Technical Field

Background
In the prior art, a test tube printer usually prints required information on label paper, and then sticks the label paper to the outer wall of a test tube.
However, different test tube holding environments are involved due to different uses of the test tubes, such as shaking during transportation, and a cold storage environment, and the label paper on the outer wall of the test tube is very easy to fall off or the content of the paper is damaged during the process.

The structure and the operation principle of the printer device of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a printer apparatus 1 includes:
a rotating assembly including a first holding portion 201, a second holding portion 202, and a rotating rod 203, the first holding portion 201 being disposed at a first end of the rotating rod 203, the second holding portion 202 being disposed at a second end of the rotating rod 203, the first holding portion 201 and the second holding portion 202 being for holding an object to be printed, the rotating rod 203 being capable of being driven to rotate so as to rotate the object to be printed held by the first holding portion 201 or the second holding portion 202 to a position to be printed; the ribbon transmission and holding component is used for transmitting and holding the ribbon; and a printhead assembly comprising a printhead 15, the printhead 15 being capable of heating the ribbon to print information carried by the printhead via the ribbon onto an object to be printed which is rotated to a position to be printed.
In the above embodiment, it is preferable that the first holding portion 201 and the second holding portion 202 have the same structure, and the first holding portion 201 and the second holding portion 202 are each provided with a holding hole which can be passed through by and hold the object to be printed.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the circumferential edge of the holding hole is provided with the flexible portion.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the internal structure of a printer apparatus according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a swing assembly of the printer apparatus shown in fig. 5.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the rotating assembly of the printer apparatus shown in fig. 1 and 2 may be replaced with a swinging assembly.
A printer apparatus according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure includes: the swinging assembly comprises a swinging rod 40 and a holding mechanism 41, the holding mechanism 41 is arranged at the first end of the swinging rod 40, the holding mechanism 41 is used for holding the object to be printed, and the swinging rod 40 can be driven to swing so as to swing the object to be printed held by the holding mechanism 41 at the first end of the swinging rod 40 to a position to be printed; the ribbon transmission and holding component is used for transmitting and holding the ribbon; and a print head assembly comprising a print head 15, the print head 15 being capable of heating the ribbon to print information carried by the print head through the ribbon onto an object to be printed which is swung to a position to be printed.
Preferably, the holding mechanism 41 is provided with a holding hole that can be penetrated by and hold the object to be printed.
Preferably, the swing assembly further includes a power mechanism 42, and the power mechanism 42 is configured to provide power to the second end of the swing lever 40 to drive the swing lever 40 to swing.
The holding holes of the first holding portion 201 and the second holding portion 202 are shown in both fig. 1 and 2.
In each of the above embodiments, preferably, the flexible portion is an elastic ring.
The material of the elastic ring can be appropriately selected by those skilled in the art.
With the printer apparatus 1 of each of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the rotating assembly further includes a first driving device, the first driving device includes a first driving motor 206, and the first driving motor 206 is configured to drive the rotating rod 203 to rotate.
Fig. 4 exemplarily shows the structure of the rotating assembly.
With the printer apparatus 1 of each of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the first driving means further includes a first gear assembly provided on the first base portion 207, and a first base portion 207, the first driving motor 206 being provided on the first base portion 207, the first driving motor 206 transmitting the rotational motion to the rotating lever 203 via the first gear assembly.

Preferably, the pressure providing assembly comprises a second driving device, a reversing assembly and a pressure applying assembly, the second driving device outputs a rotating action, the reversing assembly converts the rotating action output by the second driving device into a linear action, and the linear action is transmitted to the pressure applying assembly, so that the pressure applying assembly applies pressure to the object to be printed at the position to be printed.
Preferably, the second driving means includes a second driving motor 208 and a second driving motor support 209, and the second driving motor support 209 is used for stably supporting the second driving motor 208.

Preferably, the reversing assembly further comprises a connecting block 220, the connecting block 220 is fixedly connected with the driving block 217, the connecting block 220 comprises two connecting arms, each connecting arm is provided with at least one connecting portion, and the reversing assembly is fixedly connected with the pressure applying assembly through at least one connecting portion of each connecting arm of the two connecting arms of the connecting block 220.
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, one connection portion is provided on each connection arm.
Preferably, a plurality of connecting portions are provided on each connecting arm.
By the arrangement of the plurality of connecting portions, the angle of the pressure applying assembly can be adjusted.
Preferably, the connecting portion is a connecting hole. The connection hole is shown in fig. 3, and the connection block 220 has a W shape, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the shape of the connection block 220 in fig. 3 is merely exemplary.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the reversing assembly further includes a guide rail 212, a first slider 215 and a second slider 219, the lead screw nut block 214 is fixedly disposed on the first slider 215, the driving block 217 is fixedly disposed on the second slider 219, and the first slider 215 and the second slider 219 can slide on the guide rail 212.
Preferably, the reversing assembly further comprises two connecting plates 213, the first slider 215 and the second slider 219 are respectively connected with one connecting plate 213, and the connecting plates 213 and the guide rail 212 have matching shapes, so that the first slider 215 and the second slider 219 can slide on the guide rail 212 through the connecting plates 213.
Preferably, the reversing assembly further comprises a first pressure sensor 218, the first pressure sensor 218 is disposed on the elastic part 216, and the first pressure sensor 218 detects the magnitude of the pressure output by the driving block 217 by detecting the deformation amount of the elastic part 216.

Preferably, each support bracket 221 is detachably connected to the connection block 220 through the connection portion of one connection arm of the connection block 220.
With the printer apparatus 1 of each of the above embodiments, it is preferable that both the first holding portion 201 and the second holding portion 202 are fixedly connected to the rotating lever 203.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the printer device 1 further includes a second sensor 18, the second sensor 18 being configured to detect whether the first holding portion 201 or the second holding portion 202 is loaded with the object to be printed when the first holding portion 201 or the second holding portion 202 is rotated to the object to be printed loading position.
With the printer device 1 of each of the above embodiments, the print head assembly further includes the print head assembly and the print head support 14, and the print head support 14 is used to support the print head 15.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the printer apparatus 1 further includes a first sensor 16, the first sensor 16 being configured to detect whether the first holding portion 201 or the second holding portion 202 is loaded with an object to be printed when the first holding portion 201 or the second holding portion 202 is rotated to the position to be printed.
With the printer device 1 of each of the above embodiments, the object to be printed is a test tube.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the printer device 1 of the present disclosure is not limited to printing test tubes, and can also print other cylindrical objects, and even can print objects to be printed in other shapes by making adaptive adjustments to the partial structure of the printer device 1.
With the printer device 1 of each of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the ribbon transport holding assembly includes the ribbon guide member 13, the ribbon tensioning member 171, the ribbon driven member 11, and the ribbon driving member 12, the ribbon passes through the ribbon driven member 11, the ribbon tensioning member 171, the ribbon guide member 13, and the ribbon driving member 12 in this order, the ribbon driving member 12 winds the ribbon to drive the ribbon, the ribbon driven member 11 can release the ribbon based on the driving of the ribbon by the ribbon driving member 12, and the ribbon tensioning member 171 is configured to tension the ribbon between the ribbon driven member 11 and the ribbon driving member 12.
Preferably, the ribbon driven assembly 11 includes a ribbon winding driven shaft 111, a ribbon winding driven wheel 112, and a ribbon winding driven wheel driving motor 113, wherein the ribbon winding driven shaft 111 is fixedly connected to the ribbon winding driven wheel 112, the ribbon winding driven shaft 111 is used for winding the ribbon, and the ribbon winding driven wheel driving motor 113 is used for driving the ribbon winding driven wheel 112.
Preferably, the number of the belt-winding driven wheel driving motors 113 is plural, and the plural belt-winding driven wheel driving motors 113 are uniformly provided at circumferential edge positions of the belt-winding driven wheel 112 to drive the belt-winding driven wheel 112.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the ribbon driving assembly 12 includes a ribbon winding driving shaft 121, a ribbon winding first driving roller 122, a ribbon winding second driving roller 123 and a ribbon winding second driving roller driving motor 124, the ribbon winding second driving roller driving motor 124 drives the ribbon winding second driving roller 123 to rotate, the ribbon winding second driving roller 123 transmits the rotation to the ribbon winding first driving roller 122, and the ribbon winding driving shaft 121 is fixedly connected to the ribbon winding first driving roller 122, so that the ribbon winding driving shaft 121 rotates along with the ribbon winding first driving roller 122, thereby winding the ribbon.
Preferably, the ribbon drive assembly 12 further includes a take-up position stop 125, the take-up position stop 125 being disposed adjacent the first capstan 122.
With the printer device 1 of each of the above embodiments, the print head 15 is a thermal print head.
Preferably, the number of the ribbon guide pillars 13 of the printer apparatus 1 is plural.
Four ribbon guide posts 13 are shown in both fig. 1 and 2.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the printer apparatus 1 further includes an upper base 31, a lower base 32, and a base connecting portion 33, the upper base 31 is fixedly connected to the lower base 32 through the base connecting portion 33, and the rotation assembly, the ribbon transport holding assembly, the pressure providing assembly, and the print head assembly are disposed on the upper base 31.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, other components or assemblies of the printer apparatus 1 may be provided on the upper base 31.
The upper base 31 and the lower base 32 may each be a plate-shaped base.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the ribbon transport holding assembly further includes the groove 172, the groove 172 is formed on the upper base 31, and at least a part of the ribbon tension part 171 can move within the groove 172, thereby adjusting the degree of tension of the ribbon by the ribbon tension part 171.
According to the printer apparatus 1 of one embodiment of the present disclosure, the printer apparatus 1 further includes a printer housing (not shown). The above-described upper base 31, lower base 32, and the respective components or assemblies described above are provided in the printer housing.

Claims (38)
1. A printer apparatus, comprising:
a rotating assembly including a first holding portion provided at a first end of the rotating rod, a second holding portion provided at a second end of the rotating rod, and a rotating rod for holding an object to be printed, the rotating rod being capable of being driven to rotate so as to rotate the object to be printed held by the first holding portion or the second holding portion to a position to be printed;
a ribbon transport holding assembly for transporting and holding a ribbon; and
a printhead assembly including a printhead capable of heating the ribbon to print information carried by the printhead through the ribbon onto an object to be printed rotated to the position to be printed.
2. The printer device according to claim 1, wherein the first holding portion and the second holding portion have the same structure, and the first holding portion and the second holding portion are each provided with a holding hole that can be passed through by and hold an object to be printed.
3. The printer device according to claim 2, wherein a circumferential edge of the holding hole is provided with a flexible portion.
4. The printer apparatus of claim 3, wherein the flexible portion is an elastic loop.
5. The printer device of claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly further comprises a first drive device comprising a first drive motor for driving the rotating shaft to rotate.
6. The printer apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the first driving means further comprises a first gear assembly provided on the first base portion, and a first base portion on which the first driving motor is provided, the first driving motor transmitting a rotational motion to the rotating lever via the first gear assembly.
7. The printer apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first gear assembly includes a first gear to which the first drive motor transmits rotational motion through a motor output shaft and a second gear to which the first gear transmits rotational motion to the rotary lever through a bearing.
8. The printer apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a pressure providing assembly for applying pressure to the object to be printed rotated to the position to be printed such that the object to be printed is in stable contact with the ribbon.
9. The printer apparatus of claim 8, wherein the pressure providing assembly comprises a second driving device, a reversing assembly, and a pressure applying assembly, the second driving device outputting a rotational motion, the reversing assembly converting the rotational motion output by the second driving device into a linear motion, the linear motion being transmitted to the pressure applying assembly to cause the pressure applying assembly to apply pressure to the object to be printed at the position to be printed.
10. The printer device according to claim 9, wherein the second driving device includes a second driving motor and a second driving motor support portion for stably supporting the second driving motor.
11. The printer device of claim 9, wherein the reversing assembly comprises a coupler, a lead screw nut block, an elastic portion and a driving block, the second driving device transmits the rotation motion to the lead screw through the coupler, the lead screw nut block is sleeved on the lead screw, a first end of the elastic portion is fixedly connected with the lead screw nut block, a second end of the elastic portion is fixedly connected with the driving block, the rotation motion of the lead screw is converted into a linear motion by the lead screw nut block, and the linear motion of the lead screw nut block is transmitted to the driving block.

The printer apparatus of claim 11, wherein the reversing assembly further comprises a connecting block fixedly connected to the driving block, the connecting block comprising two connecting arms, each connecting arm having at least one connecting portion disposed thereon, the reversing assembly being fixedly connected to the pressure applying assembly via the at least one connecting portion of each of the two connecting arms of the connecting block.
13. A printer device according to claim 12, characterised in that one connection is provided on each connection arm.
14. A printer device according to claim 12, wherein a plurality of connecting portions are provided on each connecting arm.
15. The printer device according to any one of claims 12 to 14, wherein the connecting portion is a connecting hole.
16. The printer apparatus of claim 11, wherein the reversing assembly further comprises a guide rail, a first slide block and a second slide block, the lead screw nut block is fixedly disposed on the first slide block, the driving block is fixedly disposed on the second slide block, and the first slide block and the second slide block are capable of sliding on the guide rail.
17. The printer apparatus of claim 16, wherein the reversing assembly further comprises two connecting plates, and the first slider and the second slider are each connected to one connecting plate, and the connecting plates and the guide rails have matching shapes, such that the first slider and the second slider both slide on the guide rails through the connecting plates.
18. The printer apparatus of claim 11, wherein the reversing assembly further comprises a first pressure sensor disposed on the elastic portion, the first pressure sensor detecting a magnitude of pressure output by the driving block by detecting a deformation amount of the elastic portion.
19. The printer device according to claim 18, wherein the elastic portion is a spring.
20. The printer device of claim 9, wherein the pressure applying assembly comprises two force applying portions, each force applying portion comprising a deep groove ball bearing portion comprising a plurality of deep groove ball bearings and a support frame, the deep groove ball bearing portions being disposed on the support frame by a bearing mounting shaft, both force applying portions applying pressure to the object to be printed by the deep groove ball bearing portions.
21. The printer apparatus of claim 20, wherein each of said support brackets is removably connected to said connecting block by said connecting portion of one connecting arm of the connecting block.
22. The printer device according to claim 1, wherein the first holding portion and the second holding portion are each fixedly connected to the rotating lever.
23. The printer device according to claim 1, further comprising a second sensor for detecting whether the first holding portion or the second holding portion is loaded with the object to be printed when the first holding portion or the second holding portion is rotated to the object to be printed loading position.
24. The printer apparatus of claim 1, wherein the printhead assembly further comprises a printhead support for supporting the printhead.
25. The printer device according to claim 1, further comprising a second sensor for detecting whether the first holding portion or the second holding portion is loaded with an object to be printed when the first holding portion or the second holding portion is rotated to the position to be printed.
26. Printer device according to claim 1, characterised in that said objects to be printed are test tubes.
27. The printer apparatus of claim 1, wherein the ribbon transport retaining assembly includes a ribbon guide post, a ribbon tensioning portion, a ribbon driven assembly, and a ribbon drive assembly, wherein the ribbon passes through the ribbon driven assembly, the ribbon tensioning portion, the ribbon guide post, and the ribbon drive assembly in sequence, wherein the ribbon drive assembly winds the ribbon to drive the ribbon, wherein the ribbon driven assembly is capable of releasing the ribbon based on the ribbon drive assembly driving the ribbon, and wherein the ribbon tensioning portion is configured to tension the ribbon between the ribbon driven assembly and the ribbon drive assembly.

The printer apparatus of claim 27, wherein the ribbon drive assembly includes a ribbon drive shaft, a ribbon driven wheel, and a ribbon driven wheel drive motor, the ribbon drive shaft being fixedly coupled to the ribbon driven wheel, the ribbon drive shaft being configured to wind the ribbon, the ribbon driven wheel drive motor being configured to drive the ribbon driven wheel.
29. The printer apparatus as claimed in claim 28, wherein said tape-driven pulley drive motor is plural in number, and plural tape-driven pulley drive motors are provided uniformly at circumferential edge positions of said tape-driven pulley to drive said tape-driven pulley.
30. The printer apparatus of claim 27, wherein the ribbon drive assembly includes a ribbon drive shaft, a ribbon first drive wheel, a ribbon second drive wheel, and a ribbon second drive wheel drive motor, the ribbon second drive wheel drive motor driving the ribbon second drive wheel to rotate, the ribbon second drive wheel transmitting rotation to the ribbon first drive wheel, the ribbon drive shaft being fixedly coupled to the ribbon first drive wheel such that the ribbon drive shaft follows the ribbon first drive wheel to rotate thereby winding the ribbon.
31. A printer apparatus according to claim 30, wherein the ribbon drive assembly further comprises a take up position stop disposed adjacent the ribbon winding primary drive roller.
32. The printer apparatus of claim 1, wherein the printhead is a thermal printhead.
33. The printer apparatus of claim 27, wherein the number of ribbon guide posts is plural.
34. The printer apparatus of claim 8, further comprising an upper base, a lower base, and a base connection, the upper base being fixedly connected to the lower base by the base connection, the rotation assembly, the ribbon transport retention assembly, the pressure supply assembly, and the printhead assembly being disposed on the upper base.
35. The printer apparatus of claim 34, further comprising a printer housing.
36. A printer apparatus, comprising:
the printing device comprises a swinging assembly and a printing mechanism, wherein the swinging assembly comprises a swinging rod and a holding mechanism, the holding mechanism is arranged at a first end of the swinging rod, the holding mechanism is used for holding an object to be printed, and the swinging rod can be driven to swing so as to swing the object to be printed held by the holding mechanism at the first end of the swinging rod to a position to be printed;
a ribbon transport holding assembly for transporting and holding a ribbon; and
the printing head assembly comprises a printing head, and the printing head can heat the ribbon to print the information carried by the printing head on the object to be printed which is swung to the position to be printed.
37. The printer device according to claim 36, wherein the holding mechanism is provided with a holding hole that can be passed through by and hold the object to be printed.
38. The printer apparatus of claim 36 or 37, wherein the swing assembly further comprises a power mechanism for providing power to the second end of the swing lever to drive the swing lever to swing.
