Abstract

Technical Field

Background
Some current electric devices include two or more battery packs, and the battery packs are connected in series through a wire harness. In the process of installing, disassembling and carrying the battery pack, the wire harness is pulled, lifted and the like, so that the wire harness is easily pulled out, and the battery pack is damaged.

In some embodiments of the present application, a first concave portion is disposed outside the third portion of the insulating member, and the position-limiting member is at least partially located in the first concave portion.
In the above embodiment, the first portion can pass through the through hole from the first side of the limiting member and then be disposed on the second side of the limiting member, and the second portion cannot pass through the through hole, so as to assist in positioning and fixing the wire harness fixing device. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In the description of the present application, it should be noted that, unless explicitly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; either mechanically or electrically or in communication with each other; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship or combination of two or more elements. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a wire harness fixing assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is illustrated in a perspective view in different orientations, the wire harness fixing assembly 100 including a fixing assembly 10 and a wire harness 20. The wire harness fixing member 100 is provided to an electrical connection device including a housing 101, the wire harness 20 passing through the housing 101, a part of the wire harness 20 being provided to one side of the housing 101, and a part of the wire harness 20 being provided to the other side of the housing 101 opposite to the one side. The fixing assembly 10 fixes the wire harness 20 and the housing 101, limits an external force applied to the wire harness 20, and reduces damage to the wire harness 20. For example, the user is restricted from pulling the wire harness 20 from outside the housing 101.
In this embodiment, the wire harness fixing member 100 is applied to one battery pack 1.
Fig. 3 and 4 are perspective views of a portion of the wire harness fixing assembly 100. Fig. 5 is a partially exploded perspective view of the wire harness fixing assembly 100. The fixing assembly 10 includes a limiting member 11, a bracket 12 and a fastening member 13. For convenience of description, as shown in the drawings, the wire harness fixing member 100 is defined to have a width direction along the X direction, a length direction along the Y direction, and a height direction along the Z direction. The X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction are mutually vertical.
The limiting member 11 is provided with a through hole 102. The wire harness 20 passes through the through hole, a part of the wire harness 20 is located on a first side of the limiting member 11, a part of the wire harness 20 is located on a second side of the limiting member 11, and the first side and the second side are oppositely arranged on two sides of the limiting member 11 along the Y direction.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the limiting member 11 may be a part of a housing of the battery pack 1 or the limiting member 11 may be disposed on the housing 101 of the battery pack 1, for example, the limiting member 11 is fixed to the housing 101 of the battery pack 1 by a screw or the like. The first side of the limiting member 11 is, for example and without limitation, the inner side of the battery pack 1, and the second side of the limiting member 11 is, for example and without limitation, the outer side of the battery pack 2.
The bracket 12 includes a first extension 121 and a second extension 122 disposed opposite to each other, and a connecting portion 123 connected between the first extension 121 and the second extension 122. The connection portion 123 passes through the wire harness 20. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the wire harness 20 includes a first wire harness 21 and a second wire harness 22, and the connection portion 123 is located between the first wire harness 21 and the second wire harness 22. The first extension portion 121 and the second extension portion 122 may be connected to the limiting member 11. Alternatively, the first extension portion 121 and the second extension portion 122 may be connected to the limiting member 11 in a contact manner. Optionally, the limiting member 11 includes a recess (not shown), and the first extending portion 121 and the second extending portion 122 are disposed in the recess. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the connection part 123 may pass through the wire harness 20 in the Z direction such that the first wire harness 21 and the second wire harness 22 are located at both sides of the connection part 123. The first extending portion 121 can be bent and extended to the limiting member 11, and the second extending portion 122 can be bent and extended to the limiting member 11. In the embodiment of the present application, the bracket 12 is disposed on a first side of the limiting member 11. In this embodiment, the number of wires included in the first wire harness 21 and the number of wires included in the second wire harness 22 may be the same, which is advantageous for the first wire harness 21 and the second wire harness 22 to receive uniform force. The first wire harness 21 and the second wire harness 22 may be connected to the same other electrical connection member, for example, the first wire harness 21 and the second wire harness 22 are connected to the same connector. The first wire harness 21 and the second wire harness 22 may be connected to different other electrical connectors, for example, the first wire harness 21 is connected to a circuit board, and the first wire harness 21 is connected to other parts of the battery pack 1, but not limited thereto.
The first extension 121 and the second extension 122 may be disposed opposite to each other substantially along the Z-direction, but the present application does not limit the present invention. The first extending portion 121 and the second extending portion 122 extend from two ends of the connecting portion 123 and are connected to the limiting member 11, in other or modified embodiments of the present application, the extending direction of the first extending portion 121 and/or the second extending portion 122 may be any direction in space, and the positions of the two may also have different settings. The first extending portion 121 is disposed outside the wire harness 20, and the second extending portion 122 is disposed outside the wire harness 20, which is beneficial to further transmitting the acting force applied to the wire harness 20 to the limiting member 11.
In the embodiment of the present application, the bracket 12 may have a U-shaped structure, the yield strength of the bracket 12 may be greater than 52 megapascals (MPa), and the bracket 12 may be able to withstand a large acting force.
In the Y direction, the fastening member 13 is disposed on a side of the bracket 12 away from the limiting member 11. The fastener 13 may be used to fix the first wire harness 21 and the second wire harness 22. The fastening member 13 and the insulating member 14 are provided on opposite sides of the connecting portion 123 in the Y direction. Optionally, in some embodiments, the fastener 13 is, for example, but not limited to, a tie, tape, elastic fastener, or the like.
In the embodiment of the present application, the wire harness fixing assembly 100 may further include an insulating member 14, and the insulating member 14 may pass through the through hole 102 of the limiting member 11 and be connected to the limiting member 11 at the through hole 102. Referring also to fig. 6, a partial cross-sectional view of the wire harness fixing assembly 100 is shown, wherein the cross-section may be a cross-section parallel to the XY plane. The insulating member 14 may be divided into a first portion 141, a second portion 142, and a third portion 143. The first portion 141 is disposed on a first side of the limiting member 11, the second portion 142 is disposed on a second side of the limiting member 11, and the third portion 143 is disposed at a through hole of the limiting member 11.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the outer diameter of the first portion 141 is smaller than the bore diameter of the through-hole 102. The first portion 141 is disposed on the first side of the limiting member 11 after passing through the through hole 102 from the second side of the limiting member 11. The outer diameter of the second portion 142 is larger than the diameter of the through hole 102 to limit the second portion 142 from passing through the through hole 102. A first concave portion 1431 is provided on the outer side of the third portion 143, and the limiting member 11 is at least partially located at the first concave portion 1431. Further, the insulating member 14 and the limiting member 11 may be in interference connection at the through hole 102. Referring to fig. 5 and 7, the insulating member 14 may include a first insulating member 1401 and a second insulating member 1402, and the first insulating member 1401 and the second insulating member 1402 collectively surround the wire harness 20. In the present embodiment, the first insulating member 1401 and the second insulating member 1402 are fixed in a first direction (the first direction is substantially parallel to the X direction in fig. 5). The first insulator 1401 includes a protrusion 1405 disposed toward the second insulator 1402 along both ends of the first recess 1431 of the third portion 143, the second insulator 1402 may be provided with a second recess 1403 fitted with the protrusion 1405, and the first insulator 1401 and the second insulator 1402 may be fitted and fixed by the protrusion 1405 and the second recess 1403. The insulator 14 may initially fix the wire harness 20 during assembly, and then the stopper 11 applies pressure to the insulator 14 when assembling from the second side to the first side of the stopper 11, so that the first insulator 1401 and the second insulator 1402 further compress the wire harness 20. It should be noted that the above is only one possible embodiment structure of the first portion 141, the second portion 142, and the third portion 143, and the application is not limited thereto.
Specifically, when the wire harness 20 receives a pulling force from the second side of the stopper 11, the connecting portion 123 receives an acting force from the first wire harness 21 and the second wire harness 22, and the acting force is transmitted to the first extending portion 121 and the second extending portion 122 through the connecting portion 123, thereby applying an acting force to the stopper 11. The wire harness 20 is surrounded and compressed by the insulator 14, and the insulator 14 is also subjected to a force from the wire harness 20. The bracket 12 and the fastener 13 conduct the acting force applied to the wire harness 20 to the limiting member 11, so that the acting force applied to the wire harness 20 is reduced, and the damage of the wire harness 20 is reduced. Optionally, in some embodiments, the wire harness fixing assembly 100 further includes adhesive tapes 23, and the adhesive tapes 23 respectively wrap the peripheries of the first wire harness 21 and the second wire harness 22 to protect the first wire harness 21 and the second wire harness 22 and facilitate installation. Further, the first wire harness 21 and the second wire harness 22 may include one or more wires.
Optionally, in some embodiments, the wire harness fixing assembly further includes a sleeve 24, and the sleeve 24 is disposed on an outer side of the wire harness 20 and located on a side of the bracket 12 away from the fastener 13, so that the wire harness 20 is kept gathered and tightened on a side of the connecting portion 123 adjacent to the limiting member 11.

The wire harness fixing assembly according to claim 1, further comprising an insulating member passing through the through-hole and connected to the limiting member at the through-hole, the insulating member including a first portion provided at a first side of the limiting member, a second portion provided at a second side of the limiting member, and a third portion provided at the through-hole, the first side and the second side being disposed opposite to each other.
3. The wire harness fixing assembly according to claim 2, wherein an outer diameter of the first portion is smaller than a diameter of the through hole, and an outer diameter of the second portion is larger than the diameter of the through hole.
4. The wire harness fixing assembly according to claim 2, wherein a first recess is provided outside the third portion of the insulating member, and the stopper is at least partially located in the first recess.
5. The wire harness securing assembly of claim 2, wherein the insulator includes first and second connected insulator assemblies that collectively enclose the wire harness.
6. The wire harness fixing assembly according to claim 5, wherein the first insulating member and the second insulating member are fixed in a first direction, the first insulating member includes a convex portion provided along both ends of a first concave portion toward the second insulating member, and the second insulating member is provided with a second concave portion fitted with the convex portion.
7. The wire harness fixing assembly according to claim 2, wherein the first extension and the second extension are respectively located on outer sides of the insulating member away from the wire harness.
8. The wire harness securing assembly according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the yield strength of the bracket is greater than 52 Mpa.
