Referring further to fig. 3 and 8, in a second embodiment of the present invention, an electric toothbrush 1 is provided, wherein the electric toothbrush 1 includes a gum protection structure 10, and the gum protection structure 10 includes a detection mechanism 16; the electric toothbrush body 15 comprises a driving assembly 12 and a brush head assembly 13, wherein the brush head assembly 13 is in transmission connection with the driving assembly 12, namely the driving assembly 12 is used for driving the brush head assembly 13; the detection mechanism 16 is disposed on the electric toothbrush body 15, and is configured to detect the vibration intensity of the driving assembly 12 and the toothbrush head assembly 13, and when the swing amplitude of the driving assembly 12 exceeds a threshold value, the driving assembly 12 triggers the detection mechanism 16, and when the detection mechanism 16 is triggered, the operating power of the driving assembly 12 is adjusted.

the gum protecting structure 10 comprises a trigger assembly 14 disposed at a lower end of the driving assembly 12, wherein the trigger assembly 14 adjusts the operating power of the driving assembly 12 when triggered; when the driving component 12 is operated, the driving component 12 can swing around the driving fixing component 11, and when the swing amplitude of the driving component 12 exceeds a threshold value, the driving component 12 triggers the triggering component 14.
The trigger assembly 14 includes: a PCB board 141 electrically connected to the driving assembly 12; a first electrode dome 142 disposed on the PCB 141; a second electrode spring 143 disposed on the PCB 141 and spaced apart from the first electrode spring 142; the first electrode spring 142 is disposed between the second electrode spring 143 and the second end of the driving assembly 12; the drive assembly 12 includes: a motor 121 having one end detachably connected to the brush head assembly 13; the swinging block 122 is arranged at one end of the motor 121 far away from the brush head assembly 13 and is arranged at an interval with the first electrode elastic sheet 142; the driving fixing assembly 11 includes: a motor fixing seat 111 for accommodating and fixing the motor 121; an upper cover 112 sleeved on the periphery of the motor fixing seat 111 and rotatably connected with the motor fixing seat 111; and a motor base arranged between the PCB 141 and the motor 121 for limiting the swing space of the swing block 122.
A first hanging part 1113 and a second hanging part 1114 are arranged at one end of the motor fixing seat 111 close to the brush head assembly 13; the upper cover 112 is provided with a first fixing hole 1123 and a second fixing hole 1124 at positions corresponding to the first hanger 1113 and the second hanger 1114, the first hanger 1113 is rotatably connected to the first fixing hole 1123, and the second hanger 1114 is rotatably connected to the second fixing hole 1124.
Referring further to fig. 5, in other preferred embodiments, the electric toothbrush body 15 further comprises: the first end of the driving component 12 along the axial direction is connected with the driving fixing component 11 in a hanging way; one end of the brush head assembly 13 in the axial direction is connected with the first end of the driving assembly 12; it is understood that the driving assembly 12 can rotate relative to the driving fixing assembly 11; further, the detection mechanism 16 includes: the trigger assembly 14; the trigger assembly 14 is arranged at the opposite lower end of the second end of the driving assembly 12 along the axial direction, and the trigger assembly 14 adjusts the running power of the driving assembly 12 when being triggered; when the swing amplitude of the driving component 12 exceeds a threshold value, the driving component 12 presses and triggers the triggering component 14.
It should be noted that the triggering component 14 may also be disposed at the joint of the driving component 12 and the brush head component 13, or disposed on the brush head component 13, and in this embodiment, the triggering component 14 is preferably disposed at the opposite lower end of the second end of the driving component 12 along the axial direction. It can be understood that, by connecting the first end of the driving component 12 along the axial direction with the driving fixing component 11 in a suspension manner, so that the first end of the driving component 12 along the axial direction swings with the driving fixing component 11, and by controlling the end of the brush head component 13 along the axial direction to be connected with the first end of the driving component 12, the driving component 12 receives the reaction force of the brush head component 13 while driving the brush head component 13 to vibrate, and because the end of the driving component 12 close to the brush head component 13 is connected with the driving fixing component 11 in a suspension manner, so that the driving component 12 swings synchronously, and further by the swinging degree of the driving component 12, the vibration intensity of the brush head component 13 can be indirectly reflected, and by providing the triggering component 14 at the opposite lower end of the second end of the driving component 12 along the axial direction, when the swing amplitude of the driving component 12 exceeds a threshold value, the driving component 12 presses against and triggers the triggering component 14, and further the operating power of the driving component 12 is reduced, so that the electric toothbrush 1 enters a weak gear mode, and gum tissues are effectively protected.
In other preferred embodiments, the trigger assembly 14 includes: the PCB 141, the first electrode spring 142 and the second electrode spring 143; the PCB 141 is electrically connected to the driving assembly 12; the first electrode elastic piece 142 is arranged on the PCB 141; the second electrode elastic piece 143 is disposed on the PCB 141 and spaced apart from the first electrode elastic piece 142; the first electrode spring piece 142 is disposed between the second electrode spring piece 143 and the second end of the driving assembly 12; it can be understood that the PCB 141 electrically connects the driving assembly 12 to a power supply, and the first electrode elastic piece 142, the first electrode elastic piece 142 and the second end of the driving assembly 12 are at least partially located on the same radial cross section, so as to ensure that when the vibration of the brush head assembly 13 exceeds a threshold value, the driving assembly 12 swings beyond the threshold value, and further the second end of the driving assembly 12 abuts against the first electrode elastic piece 142, so that the first electrode elastic piece 142 contacts against the second electrode elastic piece 143, and the triggering assembly 14 is triggered, and further the operating power of the driving assembly 12 is reduced, so that the electric toothbrush 1 enters a weak gear mode, and further the gum tissue is effectively protected.
Referring further to fig. 6-8, in other preferred embodiments, the driving assembly 12 includes: a motor 121 and a swing block 122; the motor 121 comprises a motor body 123 and an output shaft 124 which are integrally connected along the axial direction, and one end of the output shaft 124, which is far away from the motor body 123, is detachably connected with the brush head assembly 13; the swing block 122 is disposed on the other end of the motor body 123 away from the output shaft 124, and is disposed coaxially with the output shaft 124 and spaced apart from the first electrode spring 142. It is understood that the output shaft 124 may be directly connected to the brushhead assembly 13, or the output shaft 124 may be connected to the brushhead assembly 13 through a linkage; through setting up swing piece 122, and will swing piece 122 deviates from the one end of brush head assembly 13, and then can be in under the minimum shock intensity of brush head assembly 13, make swing piece 122 possesses the biggest swing range, the guarantee gum protection architecture 10 is to the protection effect of gum tissue.
Referring further to fig. 9 to 10, in other preferred embodiments, the driving fixing assembly 11 includes: a motor fixing seat 111, an upper cover 112 and a shell 113; the motor fixing seat 111 is used for accommodating and fixing the motor body 123; the upper cover 112 is sleeved on the periphery of the motor fixing seat 111 and is connected with the motor fixing seat 111 in a hanging manner; the upper cover 112 is detachably attached to the housing 113. In other preferred embodiments, the motor holder 111 includes: the motor fixing seat comprises a motor fixing seat body 1111, a sealing plate 1112, a first hanging part 1113 and a second hanging part 1114; the motor fixing seat body 1111 is hollow round tube-shaped, and the motor 121 is fixed in the motor fixing seat body 1111; the sealing plate 1112 is disposed on an end of the motor fixing base 111 away from the brush head assembly 13; the first hanging part 1113 is arranged on the outer wall of one end of the motor fixing seat body 1111 close to the brush head assembly 13; the second hanging member 1114 is disposed at an outer wall of the motor holder body 1111 near one end of the brush head assembly 13; the first suspension member 1113 and the second suspension member 1114 are disposed at two ends of the same diameter of the motor fixing seat body 1111, and are used for being matched with and connected with the upper cover 112; the axis of the sealing plate 1112 is provided with a swing hole 1115 adapted to the swing block 122, and the swing block 122 is in clearance fit with the sealing plate 1112. It can be understood that by providing the first suspension member 1113 and the second suspension member 1114, the first suspension member 1113 and the second suspension member 1114 form a pivot point, when the brushhead assembly 13 vibrates, the motor 121 is driven to slightly swing and rotate around the first suspension member 1113 and the second suspension member 1114, thereby providing a guarantee for the swing block 122 to trigger the trigger assembly 14.
In other preferred embodiments, the motor fixing seat main body 1111 is axially provided with a fixing block 1116 on an inner surface thereof, and the motor body 123 is provided with a fixing table 125 adapted to the fixing block 1116 on an outer surface thereof. It can be understood that the fixing block 1116 and the fixing table 125 are arranged to ensure that the motor 121 and the motor fixing base 111 synchronously swing.
In other preferred embodiments, the upper cover 112 includes: an upper cone 1121, a retaining bar 1122, a first fixing hole 1123 and a second fixing hole 1124; the upper cone cover 1121 is clamped with the upper end of the shell 113 along the axial direction; the retaining strip 1122 extends and forms from one end of the upper cone 1121, which is away from the brush head assembly 13, along the axial direction, and one end of the retaining strip 1122, which is away from the upper cone 1121, is clamped with the housing 113; the first fixing hole 1123 is disposed at a junction of the retaining bar 1122 and the upper cone 1121, and is used for connecting the first suspension member 1113; the second fixing hole 1124 is disposed at a junction of the retaining bar 1122 and the upper cone 1121 for connecting the second suspension member 1114. It can be understood that the upper cover 112 is fixedly connected to the housing 113, and the motor fixing seat 111 can swing relative to the upper cover 112, thereby providing a guarantee for the swing block 122 to trigger the triggering assembly 14.
In other preferred embodiments, the driving fixing assembly 11 further includes a motor base plate 114, wherein the motor base plate 114 is disposed between the PCB 141 and the motor 121, and is used for limiting a swing space of the swing block 122; the motor base plate 114 includes: a ring body 1141, a limit frame 1142 and an elastic member 1143; one end of the swinging block 122, which is far away from the motor 121, is inserted into the limit frame 1142 and is in clearance fit with the limit frame 1142; one end of the elastic member 1143 is connected to the position-limiting frame 1142, and the other end is connected to the inner surface of the circular ring body 1141; the limiting frame 1142 is provided with at least one elastic element 1143 along each of two radial ends of the circular ring body 1141. It is understood that the motor base plate 114 limits the swing of the motor 121 to prevent the motor 121 from damaging other structures of the electric toothbrush 1 due to the violent swing.
In other preferred embodiments, the elastic member 1143 is a U-shaped elastic member 1143, which includes: a first elastic member 1144, a second elastic member 1145, and a third elastic member 1146; the first elastic member 1144 is disposed between the limiting frame 1142 and the ring body 1141; the second elastic element 1145 and the third elastic element 1146 are disposed at an end of the position-limiting frame 1142 away from the first elastic element 1144; the first elastic element 1144, the second elastic element 1145 and the third elastic element 1146 are radially disposed in a delta shape, the first electrode spring piece 142 and the second electrode spring piece 143 are disposed between the second elastic element 1145 and the third elastic element 1146, and the first electrode spring piece 142 is disposed between the second electrode spring piece 143 and the first elastic element 1144. It can be understood that, by setting the elastic member 1143 as the U-shaped elastic member 1143, the elastic member 1143 can timely reset and align the driving assembly 12, and by setting at least one elastic member 1143 on each of the two ends of the limiting frame 1142 along the radial direction of the circular ring main body 1141, the driving assembly 12 is effectively balanced.
Further, the first suspension member 1113 and the second suspension member 1114 are disposed in a cross shape with the first elastic member 1144, the second elastic member 1145 and the third elastic member 1146, so as to ensure that the swing block 122 swings back and forth along the direction of the first elastic member 1144, the second elastic member 1145 and the third elastic member 1146.
Referring further to fig. 11 and 23, in a third embodiment of the present invention, an electric toothbrush 1 is provided, wherein the electric toothbrush 1 includes an air pressure balance connection structure 30, and the air pressure balance connection structure 30 includes an air pressure balance connection mechanism 31; the electric toothbrush body 15 comprises a driving component 12 and a battery component 151, the battery component 151 is electrically connected with the driving component 12 and used for providing energy for the driving component 12, and the air pressure balance connecting mechanism 31 is arranged on the electric toothbrush body 15 and used for connecting the driving component 12 and the battery component 151.
It can be understood that, by detachably connecting the driving assembly 12 and the battery assembly 151, a guarantee is provided for replacement and maintenance of the battery assembly 151, and by providing the air pressure balance connection mechanism 31 for connecting the driving assembly 12 and the battery assembly 151, replacement and maintenance of the battery assembly 151 of the electric toothbrush 1 are further facilitated, and the service life of the electric toothbrush 1 is prolonged. It should be noted that the electric toothbrush body 15 further includes a brush head assembly 13, and the brush head assembly 13 is in transmission connection with the driving assembly 12 and is disposed on one end of the driving assembly 12 away from the battery assembly 151 along the axial direction of the electric toothbrush body 15.
In other preferred embodiments, the electric toothbrush body 15 further comprises: a battery assembly 151 electrically connected to the driving assembly 12; the air pressure balance connection structure 30 includes: a drive fixing component 11 and a battery fixing component 17 which are detachably connected, and an air pressure balance connecting mechanism 31 which is arranged on the electric toothbrush body 15 and is used for connecting the drive component 12 and the battery component 151; the driving fixing component 11 is provided with a joint support 116, and the driving component 12 is arranged on the driving fixing component 11; the battery fixing assembly 17 is provided with a bottom case 171 and a battery front cover 172, and the battery assembly 151 is provided on the bottom case 171 and the battery front cover 172; wherein, battery pack 151 and drive assembly 12 can be dismantled and be connected, connect support 116 with battery protecgulum 172 can be dismantled and be connected, the one end of atmospheric pressure balanced coupling mechanism 31 can be dismantled connect in on drain pan 171, battery pack 151 and the battery protecgulum 172, the other end of atmospheric pressure balanced coupling mechanism 31 can be dismantled connect in connect on the support 116.
The air pressure balance connection mechanism 31 includes: the button 32 is connected with the battery fixing component 17, the battery component 151 and the joint bracket 116 in a sliding way and is provided with a first air passage 3213 and a second air passage 3221 which are vertically communicated; a button reset member 33 sleeved on the button 32 between the bottom case 171 and the battery assembly 151 for pushing the button 32 to automatically lock the driving assembly 12; an air cushion 34 accommodated in the second air passage 3221 and used for sealing the second air passage 3221, wherein an air outlet 341 communicated with the second air passage 3221 is arranged at two ends of the air cushion 34; wherein, one end of the button 32 is clamped with the joint support 116.
In other preferred embodiments, the air pressure balance connecting structure 30 further comprises a driving fixing component 11 and a battery fixing component 17, wherein the driving fixing component 11 and the battery fixing component 17 are detachably connected; the driving assembly 12 is arranged on the driving fixing assembly 11, and the battery assembly 151 is arranged on the battery fixing member; it is understood that the driving component 12 is fixed on the driving fixing component 11, and the battery component 151 is fixed on the battery fixing component, that is, the driving fixing component 11 and the battery fixing component 17 are detachably connected, that is, a detachable connection between the battery component 151 and the driving component 12 is provided.
Further, the driving fixing component 11 is provided with a joint support 116, and the joint support 116 is disposed at one end of the driving fixing component 11 combined with the battery fixing component 17, that is, one end of the joint support 116 is provided with the driving component 12, and the other end is provided with the battery component 151. Referring further to fig. 14, the battery assembly 151 and the battery fixing assembly 17 are disposed as a power supply base 18, and the driving assembly 12, the driving fixing assembly 11 and the brush head assembly 13 form a toothbrush handle 19; the air pressure balance connecting mechanism 31 is arranged on the power supply seat 18, when the electric toothbrush 1 is used, the power supply seat 18 and the toothbrush handle 19 are connected in a long-distance mode, and when the battery component 151 needs to be detached, the power supply seat 18 can be detached from the toothbrush handle 19; meanwhile, the disassembled power supply base 18 can also be used as a mobile power supply.
It can be understood that the air pressure balance connecting mechanism 31 is fixed on one side of the battery assembly 151 and the battery fixing assembly 17, when the electric toothbrush 1 is assembled, the battery assembly 151 and the driving assembly 12 are detachably connected, and then are electrically connected after being connected, and when the battery assembly 151 and the driving assembly 12 are connected, the battery fixing assembly 17 and the driving fixing assembly 11 are also in a state of being connected with each other; thereby providing a guarantee for replacement and maintenance of the battery assembly 151.
Referring further to fig. 15 to 16, in other preferred embodiments, the air pressure balance connection mechanism 31 includes: a button 32 and a button reset 33; the button 32 is connected with the battery fixing component 17, the battery component 151 and the joint bracket 116 in a sliding manner from outside to inside in sequence along the radial direction of the electric toothbrush body 15; the button reset member 33 is sleeved on the button 32 between the bottom case 171 and the battery assembly 151, and is used for pushing the button 32 to automatically lock the driving assembly 12.
It can be understood that, in the air pressure balance connection mechanism 31 provided in this embodiment, whether the battery assembly 151 and the driving assembly 12 can be detached is controlled by the air pressure balance connection mechanism 31, the battery fixing assembly 17 and the driving fixing assembly 11 are connected by the button 32, and then the battery assembly 151 and the driving assembly 12 are connected, and meanwhile, the button 32 can slide relative to the electric toothbrush body 15 and reset under the action of the button resetting piece 33, and then the connection and the detachment between the battery assembly 151 and the driving assembly 12 are realized.
Referring further to fig. 17, in still other preferred embodiments, the button 32 includes: a button body 321, a housing stopper 322, and a drive lock 323; the housing stopper 322 is disposed at one end of the button body 321 in the length direction, and is used for limiting the button body 321 in the bottom case 171; the driving locking part 323 is disposed at an end of the button body 321 away from the housing stopper 322 in the length direction, and is used for locking and fixing the connector holder 116.

In other preferred embodiments, the housing position-limiting portion 322 includes a position-limiting step 3211, and a pressing portion 3212 disposed at an end of the position-limiting step 3211 away from the button body 321; the end of the bottom case 171 facing the driving fixing assembly 11 is provided with a button groove 1711; the aperture of the button groove 1711 is smaller than the outer diameter of the limit step 3211, the limit step 3211 is matched with the inner surface of the bottom case 171, and the pressing portion 3212 is slidably connected with the button groove 1711; it can be understood that the limit step 3211 of the housing limiting portion 322 is accommodated in the bottom case 171, the pressing portion 3212 can slide relative to the button groove 1711 and can partially extend out of the bottom case 171, so that a user can press the button 32 conveniently, the battery assembly 151 of the electric toothbrush 1 can be quickly detached or installed, the button 32 is also effectively prevented from being separated from the bottom case 171, and the limit step 3211 can also effectively seal the button groove 1711, thereby improving the sealing performance of the electric toothbrush 1.
With further reference to fig. 18 to 23, a reset groove 1721 and a button hole 1722 formed at an axial center of the reset groove 1721 are formed in the front battery cover 172 corresponding to the button groove 1711, and a fixing step 1723 is formed at a joint of the button hole 1722 and the reset groove 1721; the button body 321 is slidably connected with the button hole 1722; the button reset piece 33 is a reset spring, one end of the button reset piece 33 is fixed on the end surface of the limit step 3211 departing from the pressing portion 3212, the other end of the button reset piece 33 is fixed between the reset groove 1721 and the fixed step 1723, and the button body 321 is slidably connected with the button hole 1722.
It can be understood that one end of the button reset element 33 abuts against the end surface of the limiting step 3211 far away from the pressing portion 3212, one end of the button reset element 33 abuts against the groove bottom of the reset groove 1721, and one end of the button reset element 33 far away from the limiting step 3211 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the fixing step 1723, so that the button 32 can slide relative to the battery fixing assembly 17, the battery assembly 151, the driving assembly 12 and the driving fixing assembly 11, thereby providing a guarantee for quickly detaching or installing the battery assembly 151 of the electric toothbrush 1.
In other preferred embodiments, a first air duct 3213 is disposed at an axial center of the button body 321, and a second air duct 3221 extending along a circumferential direction of the electric toothbrush body 15 and vertically communicating with the first air duct 3213 is disposed on the housing limiting portion 322; the air pressure balance connection mechanism 31 further includes: an air cushion 34 accommodated in the second air passage 3221 and used for sealing the second air passage 3221; wherein, air outlets 341 communicating with the second air passage 3221 are disposed at two ends of the air cushion 34 along the circumferential direction of the electric toothbrush body 15. The outer circumference of the button body 321 is annularly provided with a sealing groove 3214, the button 32 further includes a sealing ring 324, and the sealing ring 324 is sleeved in the sealing groove 3214.
It can be understood that, by opening the first air passage 3213 and the second air passage 3221 on the button 32, providing the air cushion 34, and providing the air outlet 341 on the air cushion 34, and in an assembled state, the air outlet 341 of the air cushion 34 is only pressed against the inner surface of the bottom case 171 under the action of the button resetting member 33, so as to be sealed, the sealing ring 324 is used for sealing the button hole 1722, so as to effectively improve the sealing performance of the electric toothbrush 1.

It can be understood that the operation mode of the electric toothbrush 1 can be adjusted in a rotating manner by arranging the rotary switch mechanism 21, arranging the rotary switch mechanism 21 in the electric toothbrush body 15, and electrically connecting the driving assembly 12 and the battery assembly 151 through the rotary switch mechanism 21; meanwhile, the window opening is also avoided on the electric toothbrush body 15, so that the appearance integrity of the electric toothbrush 1 is protected, and the waterproof performance of the electric toothbrush 1 is improved. Referring to fig. 29 to fig. 31, in another preferred embodiment, the rotary switch mechanism 21 includes: a main plate assembly 211, a contact electrode assembly 212, and a rotary reset assembly 213; the contact electrode assembly 212 is disposed on the main board assembly 211; a rotary reset assembly 213, wherein the rotary reset assembly 213 is disposed on the main plate assembly 211 and is used for controlling the contact electrode assembly 212 to be closed or opened.
