2) scanning the electronic tags on the cigarette stack turnover box through a cigarette stack scanning machine, and sending code scanning information to a controller;
3) the tobacco stacks a in the tobacco stack turnover box are pushed to an automatic tobacco stack wrapping machine 3 through a tobacco stack pushing machine 2;
4) automatically wrapping the fed cigarette stacks a with films by using an automatic cigarette stack wrapping machine 3;
5) shaping the film-wrapped tobacco stack a by a shaping machine 4;
6) carrying out heat shrinkage treatment on the wrapped and shaped cigarette stack a by a cigarette stack heat shrinker 5;
7) receiving code scanning information sent by the controller through a cigarette stack coding machine 6, and coding an electronic tag of the cigarette stack a subjected to thermal shrinkage treatment to make the electronic tag of the cigarette stack consistent with the electronic tag on the cigarette stack turnover box so as to prove the brand name of the cigarette stack;
8) the cigarette stacks a after the code printing are sent to a cigarette stack box sealing machine 8 through a cigarette stack conveyor 7;

1. An automatic film wrapping and boxing system is characterized by comprising the following devices:
the cigarette stack turnover box conveyor is used for conveying cigarette stack turnover boxes filled with cigarettes of different names to corresponding automatic film wrapping stations of cigarette stacks; and sending out the empty turnover box;
the cigarette stack code scanning machine is used for scanning the electronic tags on the cigarette stack turnover box and sending code scanning information to the controller;
the tobacco stack pushing machine is used for pushing the tobacco stacks in the tobacco stack turnover box into the automatic tobacco stack wrapping machine;
the automatic cigarette stack film wrapping machine is used for automatically wrapping the fed cigarette stack with a film and vacuumizing the film;
the reshaping machine is used for reshaping the film-coated tobacco stack;
the tobacco stack heat shrinking machine is used for carrying out heat shrinking treatment on the wrapped and shaped tobacco stacks;
the cigarette stack coding machine is used for receiving code scanning information sent by the controller and coding the electronic tags of the cigarette stacks subjected to thermal shrinkage treatment, so that the electronic tags of the cigarette stacks are consistent with the electronic tags on the cigarette stack turnover box, and the information of the names of the cigarette stacks is proved;
the cigarette stack conveyor is used for conveying the cigarette stacks to the carton sealing machine;
the cigarette stack box sealing machine is used for sealing the paper box after the cigarette stack is fed into the paper box;
the finished cigarette box conveyor is used for conveying the cigarette boxes which are filled with the cigarette stacks and sealed to a warehouse for storage;
the controller is used for receiving electronic tag information which is sent by the cigarette stack code scanning machine and used for proving the name of the cigarette stack, sending the electronic tag information to the cigarette stack code printing machine, and performing same electronic tag code printing on the cigarette stack after being wrapped by the film.

The automatic film wrapping and boxing system of claim 1, wherein the cigarette stack turnover box is a U-shaped basket with openings on the front side, the rear side and the top side, the U-shaped basket is formed by a bottom plate, a left side plate and a right side plate, the cigarette stack is stacked in the U-shaped basket and is fed or pushed out of the cigarette stack from the openings on the front side and the rear side, and the bottom of the U-shaped basket is provided with an RFID electronic tag.

The automatic film wrapping and boxing system of claim 1, wherein the automatic film wrapping machine for cigarette stacks comprises a frame, upper and lower winding rollers symmetrically arranged at upper and lower positions of the frame, upper and lower PE film rolls respectively sleeved on the upper and lower winding rollers, upper and lower PE film rolls respectively extending forwards after leading out end portions of the upper and lower PE film rolls respectively bypassing upper and lower supporting tensioning roller sets correspondingly arranged to form a PE film belt wrapping the cigarette stacks at top and bottom surfaces, input and output belt conveyors are arranged at intervals on the frame at an inlet side and an outlet side of the PE film belt, upper and lower sealing and cutting hot melting knives are respectively arranged at upper and lower positions of the frame between the input and output belt conveyors, vacuumizing devices are symmetrically arranged on the frame at two outer sides of the output belt conveyor, and front and rear sealing and cutting hot melting knives are symmetrically arranged on the frame at two inner sides of the output belt conveyor.

The automated film wrapping and boxing system of claim 3, wherein the upper and lower seal-cutting hot-melt knives comprise: the upper connecting rod, the upper strip-shaped hot melting knife and the upper sliding block slide up and down along the guide rods under the driving of the upper cylinder; the lower ends of the two guide rods are connected with lower sliding blocks in a sliding manner, the two lower sliding blocks are connected through a lower connecting rod in the middle, the lower end of the lower connecting rod is connected with a lower cylinder piston rod fixed on a lower mounting plate, and the upper end of the lower connecting rod is connected with a lower strip-shaped hot melting knife;
the middle of the lower end face of the upper strip-shaped hot melting knife is provided with a protrusion, and the middle of the upper end face of the lower strip-shaped hot melting knife is provided with a groove.

The automated film wrapping and boxing system of claim 3, wherein the front and rear seal-cutting hot-melt knives each comprise: the upper mounting plate and the lower mounting plate are respectively fixed on the rack, through holes are respectively arranged at two ends of the upper mounting plate, the lower ends of the two guide rods respectively penetrate through the through holes and extend downwards and then are connected with the slide block, the upper end of the middle part of the slide block is connected with a cylinder piston rod fixed on the upper mounting plate, the lower end of the middle part of the slide block is connected with an upper strip-shaped hot melting cutter, the lower mounting plate is connected with a supporting block through two adjusting screw rods, and the upper end surface of the supporting block is connected with a lower strip-shaped hot melting cutter; the middle of the lower end face of the upper strip-shaped hot melting knife is provided with a protrusion, and the middle of the upper end face of the lower strip-shaped hot melting knife is provided with a groove.
6. The automated film wrapping and boxing system of claim 3, wherein the vacuum pumping device comprises a duckbill suction hood and a suction fan connected to the duckbill suction hood.
