Abstract

一种新型凸轮管钳，用于各种圆形钢管管路和其 它硬质非金属管路安装、维修，它克服了已有管钳使 用不方便及易损坏的毛病，其特征是钳体1为端部带 有两面内齿的半钳口并与把手呈一整体，可以方便地 调整使用，并可用以方便地敲击工件，代替 SG192-80标准管子钳。

Description

一种凸轮管钳，它用于各种圆形金属管路和其它硬质非金属管路安装、维修，可以代替SG192－80标准管子钳。
目前国内管子钳有两种，第一种为SG192－80传统式管钳，第二种是快速式管钳。前一种虽然使用历史很久，但该产品的结构较为复杂，制造工艺繁锁，且使用起来调整时间长，不够方便。第二种虽克服了第一种缺点，但多数如申请公告过的实用新型86208206类型的管子钳，它的活动部分伸向柄杆端部，造成作业时不能用其当锤体敲打工件，倘若按传统作业一样使用其当锤子用，则活动部分上下跳动，使用不方便，并且敲打的力度也不够。
本实用新型的发明创造目的是为管路连接作业提供一个快速卡固并且可以保持在工作中不失传统作业方式，可用以作锤子方便地完成敲打工件的新型管子钳。
本实用新型凸轮管钳，它是由钳体1和可活动的凸轮钳口2以及连接销3组成的，其特征是如图1所示钳体1为端部带有两面内齿的半钳口并与把手呈一整体，另一个半钳口2是通过销子3与钳体1相连，它是一个凸轮面上带齿的可活动的半钳口。钳体1上开的连接销3的穿过孔是可使销子移动的，如图1所示，可以调节钳口的开口大小，以适应不同直径的工件。钳体1仍可象SG192－80传统管钳一样，在作业中当锤使用，并且不因敲击工件而遭破坏。
本实用新型凸轮管钳克服了目前管子钳使用时多次调整、滑动、易磨损齿等缺点，并可用以方便地敲击工件。
图1为凸轮管钳结构图。
本实用新型凸轮管钳的钳体1的端部钳口部分的两面齿面可呈90°的“V”型，可保持接触圆柱形的物体，带齿的凸轮面与之相对，形成一个与工件三点相接融的钳口，如图1所示的在钳体1上的连接销3的开口可使钳口改变尺寸。

1、一种新式的凸轮管钳，它是由钳体1和可活动的钳口凸轮2以及连接销3组成的，其特征是钳体1为端部带有两面齿的半钳口并与把手呈一整体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的凸轮管钳，其特征是有一由连接销3与钳体1相连并可转动的带齿的凸轮半钳口2。
