when joint spare 4 was in the second position, made joint spare 4 and rotated piece 3 and break away from the joint to remove the constraint effect of joint spare 4 to rotating piece 3, make to rotate piece 3 and take out in can following the insertion groove, and then make picture frame 1 and mirror leg 2 break away from each other, reach the purpose of dismantling picture frame 1 and mirror leg 2.
It can be seen that when the rotating member 3 is inserted into the insertion slot and the engaging member 4 is at the first position, the connection between the spectacle frame 1 and the spectacle legs 2 can be realized; since the rotor 3 is rotatably provided to the first one (the frame or the temple), the basic folding and unfolding functions of the glasses can be realized. When the glasses legs 3 or the glasses frame 1 need to be replaced, the clamping pieces 4 are located at the second position, so that the clamping pieces 4 are separated from the clamping connection with the rotating pieces 3, the rotating pieces 3 can be pulled out from the insertion grooves, the separation of the glasses frame 1 and the glasses legs 2 is realized, and the purpose of detaching the glasses legs 2 and the glasses frame 1 is achieved; then, the new spectacle frame 1 or spectacle legs 2 are replaced, and the rotating piece 3 is inserted into the insertion groove, so that the clamping piece 4 is located at the first position.
Therefore, when the glasses are connected with the glasses frame 1 and the glasses legs 2, the glasses frame 1 and the glasses legs 2 are convenient to detach, the glasses frame 1 or the glasses legs 2 in different styles can be replaced conveniently, when any one of the glasses frame 1 and the glasses legs 2 is damaged, the new glasses frame 1 or the new glasses legs 2 can be replaced conveniently in time, and a great deal of convenience is brought to a user; in addition, the connecting structure does not need to be fastened through screws, so that the phenomenon that parts such as screws fall off does not occur in the process of disassembling and assembling the glasses frame 1 and the glasses legs 2, and the operation is convenient.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a specific moving manner of the clamping member 4 is not limited, for example, the clamping member 4 can be switched between the first position and the second position in a swinging manner, that is, the clamping member 4 can be swingably disposed on the second position, the clamping member 4 is connected to a first driving member for driving the clamping member to swing, and the first driving member can be a mechanism for outputting a rotational motion, such as a rotating motor, so as to drive the clamping member 4 to swing back and forth through the first driving member, so as to switch between the first position and the second position. Certainly, the clamping member 4 can also be slidably disposed on the second driving member, and the clamping member 4 is connected to a second driving member for driving the second driving member to slide, and the second driving member can be a linear motor, a linear module or other power assembly capable of outputting linear reciprocating motion. That is, the second driving member drives the clamping member 4 to extend back and forth, so that the clamping member 4 is switched between the first position and the second position.
In view of the simplicity of construction and at the same time for cost saving purposes, it is preferable that, on the basis of the above-described embodiment, the second member is provided with the first elastic member 5, the engaging member 4 is connected to the first elastic member 5, and the first elastic member 5 is used for urging the engaging member 4 to the first position. Because first elastic component 5 itself has elasticity, have the attribute that produces elastic deformation after receiving the extrusion, consequently, utilize this attribute of first elastic component 5, through applying external force to joint spare 4, can make joint spare 4 extrude first elastic component 5, and then take place elastic deformation along with first elastic component 5 for the position of joint spare 4 changes, thereby can make joint spare 4 follow primary importance and move to the second place, make it break away from the joint with rotating 3. When removing the external force that applys to joint spare 4, under the elasticity restoring force effect of first elastic component 5 for joint spare 4 is rebounded to the primary importance from the second place, realizes joint spare 4 and the joint that rotates piece 3. The structure is simple, the realization is convenient, no power source is needed, and the cost can be saved.
It can be understood that the first elastic member 5 may be a torsion spring, and at this time, the clamping member 4 may be swingably disposed on the second elastic member, and the clamping member 4 may be swung from the first position to the second position by applying an external force to the clamping member 4 manually to cause the clamping member 4 to extrude the torsion spring, so that the clamping member 4 and the rotating member 3 are disengaged from each other; when removing the external force back that applys to joint spare 4, rely on the elasticity restoring force of torsional spring self to order about joint spare 4 and swing to the primary importance, realize joint spare 4 and the joint that rotates piece 3.
Certainly, the first elastic member 5 may also be a spring, at this time, the clamping member 4 may be slidably disposed on the second elastic member, the sliding direction of the clamping member 4 is the same as the telescopic direction of the first elastic member 5, and the clamping member 4 may be slid from the first position to the second position by artificially applying an external force to the clamping member 4 to cause the clamping member 4 to extrude the first elastic member 5, so that the clamping member 4 and the rotating member 3 are disengaged from each other; when removing the external force back that applys to joint spare 4, rely on the elasticity restoring force of first elastic component 5 self to order about joint spare 4 and slide to the primary importance, realize joint spare 4 and the joint that rotates piece 3.
In view of the simplicity of the movement of the snap-in member 4, it is preferable that the snap-in member 4 is slidably provided to the second.
In addition, the embodiment does not limit the specific clamping manner between the rotating member 3 and the clamping member 4, and in consideration of the convenience of clamping, on the basis of the above embodiment, the rotating member 3 is provided with the first hook 31, and the clamping member 4 is provided with the second hook 411 for being hooked with the first hook 31. That is, in the embodiment, the rotating member 3 is clamped with the clamping member 4 by the engagement of the first hook 31 and the second hook 411; when the first hook 31 and the second hook 411 are disengaged, the rotating member 3 and the clamping member 4 can be disengaged from each other, and the clamping mode is simple and convenient to realize.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the sliding direction of the clamping member 4 is not limited, and the sliding direction of the clamping member 4 may be parallel to the length extending direction of the second hook 411, or may be parallel to the orientation of the second hook 411. It can be understood that when the sliding direction of the engaging member 4 is parallel to the length extending direction of the second hook 411, when an external force is applied to the engaging member 4, the engaging member 4 slides along the length extending direction of the second hook 411, and when the engaging member 4 slides to a position where the second hook 411 and the first hook 31 are completely staggered, the engaging member 4 and the rotating member 3 can be disengaged; when the first elastic element 5 makes the clamping element 4 slide to the second clamping hook 411 and the first clamping hook 31 completely align to the clamping by means of elastic force, the clamping of the clamping element 4 and the rotating element 3 can be realized.
When the sliding direction of the clamping member 4 is parallel to the direction of the second hook 411, when an external force is applied to the clamping member 4, the second hook 411 of the clamping member 4 slides in the direction away from the first hook 31, and when the clamping member 4 slides to the end of the second hook 411 completely separated from the end of the first hook 31, the clamping member 4 and the rotating member 3 can be separated from clamping; when the first elastic element 5 makes the clamping element 4 slide to the second clamping hook 411 and the first clamping hook 31 completely align to the clamping by means of elastic force, the clamping of the clamping element 4 and the rotating element 3 can be realized.
In order to reduce the sliding stroke of the clip 4 as much as possible, it is preferable that the sliding direction of the clip 4 is parallel to the orientation of the second hook 411.
In addition, in consideration of convenience of applying an external force to the clip member 4, as a preferable solution, on the basis of the above-described embodiment, the clip member 4 includes the clip portion 41 and the pressing portion 42, the clip portion 41 is located inside the second, and the second hook 411 is provided on the clip portion 41; the pressing portion 42 is exposed outside the first sidewall 21 of the second side wall, and the pressing portion 42 can slide along a direction perpendicular to the first sidewall 21, that is, the sliding direction of the locking member 4 is perpendicular to the first sidewall 21. That is, the clamping member 4 in this embodiment can be pressed, and the external force is applied to the clamping member 4 by pressing the pressing portion 42, so that the clamping portion 41 and the rotating member 3 are disengaged from the clamping; when the pressing part 42 is loosened, the elastic force of the first elastic part 5 drives the clamping part 41 and the pressing part 42 to rebound together, so that the clamping of the clamping part 41 and the rotating part 3 is realized.
Of course, it is also possible that the engaging member 4 includes an engaging portion 41 and a sliding portion, the engaging portion 41 is located inside the second engaging portion, and the second hook 411 is located in the engaging portion 41; the sliding part is exposed outside the second side wall of the second body, and the sliding part can slide along a direction parallel to the plane of the second side wall, that is, the sliding direction of the clamping member 4 is parallel to the plane of the second side wall, and the sliding part can slide relative to the second side wall. In the specific operation, external force is applied to the clamping piece 4 through the sliding part, so that the clamping part 41 is separated from the clamping connection with the rotating piece 3; when loosening the sliding part, the elastic force of first elastic component 5 orders about joint portion 41 and the resilience of sliding part and resets together, realizes joint portion 41 and the joint that rotates piece 3.
In addition, in each of the above embodiments, a specific arrangement manner of the rotating element 3 in the first one is not limited, and preferably, based on the above embodiments, the first one is provided with the pin 6, and the rotating element 3 is rotatably sleeved on the pin 6.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, the first one is provided with the accommodating groove 121, and the pin 6 is disposed in the accommodating groove 121.
