Body surface tumors, trauma, scars, etc. are common diseases in plastic surgery, and for the treatment of such deformity, resection and suture are usually adopted. In order to minimize post-operative scarring in patients, it is important to use stretch-reducing sutures, which are also a classic technique in orthopedic surgery. However, conventional tension-reducing sutures often use a thread or absorbable thread to intermittently suture under the skin, which has significant disadvantages: firstly, the width of the tissue brought by the traditional suture is narrow, and the tension reducing effect is limited; secondly, the intermittent subcutaneous suture is complicated in operation and long in suture time, and increases the anesthesia risk for general anesthesia patients; thirdly, the conditions of untightening and loosening of the knot are easy to occur, and the due tension reducing effect cannot be achieved.
The existing barb lines applied in other departments have great problems, which mainly comprise: the traditional barbed thread is only unidirectional, needs to be sutured along the incision direction for a long distance, increases the operation difficulty of an operator and the winding condition during suturing, and has no obvious advantages compared with the common suture due to less tissue quantity.

(1) Firstly, trimming and flattening two sides of a wound to be sutured, performing electrocoagulation hemostasis on subcutaneous tissues, and judging the length and the depth of the wound;
(2) estimating the number of subcutaneous tension-reducing suture needles according to the judgment result, and selecting a proper amount of suture threads for standby;
(3) two sewing needles 5 are respectively fixed with two side ferrules 7 at the tail end of one sewing thread, and the ferrules 7 are just inserted into a clamping groove 21 at the tail part of the sewing needle 5;
(4) clamping the middle and rear third part of a side sewing needle 5 by a needle holder, penetrating into tissues from a subcutaneous vertical wound surface, penetrating out of the epidermis, and ensuring that the horizontal distance between the needle entering and the needle exiting is about 5 cm;
(5) clamping the back one third of another sewing needle 5 by a needle holder, vertically penetrating into tissues from the subcutaneous surface of the wound on the other side, penetrating out of the epidermis, and ensuring that the horizontal distance between the needle entering and the needle exiting is about 5 cm;
(6) the operator judges whether the suture positions at the two sides are proper or not, and whether the needle outlet points and the needle inlet points at the two sides are positioned at the same level or not;
(7) if the sewing positions are all proper, tearing off the protective sleeve 3, cutting off the ferrules 7 at the two ends by using a thread cutter, and returning the two sewing needles 5;
(8) the lead 2 is evenly pulled out from both sides until the suture 8 is completely pulled into tissues at both sides respectively; note that the barb line body centerline 11 where the barbs change direction is located in the center of the cut;
(9) cutting the leads 2 at the two sides by using a thread scissors and finishing the sewing;
