The body portion 10 is used to supply power to the atomizing part 20. The main body portion 10 includes a battery, a circuit board, and an airflow sensor (none of the drawings are shown). The battery is used for supplying power to the atomizing part 20, and may be a rechargeable battery or a disposable battery. The airflow sensor is used for sensing airflow change when a user inhales, and feeding back a sensing signal to the circuit board, so as to control the atomizing part 20 to start heating.
The atomizing part 20 serves to heat liquid to generate aerosol that can be inhaled by a user. The atomizing part 20 includes a reservoir chamber for storing a liquid that can generate an aerosol, a liquid delivery unit for delivering the liquid stored in the reservoir chamber to a heating element, and a heating element (none of the drawings are shown) for heating the liquid delivered by the liquid delivery unit to generate the aerosol. After the aerosol is generated, the user may inhale through the mouth end of the atomizing part 20.
The body portion 10 is detachably connected to the atomizing portion 20.
The body portion 10 includes a connection portion 11 extending from the step surface 14 and defined between an outer wall and an inner wall, and the connection portion 11 includes a first connection structure formed on the outer wall for connecting the cover 30 and a second connection structure formed on the inner wall for connecting the atomizing part 20. The first or second connection structure may be a thread on the outer or inner wall, a protrusion/recess for forming a snap connection, a resilient catch or other detachable connection configuration.
As an example, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the connection portion 11 is a threaded sleeve having an internal thread, i.e., the connection portion 11 has an internal thread on an inner wall thereof; the atomizing part 20 includes a threaded sleeve 21 having an external thread, thereby achieving a threaded connection of the body part 10 with the atomizing part 20. The connecting portion 11 forms a housing chamber 12; the atomizing part 20 includes a first end 21, a second end 22 opposite to the first end, an outer surface extending from the first end 21 to the second end 22; the first end 21 having an airflow outlet 211 therethrough, aerosol generated from the heated liquid being flowable through the airflow outlet 211 into the mouth of a user for consumption; the outer surface comprises a first portion a and a second portion B; when the atomizing part 20 is connected to the main body part 10, the second part B is received in the receiving cavity 12, and the second end 22 abuts against the main body part 10 to achieve electrical connection.
As will be understood from fig. 6, the cover 30 has a cylindrical structure including a closed end and an open end, and a receiving cavity 31 is formed inside, the cover 30 is detachably connected to the main body 10, and when the open end of the cover 30 is connected to the main body 10, the first portion a of the atomizing part 20 is received in the receiving cavity 31.
In this example, the cover 30 has an elastic catch 321, and the outer wall of the connecting portion 11 has a groove 13 for matching with the elastic catch 321. The snap connection is achieved by the cooperation of the elastic snap 321 and the groove 13. The elastic fastening portion 321 is a cantilever formed on the connecting member 32 through a hollow, and the connecting member 32 is positioned at the open end of the cover 30, specifically, the connecting member 32 is disposed adjacent to the open end of the cover 30 and detachably embedded in the inner surface of the cover 30. The connecting member 32 has a cylindrical structure with two open ends, and four cantilevers are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the connecting member 32, and the four elastic fastening portions 321 can connect the cover 30 to the main body 10 well. It should be noted that the number of cantilevers is not limited herein.
The connecting member 32 further has an extension 322 extending from the outer surface of the connecting member 32 toward the inner surface of the cover 30; when the connector 32 is positioned at the open end of the cap 30, the extension 322 abuts the inner surface of the cap 30.
The coupling member 32 has a projection 323 on an inner surface thereof; when the cap 30 is attached to the body portion 10, the projection 323 abuts the atomizing part 20.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the main body 10 has a step surface 14, and when the cover 30 is connected to the main body 10, the opening end of the cover 30 abuts against the step surface 14.
Referring to fig. 6 again, a containing chamber is formed on the closed end of the cover 30; the electronic atomization device 100 further includes a fixing member 33 for fixing the hanging rope; the fixing member 33 is received in the receiving chamber and is snap-coupled to the closed end.
