In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8, the temperature control unit 710 has a structure similar to that of the fuse unit 720, the temperature control unit 710 includes a temperature sensing deformation sheet 711, a vertically disposed linkage post 712, a dynamic connection sheet 713, a static connection sheet 714 and a second spring 715, the temperature sensing deformation sheet 711 is disposed on the top surface of the upper frame body 610, the linkage post 712, the dynamic connection sheet 713, the static connection sheet 714 and the second spring 715 are disposed in an accommodating space formed between the upper frame body 610 and the lower frame body 620, the static connection sheet 714 is fixed on the lower frame body 620, the dynamic connection sheet 713 is mounted on the lower frame body 620 by using a cantilever structure, the static connection sheet 714 is located above the dynamic connection sheet 713, and the bottom end of the second spring 715 abuts against the lower frame body 620 to achieve positioning and the top end abuts against the bottom surface of the dynamic connection sheet 713. The heating plate 230 is provided with a preset overheating temperature T2, when the heating plate 230 does not reach the preset overheating temperature T2, the second spring 715 applies force to the movable connecting piece 713 to enable the movable connecting piece 713 to be in interference fit with the static connecting piece 714, the temperature control unit 710 is in a conducting state, the working circuit of the heating plate 230 is in a conducting state, and the heating plate 230 can normally work. When the heating plate 230 reaches the preset overheating temperature T2, the temperature sensing deformation piece 711 deforms and applies force to the linkage post 712, so that the linkage post 712 overcomes the elastic force of the second spring 715 to drive the movable electric connection piece 713 to move downwards, the movable electric connection piece 713 is separated from the static electric connection piece 714, the temperature control unit 710 is in an off state, the working circuit of the heating plate 230 is in an off state, and the heating plate 230 cannot work.
In order to timely disconnect the temperature control unit 710 and the heating plate 230, the preset overheating temperature T2 of the heating plate 230 needs to be reasonably set, and T2 is more than or equal to 120 ℃ and less than or equal to 160 ℃. In this embodiment, the preset superheat temperature T2 of the heating pan 230 is preferably set to 140 ℃.
In some embodiments, the control board 320 is disposed in the base 100, in order to enable the control board 320 to intelligently control the heating plate 230, the temperature control assembly further includes a temperature sensor 730, a hole for installing the temperature sensor 730 is disposed on the support 600, the temperature sensor 730 is disposed in the hole on the support 600, a top surface of the temperature sensor 730 abuts against a bottom surface of the plate 231, and the temperature sensor 730 is detachably and electrically connected to the control board 320. Specifically, the temperature sensor 730 is electrically connected to the weak current pin of the upper coupler 510, the control board 320 is electrically connected to the weak current terminal of the lower coupler 520, and when the mixing cup 200 is mounted on the base 100, the temperature sensor 730 is electrically connected to the lower coupler 520 through the upper coupler 510. When the machine body works, the temperature sensor 730 senses the temperature of the heating plate 230 and sends a sensing signal to the control board 320, so that the control board 320 can intelligently control the heating plate 230 according to the sensing signal fed back by the temperature sensor 730.
When the machine body works, the temperature sensor 530 feeds back the induction signal of the heating plate 230 to the control board 320, and the control board 320 intelligently controls the working condition of the heating plate 230 according to the induction signal of the temperature sensor 530. When the temperature of the heating plate 230 reaches the preset overheat temperature T2, the temperature control unit 710 is turned off, the heating plate 230 is turned off, and the heating plate cannot continue to operate. When the temperature control unit 710 fails and the temperature of the heating plate 230 reaches the preset fusing temperature T1, the fusing unit 720 is disconnected, and the heating plate 230 is disconnected and cannot continue to operate.
It is understood that the heating tube 232 may also be fixed to the bottom of the heating pan 230. Of course, the heating pipes 232 may be disposed at the same time on the circumferential outer portion and the bottom portion of the heating plate 230.
It is understood that the fuse plug 721 may also be an alloy fuse plug 721 with a fusing temperature requirement.

It is understood that the preset superheat temperature T2 of the heating plate 230 can be set to other reasonable temperature values such as 120 ℃, 125 ℃, 130 ℃, 135 ℃, 145 ℃, 150 ℃, 155 ℃, 160 ℃ and the like.
It is understood that the support frame 260 and the bottom end of the cup 210 may be fixedly connected by other suitable structures such as a screw-fit structure.
It will be appreciated that the provision of an upper shroud may be eliminated, provided that the upper coupler 510 meets the structural requirements.
It will be appreciated that the provision of the lower skirt 140 may be eliminated, provided that the lower coupler 520 meets the structural requirements.
It is understood that other heating members may be employed in place of the heating tube 232.
It is understood that the setting of the temperature control unit 710 may be cancelled or the setting of the fusing unit 720 may be cancelled on the premise that the safety requirement is satisfied.

The food processor as defined in claim 3, wherein a thread engagement structure is provided between the support frame and the bottom end of the cup body; and/or the bottom cover is connected to the support frame through a screw, the support frame is provided with a hollow fixing column, the bottom cover is provided with a fixing hole corresponding to the fixing column, and the screw penetrates through the fixing hole and is screwed in the fixing column.

A food processor as defined in claim 3, wherein the heating plate has a rim on its outer periphery, the rim being externally fitted with a first sealing ring, the inner wall of the support frame being provided with a positioning step engaging with the rim, the rim and the first sealing ring being compressed between the bottom surface of the cup body and the positioning step.

The food processor of claim 1, wherein the temperature control assembly includes a fusing unit, the fusing unit includes a fusing post, a static contact piece and a movable contact piece, the fusing post contacts with the heating plate and is abutted against the movable contact piece, the heating plate is provided with a preset fusing temperature, the static contact piece and the movable contact piece are abutted and conducted when the heating plate does not reach the preset fusing temperature, and the fusing post fuses to disconnect the static contact piece and the movable contact piece when the heating plate reaches the preset fusing temperature.

The food processor of claim 7, wherein the upper coupler is arcuate and concentric with the upper drive connection, and the lower coupler is arcuate and concentric with the lower drive connection, the upper coupler being spaced apart in two circumferentially of the upper drive connection, and the lower coupler being spaced apart in two circumferentially of the lower drive connection.
10. The food processor of claim 7, wherein the bottom cover has a recessed step portion, the step portion has an avoiding hole at a center thereof for avoiding the upper transmission connector, and the mounting hole is formed in the step portion.
