本实用新型的名称是“色觉矫正眼镜片”,属于眼 镜及医疗器具领域。本实用新型针对现有同类制品 视场暗及矫正效果不理想而设计,特征是在玻璃眼镜 片凹面上涂镀介质干涉膜堆,膜堆成分为二氧化钛和 二氧化硅。本实用新型用于色盲和色弱患者的色觉 矫正。

Description

本实用新型属于眼镜和医疗器具领域。
现有用于色觉矫正的眼镜片有两类:一类是在玻璃眼镜片表面镀金属铬,由于铬层可见光透过率很低,视场很暗,且其光谱透过率曲线不能很好地满足色觉矫正的要求,故矫正效果不佳;另一类是通过在两片眼镜片之间置一片染有颜色的塑料片热合而成。镜片厚重,矫正效果差。
本实用新型为用于色盲和色弱患者的色觉矫正的眼镜片提供一种新的设计。
玻璃眼镜片有两个光学表面,一个是凹面,一个是凸面。在凹面上涂镀多层介质干涉膜堆是关键内容。该多层介质干涉膜堆覆盖着玻璃眼镜片的整个凹面。该膜堆改变眼镜片的光谱透过率,以满足色觉矫正对眼镜片光谱透过率的要求,从而达到色觉矫正的目的。该干涉膜堆以二氧化钛为高折射率材料,以二氧化硅为低折射率材料,通过真空蒸镀的方法使其附着在眼镜片凹面上。
通过不同的膜系设计,介质干涉膜堆可以灵活地改变眼镜片的光谱透过率,从而满足不同种类和不同程度的色盲色弱患者色觉矫正的要求,这一点是镀铬和化学染色无法比拟的。由于二氧化钛和二氧化硅这两种材料在可见光没有吸收,故镜片的可见光总透过率较以往制品高,视场明亮。二氧化钛和二氧化硅膜层牢固,镀于凹面更不易磨损。
附图中,1是玻璃眼镜片,2是多层介质干涉膜堆。
各种规格的玻璃眼镜片是已有成熟产品。以真空蒸镀多层介质干涉膜堆使镜片的光谱透过率符合色觉矫正的要求,膜厚控制方法为光学定值法,这是实现本实用新型的方式。

  1. 色觉矫正眼镜片由带有凹面和凸面的玻璃眼镜片及多层介质干涉膜堆组成,其特征在于:镜片凹面整个面积镀有多层介质干涉膜堆,高折射率材料为二氧化钛,低折射率材料为二氧化硅。
