For example, the end of the windshield 1005 of the base 100 remote from the top 120 is provided with a recess, and a cover removably covers the recess, the cover and recess collectively forming a fragrance zone 15 for holding the fragrance 13. For another example, the top 120 may be provided with a recess at an end thereof remote from the base 10, and a cover detachably covering the recess.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a front view of the aromatherapy device 1, and fig. 10 is a sectional view of the aromatherapy device. In this embodiment, the aromatherapy device 1 further includes a sealing ring 1207 disposed on the body 1012. In this embodiment, a gasket 1207 is disposed on the top 120 and surrounds the second opening 1204. The seal ring 1207 is made of rubber, silicone, or the like. When the housing 12 is fixed to the base 10, the sealing ring 1207 covers the end of the bearing part 102 far from the bottom part 100, and the sealing ring 1207 is clamped between the end surface 1026 of the bearing part 102 and the top part 120 of the housing 12, so that the two mounting grooves 1022 can be shielded, and the two end parts 110 can be prevented from moving along the vertical direction perpendicular to the end surface 1026.
Referring to fig. 10-12 in combination, the assembly process of the fragrance applicator 1 will be described in detail. When the fragrance applicator 1 is used, firstly, the fragrance 13 is put on the bearing part 102. Next, both end portions 110 of the rotary piece 11 are mounted to the two mounting grooves 1022 such that the vane 111 is positioned in the air flow path 14. Then, the housing 12 is covered on the base 10 and the sleeve-joint part 122 is located outside the carrying part 102; then, the housing 12 and the base 10 are screwed together, and the housing 12 and the base 10 are fixed together to form the main body 1012, and the aromatherapy device 1 is assembled. Wherein:
the first cavity 1021, the first opening 1004, and the second opening 1204 in the carrying part 102 are communicated to form the airflow channel 14. Specifically, the airflow passage 14 includes an intake vent formed at the bottom of the body 1012 by the first opening 1004, an outlet vent formed at the top of the body 1012 by the second opening 1204, and a first cavity 1021 communicating with the intake vent and the outlet vent.
The end surface 1026 of the bearing part 102 abuts against a surface of the top 120 of the housing 12 facing the base 10, tightly clamping the seal 1207 between the end surface 1026 of the bearing part 102 and the top 120 of the housing 12.
Referring to fig. 13, 13a to 13c, when the aromatherapy device 1 is fixed to an air conditioner case or other objects by the fixing part 1003, the first opening 1004 may face the direction of the airflow. Since the first opening 1004 is offset from the center of the bottom 100, the blade 111 is only partially oriented toward the inlet or offset from the inlet, and when the airflow enters the airflow channel 14 from the inlet, the non-center position of the blade 111 is maintained, so that the rotating plate 11 is more easily rotated. Specifically, the air flow direction F is parallel to a rotation plane P formed along the rotation direction R of the blade 111. In this embodiment, the blades 111 are turned around the two ends 110 by the airflow. In the present embodiment, the aromatherapy device 1 can be generalized to have three states according to the positional relationship of the blades 111 with respect to the bottom 100 or the top 120 when they are rotated. The first state is where the blades 111 are at an angle alpha to the base 100 or top 120 (see figure 13 a). In the second state: the blades 111 are perpendicular to the bottom 100 or top 120 (fig. 13 b); the second state is where the blades 111 are parallel to the bottom 100 or top 120 (fig. 13 c).
In the above embodiment, the fragrance box 1 is provided with the rotatable blades 111, when the air flows through the blades 111, the blades 111 can rotate, and the fragrance emitted from the fragrance 13 can be emitted to the air flow channel 14. When the blade 111 rotates, can take out fragrance outside aromatherapy ware 1 along with the air current from the air outlet, can make the air in certain space fresh fast to promote the air quality in certain space. The blade 111 is thin and can be rotated even when the wind force is small, and is applicable to many applications, for example, mounting to an air conditioner compartment of a vehicle, mounting to an outlet of a household air conditioner, a window, or various public places. In addition, the base 10 and the shell 12 in the aromatherapy device 1 are detachably assembled, and the perfume 13 can be replaced. It will be appreciated that in some possible embodiments, the fragrance dispenser 1 may also not contain the fragrance 13, and that the fragrance 13 may be mounted to the fragrance dispenser 1 during use.
Referring to fig. 14, fig. 14 is a schematic perspective exploded view of a partial structure of the aromatherapy device 2 according to the second embodiment. The difference between the aromatherapy device 2 and the aromatherapy device 1 is that: in the aromatherapy device 2, the sealing ring 1207 is replaced by a covering sheet 2207. Specifically, the cover piece 2207 has an arc shape. The cover 2207 is a thin sheet of metal or plastic. The two cover pieces 2207 are disposed at the positions where the mounting grooves 2022 are disposed on the distal end surface 2026 of the bearing portion 202. The cover sheet 2207 may be adhered to the end surface 2026 of the bearing portion 202 by an adhesive substance such as glue to cover the two mounting grooves 2022, and also to prevent the two end portions 210 from moving in the vertical direction of the bearing portion 202. It is understood that other structures of the fragrance device 2 can adopt the structure of the fragrance device 1, and the description is omitted.
Referring to fig. 15 to 16, fig. 15 to 16 are a schematic exploded view and a partial enlarged view of a part of the aromatherapy device 3 provided in the third embodiment. The difference between the aromatherapy device 3 and the aromatherapy device 1 is that: the structure of the bearing part 302 in the aromatherapy device 3 is different from that of the bearing part 102 of the aromatherapy device 1, and the covering sheet 2207 or the sealing ring 1207 is not required to be provided. The mounting groove 3022 of the carrier portion 302 is a blind hole or a through hole that opens from the inner surface 3023 to the outer surface 3025 of the carrier portion 302. The mounting slot 3022 is located at an end of the carrier portion 302 remote from the base 300. And the bearing portion 302 has a certain deformation. When the rotary piece (not shown) is installed, the bearing part 302 may be first pressed to deform so that the two sides of the bearing part 302 where the installation groove 3022 is provided expand outward, so as to insert the two end parts 310 into the installation groove 3022, and release the bearing part 302 to restore the bearing part 302, so as to fix the rotary piece (not shown) in the installation groove 3022. In this embodiment, the aromatherapy device 3 may fix the rotating piece (not shown) without the covering piece 2207 or the sealing ring 1207, so that the assembly is more convenient. It is understood that other structures of the fragrance device 3 may adopt a structure corresponding to any one of the fragrance devices 1 to 2, and are not described herein again.
The aromatherapy device 3 is also different from the aromatherapy devices 1 to 2 in that: the base 30 and the shell 32 of the aromatherapy device 3 are fixed. Specifically, one end of the carrying portion 302 away from the bottom portion 300 is provided with a first engaging portion 3008.
