The screwing element 32 includes a screwing rod 321, an interference portion 322, a gasket 323 and a fixing block 324. Specifically, the rotating rod 321 passes through two sets of belts 31 stacked inside and outside, and the abutting portion 322 and the fixing block 324 are respectively disposed at the inner end and the outer end of the rotating rod 321.
