Abstract

The application relates to the field of medical care instruments, in particular to a lower jaw support, which comprises: a cap for wearing on a patient's head; first fixed band, it includes the supporting part, and the supporting part is used for supporting patient's lower jaw, and the both ends of first fixed band all can be dismantled with the lateral surface of the cap body and be connected. The application has the advantages that the first fixation is not easy to shift, and the wound can be conveniently healed normally.

The application relates to the field of medical care instruments, in particular to a lower jaw support.

Background

At present, based on the pursuit of beauty, minimally invasive surgical operations are increasingly favored, wherein transoralscopic thyroid operations are one of the procedures, and the conventional submandibular area and the anterior cervical area need to be covered with a sterile dressing for hemostasis under pressure after the operation.

In the related art, the fixing band is usually directly wound from the head to the lower jaw to support the lower jaw, and a sterile dressing is conveniently added to the submaxillary area and the anterior cervical area to cover and pressurize for hemostasis.

However, because the fixing strap is directly wound from the head top to the lower jaw, the fixing strap is easy to loosen due to the movement of the head and the neck, the feeding of a patient and the irregular curved surface of the skin of the lower jaw area, so that the loosening of the application is easy to cause, and the healing of a wound is influenced.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The embodiment of the application provides a lower jaw support to solve the technical problem that the fixing band is easy to shift in the related art and influences wound healing.

A mandibular rest, comprising:

a cap for wearing on a patient's head;

the first fixing band comprises a supporting part, the supporting part is used for supporting the lower jaw of the patient, and two ends of the first fixing band are detachably connected with the outer side face of the cap body.

In some embodiments, the chin rest further comprises two sets of first connecting assemblies, and the ends of the first fixing straps are connected with the cap body through the first connecting assemblies.

In some embodiments, the first connecting assembly includes a first male hook and loop fastener, the first male hook and loop fastener is disposed at an end of the first fastening strap, the first female hook and loop fastener is disposed at an outer side of the cap body, and the first fastening strap and the cap body are connected by the first male hook and loop fastener and the first female hook and loop fastener.

In some embodiments, two first female hook and loop fasteners are symmetrically arranged on the central plane of the cap body.

In some embodiments, the mandibular rest further comprises an external application assembly comprising an external application pack and a second securing strap;

the two ends of the second fixing band are detachably connected with the side surface of the first fixing band, and the external application bag is coated between the second fixing band and the supporting part.

In some embodiments, the mandibular rest further comprises two sets of second connecting members, both ends of the second strap being connected to the first strap by the second connecting members.

In some embodiments, the second connecting assembly includes a second male hook and loop fastener, the second male hook and loop fastener is disposed at an end of the second fixing band, the second female hook and loop fastener is disposed at a side of the first fixing band, and the second fixing band is connected to the first fixing band through the cooperation of the second male hook and loop fastener.

In some embodiments, the first fixing belt has two ear holes for the ears of the patient to pass through.

In some embodiments, the cap body is provided with an adjusting member for adjusting the diameter of the cap opening of the cap body.

A mandibular rest, comprising:

a cap body 1 to be worn on the head of a patient;

the first fixing strap 2 comprises a supporting portion 201, the supporting portion 201 is used for supporting the lower jaw of a patient, and two ends of the first fixing strap 2 are detachably connected with the outer side face of the cap body 1.

Claims

1. A mandibular rest, characterised in that it comprises:

a cap (1) for wearing on the head of a patient;

the first fixing strap (2) comprises a supporting portion (201), the supporting portion (201) is used for supporting the lower jaw of the patient, and two ends of the first fixing strap (2) are detachably connected with the outer side face of the cap body (1).

2. Chin rest according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises two sets of first connection assemblies by which the ends of the first fixing straps (2) are connected to the cap (1).

The mandibular tray according to claim 2, wherein the first connecting assembly includes a first male velcro (301) and a first female velcro (302), the first male velcro (301) is provided at an end of the first securing strap (2), the first female velcro (302) is provided at an outer side of the cap body (1), and the first securing strap (2) and the cap body (1) are connected by the engagement of the first male velcro (301) and the first female velcro (302).

4. The mandibular support of claim 3, wherein two of the first female velcro tapes (302) are symmetrically disposed about a central plane of the cap body (1).

5. A mandibular rest according to claim 1, further comprising an over-application assembly comprising an over-application pack (402) and a second fixing strap (401);

both ends of the second fixing strap (401) are detachably connected with the side surface of the first fixing strap (2), and the external application bag (402) is wrapped between the second fixing strap (401) and the supporting portion (201).

6. Mandibular rest according to claim 5, characterised in that it further comprises two sets of second connecting members by which both ends of the second fixing strap (401) are connected to the first fixing strap (2).

The mandibular tray according to claim 6, wherein the second connecting assembly includes a second male velcro (501) and a second female velcro (502), the second male velcro (501) is provided at an end of the second fixing strap (401), the second female velcro (502) is provided at a side of the first fixing strap (2), and the second fixing strap (401) and the first fixing strap (2) are connected by the engagement of the second male velcro (501) and the second female velcro (502).

8. A mandibular rest according to claim 1, wherein the first securing strap (2) has two ear holes (202) formed therein, the ear holes (202) being adapted to allow the ears of the patient to pass therethrough.

9. The mandibular rest according to claim 1, wherein an adjustment member is provided on the cap body (1) to adjust the mouth diameter of the cap body (1).

10. The mandibular rest according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of ventilation holes (102) are formed through the lateral surface of the cap body (1).
