To facilitate control of the unlocked or locked state of the dirt cup 200, in one embodiment, the locking assembly further comprises a latch fixed to the dirt cup 200, the latch latching the first link 712, and the latch being unlocked when a person presses the operating portion 711 with his or her hand.
In one embodiment, the dust collector further comprises a return spring 730, two ends of the return spring 730 are respectively connected with the first link 712 and the main body of the dust collector, the return spring 730 is in a compressed state, and after the hand releases the hand after dumping dirt, the return spring 730 drives the first link 712 to reset, so that the dust scraping part 500 and the dust pressing part 600 can reset.

For the convenience of user operation, in one embodiment, the dust cup 200 is pulled away from the main body 100 in a direction opposite to the air inlet direction of the air inlet duct 300.
In order to facilitate the user's operation without hindering the strength of the connection between the dust cup 200 and the main body 100, in one embodiment, the dust cup 200 is rotatably connected to the main body 100.
Preferably, in one embodiment, the dirt cup 200 is threadably connected to the main body 100.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a main body of a vacuum cleaner according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 100, a cyclone 1200 for separating dust and air, a dust scraping member 500 for removing dust, an air inlet duct 300 for connecting the outside to the cyclone 1200, and a sealing member 1300. The cyclone separator 1200 includes a dust cup 200, the dust cup 200 has an ash pouring opening 210, the ash pouring opening 210 of the dust cup 200 gradually reduces along the radial direction to form an arc shape, the dust cup 200 is arranged on the main body 100 in a penetrating way and is detachably connected with the main body 100; the sealing member 1300 is disposed at a joint of the dust pouring port 210 of the dust cup 200 and the main body 100, so that a sealed cavity is formed in the dust cup 200. The dust cup 200 with the opening 201 at the end is adopted by the main body of the dust collector to contain and pour out dirt, the sealing part 1300 is arranged at the joint of the dust pouring port 210 of the dust cup 200 and the main body 100 of the main body of the dust collector, so that the dirt in the dust cup 200 can not easily fall out when the dust collector works, and when the dirt needs to be poured out, the opening 201 is formed at the front end of the dust cup to pour out the dust from the opening 201, thereby realizing the effect of quickly pouring out the dirt.
The seal 1300 is tightened against the juncture of the intake duct 300 and the dust pouring opening and moves with the dirt cup 200 along the axis of the intake duct 300. The material of the sealing member 1300 may be plastic or rubber, and of course, the material of the sealing member 1300 may be other, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The dust cup 200 is detachably connected to the main body 100. In this embodiment, the dust cup 200 is engaged with the main body 100, specifically, a slot (not shown) is disposed on the inner peripheral wall of the dust cup 200, a protrusion (not shown) is disposed on the main body 100 and is in shape fit with the slot, and the dust cup 200 is detachably connected with the main body 100 by the engagement of the slot and the protrusion.
Two parallel L-shaped protruding strips (not shown) and a first limiting block 1400 are arranged on the outer wall of the dust cup 200, a guide rail 280 and a second limiting block 1500 are arranged on the main body 100, a groove 270 with an opening 201 is formed by the two parallel L-shaped protruding strips, the main body 100 extends out of the dust cup 200, and the groove 270 is matched with the guide rail 280 in a sliding manner, so that the dust cup 200 is connected with the main body 100. The second stopper 1500 limits the first stopper 1400 from moving toward the dust pouring opening 210, so that the dust cup is not completely separated from the main body 100.
In other embodiments, the dirt cup 200 and the main body 100 can be detachably connected by screw threads. Specifically, a groove (not shown) is provided on the inner peripheral wall of the dust cup 200, a protrusion is provided on the main body 100 to fit the groove, and the dust cup 200 and the main body 100 are detachably connected by the fit of the groove and the protrusion.

The filter screen 400 has a through hole, the filter screen 400 is connected to the air inlet duct 300 through the through hole, and when the vacuum cleaner operates, dust and air enters from the air inlet duct 300 and enters the cyclone separator 1200 through the through hole. The filter screen 400 is a cylindrical structure, and the air inlet duct 300 extends into the filter screen 400 along the central axis direction of the filter screen 400. The cyclone cone 1210 comprises a plurality of cones 1211, the cones 1211 are disposed near the airflow generator 1100, the plurality of cones 1211 are distributed in a circular array, each cone 1211 has an inlet (not shown) for allowing the dust gas to flow into the cone 1211 and an outlet (not shown) for allowing the dust gas to flow out after separating the dust gas, it is noted that the inlet is an inlet for allowing the dust gas to enter the cone 1211, and the outlet is an outlet for allowing the airflow after separating the dust gas in the cone 1211 to flow out of the cyclone separator 1200. Wherein the inlet communicates with a gap between the filter screen 400 and the cyclone cone 1210.

The filter screen 400 has an end portion, and the end position of the dust scraping member 500 is an end portion of the filter screen 400 close to the air inlet 310. The dust scraping member 500 is provided with a moving part for moving the dust scraping member 500, when the dust cup 200 drives the dust scraping member 500 to move to the end position, that is, when the filter screen 400 is close to one end of the air inlet 310, the dust cup 200 is separated from the dust scraping member 500, and at this time, the filter screen 400 is continuously scraped by moving the moving part on the dust scraping member 500.
The embodiment also discloses a dust collector, which comprises a dust collector main machine, wherein the dust collector main machine is provided with: a host main body 100; a dust cup 200 having a dust pouring port 210, the dust cup 200 being inserted into the main body 100 and detachably connected to the main body 100; the cyclone separator 1200 comprises a cyclone cone 1210 and a filter screen 400 sleeved outside the cyclone cone 1210; an air inlet duct 300 connecting the outside and the cyclone separator 1200; the sealing member 1300 is disposed at a joint of the dust pouring port 210 of the dust cup 200 and the main body 100, so that a sealed cavity is formed in the dust cup 200.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the embodiment further discloses a main body of a vacuum cleaner, which includes a main body 100, a cyclone 1200 for separating dust and air, a dust scraping member 500 for removing dust, an air inlet duct 300 for connecting the outside to the cyclone 1200, a sealing bracket 1600 for mounting the dust scraping member 500, and a sealing member 1300. The cyclone separator 1200 includes a dust cup 200, the dust cup 200 has a dust pouring port 210, the dust cup 200 is inserted outside the main body 100, and one end of the dust cup 200 is detachably connected with the main body 100; the sealing bracket 1600 is movably arranged at one end of the dust cup 200; the dust scraping piece 500 is arranged in the sealing bracket 1600 and tensioned on the main body 100, and is used for removing dust on the main body 100; the sealing member 1300 is disposed at a junction of the dust pouring port 210 and the main body 100, so that a sealed cavity is formed in the dust cup 200. When ash is removed, the dust cup 200 is separated from the main body 100, the dust cup 200 drives the dust scraping piece 500 to move, when ash is removed, the dust cup 200 is separated from the dust scraping piece 500, and the ash is removed from the dust cup 200.
The dirt cup 200 is removably attached to the seal holder 1600. Specifically, in this embodiment, the outer wall of the dust cup 200 is provided with the supporting member 900, the main body further includes a first connecting member 930, the supporting member 900 is movably provided with a first button 910, the first connecting member 930 is hinged to the supporting member 900, one end of the first connecting member 930 is fastened to the sealing bracket 1600, the other end of the first connecting member 930 is abutted to the first button 910, and when the first button 910 is pressed, the first connecting member 930 is driven to rotate, so that the sealing bracket 1600 fastened by the fastening is released, and the dust cup 200 can freely pour dust.

In another embodiment, the dirt cup 200 and the main body 100 can be detachably connected by a screw. In yet another embodiment, the dirt cup 200 is snap-fit to the host body 100. In yet another embodiment, the dirt cup 200 is magnetically coupled to the main body 100. Specifically, a magnet ring (not shown) is mounted on the main body 100, a metal member (not shown) is mounted on the dust cup 200, and the dust cup 200 and the main body 100 are detachably connected by magnetically connecting the magnet ring and the metal member.

The dust cup 200 is detachably connected to the main body 100. In this embodiment, the dust cup 200 is detachably connected to the main body 100 in a rotating manner, and the air inlet direction of the air inlet duct 300 is perpendicular to the rotation plane of the dust cup 200. In another embodiment, the magnetic connection between the dirt cup 200 and the dust scraping member 500 can be further defined as follows: a plurality of magnetic members (not shown) are mounted on the connecting end 510 of the dust scraping member 500, metal members with the same number as the magnetic members are mounted on the butt end 240 of the dust cup 200, the dust cup 200 is of a cylindrical structure, the magnetic members are uniformly distributed on the connecting end 510 around the central axis of the dust scraping member 500, the metal members are uniformly distributed on the butt end 240 around the central axis of the dust cup 200, the magnetic members are magnetically connected with the metal members, and when the dust cup 200 is connected with the dust scraping member 500, the magnetic members are one-to-one opposite to the metal members.
In yet another embodiment, the dirt cup 200 has an interference fit with the scraper 500. A pull rod is arranged on the outer surface of the dust cup 200, and the dust cup 200 is detachably connected with the dust scraping piece 500 through the pull rod.
The filter screen 400 has an end portion, and the end position of the dust scraping member 500 is an end portion of the filter screen 400 close to the air inlet 310. The dust scraping member 500 is provided with a moving part for moving the dust scraping member 500, when the dust cup 200 drives the dust scraping member 500 to move to the end position, that is, when the filter screen 400 is close to one end of the air inlet 310, the dust cup 200 is separated from the dust scraping member 500, and at this time, the filter screen 400 is continuously scraped by moving the moving part on the dust scraping member 500.

The air inlet duct 300 includes an air inlet opening 310 that is remote from the main body 100. in one example, when the dirt cup 200 is in the first position, an end wall of the air inlet opening 310 is substantially flush with the dust dumping opening 210 or an end wall of the air inlet opening 310 extends through the dust dumping opening 210, and the dust dumping opening 210 is sealed to an outer side wall of the air inlet duct 300.
In another example, when the dirt cup 200 is in the first position, the end wall of the intake vent 310 is located inside the dust pouring port 210, and the end wall of the intake vent 310 is sealed against the inner wall of the dirt cup 200.
The dirt cup 200 further includes a dirt cup body 220 and a transition portion 230 located between the dirt cup body 220 and the dirt pouring opening 210, wherein the inner diameter of the dirt cup body 220 is smaller than the inner diameter of the dirt cup body 210, so that a dust collection chamber 230 for containing dust is formed between the dirt cup 200 and the air inlet duct 300. In this embodiment, the transition portion 230 is a smooth transition, the main body 220 is a cylindrical structure, and the transition portion 230 is a conical structure.
