3. A flange part expander as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2 and wherein the wall of the slot in the front of the fixed point flange part slot is provided with fixed point flange part adjustment bolts.

A flange member expander as claimed in claim 3 wherein said fixed point flange member retainer clip has a threaded bore in a lower portion of its body and is adapted to receive a fixed point flange member retainer clip locking bolt, said fixed point flange member retainer clip locking bolt being adapted to engage a threaded bore in a forward portion of the slide bar.

A flange part expander as claimed in claim 2, wherein said floating flange part locking groove is provided at an upper portion of the floating flange part fixing clip, and a smooth hole is provided at a middle portion of a body of the floating flange part fixing clip, and an inner diameter of said smooth hole is larger than an outer diameter of the slide bar; a threaded hole is formed in the groove wall at the rear part of the moving flange part clamping groove and can be in threaded connection with an expansion lead screw; the depth of the threaded hole in the groove wall at the rear part of the moving flange part clamping groove is greater than that of the moving flange part clamping groove.

A flange part expander as claimed in claim 2 or 5, wherein the width of said floating flange part slot is greater than or equal to the thickness of the flange of the floating flange part; an inclined plane which inclines backwards between 10 degrees and 20 degrees is arranged between the upper part of the front side of the groove wall of the moving flange part clamping groove and the upper end face.

A flange part expander as claimed in claim 6 wherein the sum of the thicknesses of the rear wall of the fixed point flange part slot in said fixed point flange part retainer clip and the front wall of the floating flange part slot in said floating flange part retainer clip is less than or equal to the width of the gap between the two joined flange parts.

A flange member expander as claimed in claim 1 wherein the lower portion of said body supporting said pull block is provided with threaded holes and adapted to receive pull block fastening bolts, said pull block fastening bolts being adapted to engage threaded holes in the rear portion of said slide bar.

A flange part expander as claimed in claim 1 wherein said supporting tie block, said fixed point flange part retainer clips and said floating flange part retainer clips are isosceles trapezoidal blocks having a narrow upper end and a wide lower end, said isosceles trapezoidal blocks having an arcuate edge at their lower ends.

A flange part expander as claimed in claim 5 wherein the distance between the rear end face of said floating flange part retainer clip and the front end face of the support tie block is greater than the distance between the two flange parts; the overall manufactured size of the flange member expander can be varied accordingly depending on the size of the attachment flange and the wafer-type attachment flange device.
