In one embodiment, the heating device 12 may be one of a circular shape, a square shape, or a polygonal shape. In this embodiment, the heater unit 12 has a square structure.
In one embodiment, the damper 300 is bolted to the top of the housing 100 for easy removal and cleaning. The air plate 300 is provided with a plurality of air inlets 310; the shape of the air inlet 310 may be one or a mixture of several of a strip, a circle and a square. The bottom plate 400 is coupled to the bottom of the case 100 such that the air blades 300 and the bottom plate 400 are oppositely disposed at both sides of the case 100.

The mounting bracket 600 is disposed on the partition 500 such that the warm air structure 200 can be fixed in an area surrounded by the mounting bracket 600, and thus the warm air structure 200 is located between the wind plate 300 and the bottom plate 400. When the warm air structure 200 is operated, the temperature is increased, heat is transferred to the mounting bracket 600, and the mounting bracket 600 is easily damaged after a long time. In one embodiment, the mounting bracket 600 is made of a high temperature resistant stainless steel material.
Because the wind deflector 410 is conical like a hill, the warm air generated by the warm air structure 200 flows along the arc-shaped edge of the raised portion 440 of the wind deflector 410, and the moving direction of the warm air is changed by the guidance of the raised portion 440, and the warm air generated by the warm air structure 200 is guided to the bottom plate 400 by the wind deflector 410 and is uniformly blown out through the plurality of air outlets 430 on the bottom plate 400 (see fig. 5 and 6), so that the warm air is uniformly dispersed all around.
In an embodiment, the upward protruding degree or the protruding angle of the protruding portion 440 of the air guiding plate 410 can be changed, so as to change the traveling direction of the warm air to different degrees, thereby achieving the purpose of guiding the warm air out from the air outlet 430 uniformly. The rising angle is an angle between the inclined portion of the air deflector 410 and the horizontal plane of the bottom plate 400, wherein the air deflector 410 is bent upward.
A plurality of mounting grooves 420 are formed on the base plate 400; the partition 500 is provided with a plurality of connection columns 520 engaged with the mounting grooves 420, and the connection columns 520 are used for fixing the base plate 400 when the base plate 400 is mounted with the housing 100. In one embodiment, the bottom plate 400 is provided with mounting grooves 420 at four corners (see fig. 5). The warm air structure 200 includes: a heating unit 210, a fan 220, and a power supply 230. The fan 220 is disposed above the heating unit 210. In one embodiment, the fan 220 and the heating unit 210 can be connected by a bolt fastening method. The power supply 230 may be a battery, and the power supply 230 is connected to the fan 220 and the heating unit 210 through a wire. In an embodiment, a plug with three plugs may be connected to the fan 220 and the heating unit 210 through a wire, and the three plugs are connected to a plug board to power the fan 220 and the heating unit 210.
In this embodiment, the fan 220 is an axial fan. The working principle of the axial flow fan is as follows: the gas axially enters the rotating blade channel, is pressurized and then is axially discharged from the other surface.

When a user uses the warm air device 12, the power supply 230 supplies power to the heating unit 210 and the fan 220, the heating unit 210 generates heat to generate heat, the fan 220 rotates, air is axially sucked into a rotating blade channel of the fan 220 from an air inlet 310 on the air plate 300, the air is heated and pressurized to form warm air, and the warm air is axially discharged from the other side of the fan 220 and is discharged from an air outlet 430 on the bottom plate 400.

By adjusting the range switch button 130, different operating frequencies of the fan 220 can be selected. The rotation of the fan 220 with different frequencies can control the heat of the warm air. The higher the operating frequency of the fan 220, the faster the fan 220 is rotated, and the more warm air is generated. In one embodiment, the fan 220 with two adjustable operating frequencies, i.e., low frequency (300W)/high frequency (600W), is provided by the gearshift button 130.
