The sealing ring mechanism comprises a main shaft c, a sealing sleeve f and a sealing ring II j, the main shaft c and the sealing sleeve f are provided with steps, and the sealing ring II j is a silica gel O-shaped sealing ring which is sleeved in the main shaft c and abuts against (leans against) the steps of the main shaft c and the sealing sleeve f; or the sealing ring mechanism is combined with the airtight mechanism, and the sealing ring II j is sleeved in the main shaft c and abuts against a position between the step II c2 of the main shaft c and the sealing ring I. The sealing ring mechanism can seal and isolate materials produced by processing and grease of the bearing.
The oil seal mechanism comprises a main shaft c, a seal sleeve f and a stainless steel oil seal k, in the embodiment, the stainless steel oil seal k is a polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE stainless steel oil seal purchased from the market, or a single-lip type, or a double-lip type, or a triple-lip type, and the stainless steel oil seal k is sleeved into the main shaft c and fixed at the second step 2 part of the main shaft c in the seal sleeve f. The oil seal mechanism can seal and isolate the grease of the bearing, so that the sanitation of the processed production materials is ensured.
Example two
The present embodiment is basically similar to the first embodiment, except that in the air-tight mechanism of the present embodiment, the main shaft c is further provided with a first step c1, the first step c1 is disposed between a first gap balloon h1 in a gap between the shaft hole of the sealing cover g and the main shaft c, and a third gap balloon h3 in a gap between the shaft hole of the sealing cover f and the main shaft c, so as to form a second gap balloon h2 of the balloon h, which is also communicated with the other end of the air hole f1, and is communicated with a first gap balloon h1 and a third gap balloon h3 to form an integral balloon h together.
