The working principle is as follows: when the lamp holder is detached, the push switch 240 is pushed, the movable part 200 slides in the first sliding groove 110, because the fixed part 300 is slidably arranged on the second sliding groove 220, the movable part 200 also slides relative to the fixed part 300, and at this time, the fixed part 300 does not slide relative to the lamp holder 100, so that the unlocking groove position 212 of the second limiting groove 210 can be overlapped with the first limiting groove 120, at this time, the limiting part 310 is just positioned at the unlocking groove position 212, and then the lamp holder 100 is moved downwards, so that the lamp holder 100 and the movable part 200 are integrally separated from the fixed part 300;
