Description

Infusion joint protector
Technical Field
The application relates to a medical instrument, in particular to an infusion joint protector.
Background
In clinical PICC infusion, the infusion connector 10 (typically a positive pressure connector) will be used for a longer period of time. The infusion connector 10 includes an outer tube portion 11 at a first end thereof, an inner tube portion 14, an infusion set insertion end 13 at a second end thereof, and a projection portion 12 at a middle portion thereof. An internal thread is formed on the inner periphery of the outer tube part 11; the end of the PICC pipe is inserted into the inner pipe part 14, and the outer part of the end of the PICC pipe is in threaded connection with the internal thread on the inner periphery of the outer pipe part 11; prolonged exposure of the infusion set insertion end 13 of the second end of the infusion connector 10 to fluid when not in use risks contamination.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above problems, the present application aims to propose an infusion connector protector to protect an infusion set insertion end of an infusion connector from contamination when the infusion connector is not in use.
The application provides an infusion connects protector, it includes: a frame body and an end cap;
the frame body is used for accommodating the infusion joint; the frame body includes: the support comprises a bottom plate, a first support rod and a second support rod; the first support rod and the second support rod are integrally formed on the second side of the bottom plate; a first through hole is formed in the center of the bottom plate; the PICC pipe connected with the infusion joint penetrates through the first through hole; a first stop block is formed at the end part of the first supporting rod, and a notch is formed on the first stop block; a second stop block is formed at the end part of the second supporting rod; a coil spring is arranged on the second side of the bottom plate; the first end of the coil spring is fixed on the bottom plate, and the second end of the coil spring is abutted against the convex part of the infusion joint;
the end cover is used for shielding the infusion apparatus insertion end of the infusion joint; the end cover is provided with a second through hole at the edge part; the end cover can be rotatably arranged on the second supporting rod through the second through hole; the edge of the end cap is removably inserted into the notch.
Preferably, the first and second support bars face each other.
By installing the infusion connector in the infusion connector protector of the application and covering the infusion apparatus insertion end of the infusion connector by the end cover, the infusion connector can be effectively prevented from being polluted.

Detailed Description
The infusion connector protector of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The application provides an infusion connects protector, it includes: a frame body and an end cap.
The frame body is used for accommodating the infusion joint 10; the frame body includes: a bottom plate 31, a first support bar 32, a second support bar 33; the first and second support bars 32 and 33 are integrally formed at the second side of the bottom plate 31; the bottom plate 31 is centrally formed with a first through hole 31 a; the PICC tube 20 connected to the infusion connector 10 passes through the first through hole 31 a; a first stop block 34 is formed at the end part of the first support rod 32, and a notch 34a is formed on the first stop block 34; a second stopper 35 is formed at the end of the second support bar 33; a coil spring 37 is mounted on a second side of the base plate 31; a first end of the coil spring 37 is fixed to the base plate 31 and a second end of the coil spring 37 abuts against the boss 12 of the infusion connector 10. The end cover 36 is used for shielding the infusion set insertion end 13 of the infusion set connector 10; the end cover 36 has a second through hole 36a formed in an edge portion thereof; the end cap 36 is rotatably mounted on the second support bar 33 through the second through hole 36 a; the edge of the end cap 36 is removably inserted into the notch 34 a. The first and second support bars 32, 33 are opposite to each other. The second stopper 35 is directly larger than the diameter of the second through hole 36a, thereby blocking the end cap 36 from falling off the second support bar 33.
When in use, firstly, the end of the PICC tube 20 passes through the first through hole 31a of the bottom plate 31 and then is connected with the outer tube part 11 and the inner tube part 14 of the infusion connector 10, so that the coil spring 37 surrounds the periphery of the end of the PICC tube 20, and the second end of the coil spring 37 abuts against the bulge part 12 of the infusion connector 10, as shown in figure 13; when the coil spring 37 is compressed inward so that the infusion connector 10 is completely positioned inside the frame body, the end cap 36 is rotated so that the edge portion of the end cap 36 is inserted into the notch 34a of the first stopper 34 of the end portion of the first support rod 32; the infusion connector 10 is urged by the coil spring 37 such that the infusion set insertion end 13 of the infusion connector 10 abuts against a first side of the endcap 36, as shown in fig. 12. When transfusion is required, the end cover 36 is unscrewed, the transfusion device insertion end 13 of the transfusion connector 10 is pushed out of the frame body by the coil spring 37, and the convex part 12 of the transfusion connector 10 abuts against the first stop 34, so that normal transfusion operation can be performed.
