背景技术
膝关节是人体重要结构,随着年龄增长,膝关节疾病会较多地表现在很多人身上,护膝一般用于运动中以及轻微膝关节疾病时对膝关节的保护,也有采用理疗原理的装置作用于膝关节的技术,然而其一般存在如下缺点:
缺点:①温度监测精准度不足,无法进行湿度监测②护膝灵活度较低,佩戴者无法进行大幅度活动③护膝与理疗结合时,理疗一般仅限于按摩、加热功能,理疗效果有限。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能家用护膝理疗器,将中医药理疗与现代科技相结合,提高中医药治疗膝关节相关疾病的疗效,使康复治疗更安全更有效的直达患处,预防膝骨性关节炎疾病的发生,减缓病情的发展,减轻病人的痛苦,并可给病人提供可视化智能化的指导方案,降低医疗费用和资源。

实施例1
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明一种多功能家用护膝理疗器,包括护膝主体3,护膝主体3为常规的护膝形状,也可结合人体工程学,通过市场调研及大量样本实验建模重构,其体积小、重量轻,以减轻患者携带时的负担为准则,使用方便,携带便利。表层采用亲肤高轻高弹会呼吸的网眼面料,轻薄、柔软、舒适,具有优秀的弹性和柔韧度,一体成型制作,吸湿排汗,强力透气,穿着舒适不紧绷、保护膝盖,符合生物力学原理,减轻病人膝关节负重,增加舒适感。然而,即便如此,其形状并非本发明关注的重点。
本发明在护膝主体3的外表面前端设置有收纳包安装结构2,收纳包安装结构2上设置有可渗透药液的药材收纳包1,药材收纳包1中根据寒湿、湿热、气滞血瘀等体质放置不同药包。收纳包安装结构2内侧有调温层6,调温层6内置调温电导线,调温电导线与可充电电池连接,可充电电池安装于收纳包安装结构2,或者,调温电导线通过充电线与外部电源连接。
调温层6内侧有药材收集层7,药材收集层7内侧有渗透层8,渗透层8内侧有亲肤层9,收纳包安装结构2的内侧、调温层6的内外侧、药材收集层7的内外侧、渗透层8的内外侧、亲肤层9的内外侧均为可供药液通过的结构。可渗滤药液从药材收纳包1渗出后,从收纳包安装结构2的内侧依次经调温层6、药材收集层7和渗透层8进入亲肤层9。在渗透层8布置有若干漏斗10,漏斗10的入口位于药材收集层7和渗透层8的界面上,漏斗10的出口穿过渗透层8和亲肤层9连接揿针13,或者漏斗10的出口连接穿过渗透层8和亲肤层9的揿针13。相邻漏斗10的入口之间具有间隙,使得药材收集层7的一部分可渗滤药液通过漏斗10流入揿针13,另一部分可渗滤药液通过渗透层8流入亲肤层9。使用时,揿针13刺入皮下,亲肤层9则直接接触皮肤。
依据该结构,药液一方面通过渗透层8进入亲肤层9,然后作用于皮肤表层,另一方面又通过漏斗10和揿针13作用于皮下,双重作用下,理疗效果更好。调温层6的作用在于人为控制调整药液的温度,避免高温/低温药液作用于人体。一般地,当敷药部位温度大于38℃时,可使用调温层6对渗透后的热敷药材进行升温,当敷药部位温度小于30℃时,可使用调温层6对渗透后的冷敷药材进行降温。
本发明对揿针13进一步介绍如下:其外形类似图钉状,针柄扁平状,针体约一至二分长,多用于皮内针,可作为中医外科辅助用法,可用于治疗慢性顽固性疾病及反复发作关节及皮肤病,同时可起到穴位按摩,减轻疼痛,促进器官血液循环系统的作用。
揿针13的应用过程:钦针13主体为不锈钢中空针管,与药材收集装置相连并置于末端,周围空间由SBR材质进行密封。经过调温层6的处于适用温度的药材通过药材收集层7(药粉部分直接透过中空针管运送药物,剩余部分覆盖亲肤层9。药包内药物耗尽则自动停止给药,钦针13的数量与亲肤层9的面积固定,相同比例可使用药充分)一部分进入亲肤层皮肤9用药,一部分通过中空针管的钦针13进入皮下,实行皮内用药。

本实施例提供了收纳包安装结构2的一种具体结构形式,其为带盖的卡槽,底部为渗透网,侧壁密封,药材收纳包1的尺寸使得能够填满卡槽,药材收纳包1由外层织物和内层渗透网组成,其装入收纳包安装结构2后,能快速将药液渗出。

本实施例中,穿过药材收集层7、渗透层8和亲肤层9设置有感温导线11,感温导线11的前端与感温贴片12连接,感温导线11的末端与外部控制器5连接,调温电导线的驱动电路也与外部控制器5连接。
通过该结构,实现了自动测量体温,设置程序后,可根据使用者提前设置好的界限温度,调整调温层6的调控温度,实现自动调温。在此情况下,可根据天气的变化以及室外温度,实时监测人体膝关节的情况,并可根据膝关节遇风、寒、湿具体情况自发开启理疗模式,从而达到保护膝关节的目的。
进一步地,通过监测并采集人体的体温数据,将这些数据通过智能算法结合中药的渗透性及时通过护膝自带显示屏进行反馈,可以此来评估患者的膝部状况,结合自带系统进行分析并给出相应治疗方案。

本实施例可通过监测、采集敷药部位的温度指标,结合中药渗透性及时通过LCD显示器进行反馈,以此来针对不同膝关节疾病病人进行评估,并针对患者的体征状况制定相应治疗计划,一般地,可分为:
气滞血瘀:活血化瘀为基本治则,通过二六洗剂基本药物桂枝、桑枝、红花、花椒、艾叶、伸筋草、透骨草、川乌、草乌、刘寄奴、牛膝、木瓜达到活血行气、化瘀通络的功效。通过调温层6进行适当加温增加药物的辛散疏透之性而使疗效得到充分发挥。
寒湿痹阻:散寒祛湿为基本治则,通过热敷散基本药物艾叶、川芎、陈皮、柴胡、乌药、独活、侧柏叶、红花、干姜等达到散寒除痹、行气止痛、暖血温经的功效。通过调温层6进行适当加温增强药物温热除寒之性而使疗效充分发挥。
湿热壅滞:清热化湿为基本治则,通过芒硝、枯矾、冰片等达到清热开郁、化湿导滞、疏透气血的功效。通过调温层6进行适当降温曾江药物清寒之性而使疗效充分发挥。
本发明一种具体用药实施例中,药物由芒硝5g、冰片10g、枯矾10g等不同药物以一定剂量及比例(针对不同证型药物配比不同)进行高纯度提炼并制成直径为0.01mm的细微颗粒,从而方便用药。其药物组分需经过高温或低温(不破坏药物最佳有效成分)提纯保证纯净度及安全性,避免杂质及无效成分的混入而影响药效或导致感染。
本发明的SWOT分析

1.一种多功能家用护膝理疗器,包括护膝主体(3),其特征在于,在护膝主体(3)的外表面前端设置有收纳包安装结构(2),收纳包安装结构(2)上设置有可渗透药液的药材收纳包(1),所述收纳包安装结构(2)内侧有调温层(6),调温层(6)内侧有药材收集层(7),药材收集层(7)内侧有渗透层(8),渗透层(8)内侧有亲肤层(9),所述可渗滤药液依次经调温层(6)、药材收集层(7)和渗透层(8)进入亲肤层(9),在渗透层(8)布置有若干漏斗(10),漏斗(10)的入口位于药材收集层(7)和渗透层(8)的界面上,漏斗(10)的出口穿过渗透层(8)和亲肤层(9)连接揿针(13),或者漏斗(10)的出口连接穿过渗透层(8)和亲肤层(9)的揿针(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述多功能家用护膝理疗器,其特征在于,所述药材收纳包(1)中根据寒湿、湿热、气滞血瘀体质放置不同药包。
3.根据权利要求1所述多功能家用护膝理疗器,其特征在于,所述收纳包安装结构(2)为带盖的卡槽,底部为渗透网,侧壁密封,药材收纳包(1)的尺寸使得能够填满所述卡槽,药材收纳包(1)由外层织物和内层渗透网组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述多功能家用护膝理疗器,其特征在于,所述调温层(6)内置调温电导线,调温电导线与可充电电池连接,可充电电池安装于收纳包安装结构(2),或者,调温电导线通过充电线与外部电源连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述多功能家用护膝理疗器,其特征在于,穿过所述药材收集层(7)、渗透层(8)和亲肤层(9)设置有感温导线(11),感温导线(11)的前端与感温贴片(12)连接,感温导线(11)的末端与外部控制器(5)连接,所述调温电导线的驱动电路也与所述外部控制器(5)连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述多功能家用护膝理疗器,其特征在于,所述外部控制器(5)连接生理数据监测设备,接收脉搏、血压、心电、体温、呼吸次数、皮肤汗液、步数、步态数据。
7.根据权利要求1所述多功能家用护膝理疗器,其特征在于,所述调温层(6)、药材收集层(7)、渗透层(8)和亲肤层(9)均为双层渗透结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述多功能家用护膝理疗器,其特征在于,相邻所述漏斗(10)的入口之间具有间隙,使得药材收集层(7)的一部分可渗滤药液通过漏斗(10)流入揿针(13),另一部分可渗滤药液通过渗透层(8)流入亲肤层(9)。
9.根据权利要求1或8所述多功能家用护膝理疗器,其特征在于,所述揿针(13)刺入皮下,所述亲肤层(9)直接接触皮肤。
