3. before pressing, checking that the reading of a test pressure gauge 37 arranged on the water sealing ring 1 is zero;
4. starting to pressurize, slowly pressing the manual pressurizing pump, after water flows out of the exhaust valve 36, proving that all air in the cavity is exhausted, closing the exhaust valve 36, and continuing to pressurize;
5. continuing to press the manual pressure pump, when the pressure gauge 37 to be tested and the pressure gauge 43 of the pressure pump both display that the test pressure reaches 1.5 times of the working pressure, closing the water supply valve, stopping pressing the manual pressure pump for pressure maintaining, and recording the current time and the reading of the current test pressure gauge 37;
