a shell (100) provided with a negative pressure cavity (102) inside;
a fan (101) arranged in the negative pressure cavity (102);
one end of the telescopic air duct (200) is communicated with the negative pressure cavity (102), and the other end of the telescopic air duct can extend out of or retract into the negative pressure cavity (102);
a pulley (201) disposed above the inside of the housing (100);

5. A machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:

the motor (301) is provided with an output shaft (303), and a gear (304) is arranged on the output shaft (303);
and the strip-shaped teeth (302) are in meshed connection with the gear (304).
7. The machine according to claim 6, characterized in that said motor (301) is fixedly arranged on said telescopic air duct (200) or said counterweight (202), and said strip-shaped teeth (302) are arranged on the inner wall of said negative pressure cavity (102).
8. A machine as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that said output shaft (303) extends through said motor (301), and is provided with one said gear (304) at each end, and two said strip-shaped teeth (302) are provided, respectively, on two opposite side walls of said negative pressure chamber (102).
9. A cabinet, comprising:
a cabinet (500) defining a mounting space (501) therein, the mounting space (501) having a first opening (502) facing a lower side;
a machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, mounted wholly concealed within said mounting space (501) and said telescopic duct (200) is extendable from and retractable into said mounting space (501).
10. The cabinet as claimed in claim 9, wherein the cabinet body (500) further defines a storage space (504) therein, the storage space (504) being disposed at a front side of the installation space (501).
