Step S3: the brush bar 10 is injection molded.
Specifically, the fixing plate 20 with the brush filaments 30 fixed thereon is placed in a forming mold of the brush rod 10, and hard plastic is injected in an injection molding manner, so that the brush rod 10 fixedly connected with the fixing plate 20 is obtained.
Step S4: and injection molding the soft rubber layer 40.
Specifically, the brush plate 12 of the brush rod 10 with the brush wires 30 fixed thereon is placed in a forming mold of the soft rubber layer 40, and a soft rubber material is injected in an injection molding manner to obtain the soft rubber layer 40 fixedly connected with the fixing plate 20 and the brush plate 12.
Since the brush filaments 30 are fixed to the brush bar 10 by the fixing plate 20, the selection range of materials for the soft adhesive layer 40 is relatively wide, which facilitates selection of different materials according to the main driving direction of the electric toothbrush head 100.
In some embodiments, the brush rod 10 may be integrally formed with the fixing plate 20, that is, the step S1 provides the combination of the fixing plate 20 and the brush rod 10, so that the step S3 may be omitted to reduce the process flow and the production cost, but the range of material selection for injection molding is small in this type of embodiment because the adopted brush wires 30 need to be bonded to the fixing plate 20.
EXAMPLE seven
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, this embodiment provides a powered toothbrush including a drive member and a powered toothbrush head 100 as described in any one of the first to sixth embodiments. The drive member is connected to the brush bar 10.
The electric toothbrush has the soft rubber layer 40 coated outside the fixed plate 20 and the brush rod 10, so that the soft rubber layer 40 mainly collides with the inner wall of the oral cavity when the oral cavity is cleaned, and the soft rubber layer 40 is of a flexible structure, so that the collision force on the inner wall of the oral cavity can be reduced, and the tooth brushing experience is improved.
The application provides an electronic toothbrush head 100 and electronic toothbrush, through set up fixed plate 20 on brush-holder stud 10, it is fixed with brush-holder stud 30 through no anchoring bristle planting technique on fixed plate 20, and through soft glue film 40 with fixed plate 20 and brush-holder stud 10 cladding, thereby when brushing teeth, flexible characteristic through soft glue film 40, alleviate the uncomfortable sense that the vibration brought, and the damage that the vibration collision led to the oral cavity, solve among the prior art because electronic toothbrush head influences the problem that the user experienced with oral cavity collision, discomfort when having reduced and brushing teeth. Moreover, the brush wire 30 with high density, high cleaning effect and long service life can be obtained by combining the anchoring-free technology with the high-low hair planting technology. Meanwhile, the fixing plate 20 is used for fixing the brush wires 30, so that the selection range of materials such as the soft rubber layer 40 is wider.
