The arrangement of the first folding portion 101 and the second folding portion 102 makes the use of the operation portion 10 more flexible, the area of the operation portion 10 is larger in the unfolded state, and the storage space occupied in the folded state is smaller.
Furthermore, in the first embodiment, there are two receiving grooves 11, the two receiving grooves 11 are respectively disposed in the first folding portion 101 and the second folding portion 102, and the receiving grooves 11 penetrate through two sides of the first folding portion 101 or the second folding portion 102, so that the clamp 210 can extend into the receiving grooves 11 from different positions of the operating portion 10, thereby improving the flexibility of the console assembly 200. Of course, the first folding portion 101 and/or the second folding portion 102 may also be provided with a plurality of accommodating grooves 11, which is not limited herein.
It should be noted that the accommodating groove 11 may be a closed through groove, as shown in fig. 28 to 30; or may be an open channel as shown in fig. 31-33. From the viewpoint of the shape of the groove, the shape of the receiving groove 11 should be able to allow the rod 2110 to extend into and be fixed, and the cross section of the receiving groove 11 may be a long strip (as shown in fig. 28), an i-shape (as shown in fig. 29 to 31), or a trapezoid (as shown in fig. 32). It can be understood that the receiving groove 11 can increase the stability of the rod 2110 in the receiving groove 11, and the rod 2110 is not easily separated from the receiving groove 11. Of course, in order to facilitate the user to place the rod 2110 in the receiving groove 11, the receiving groove 11 may be U-shaped (as shown in fig. 32) or other shapes that facilitate the placement of the rod 2110, which is not limited herein.
It will be appreciated that the table 100 may be engaged with multiple clamps 210 simultaneously, and that multiple clamps 210 may be engaged with each other to increase the flexibility of use of the table assembly 200 and to increase the strength of the gripping of the outer member 300, as shown in fig. 5. In other embodiments, for example, in the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 19 to 21, the accommodating groove 11 may be disposed on the fixing portion 103, and the console 100 may not be provided with a folding portion.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7, the console 100 includes a first positioning portion 12, and the first positioning portion 12 can extend into the receiving groove 11 and prevent the rod 2110 from moving in the receiving groove 11.
It is understood that in other embodiments, a pin (not shown) on rod 2110 may be used to position and prevent rod 2110 from moving in receiving slot 11, as long as rod 2110 can be detachably secured in receiving slot 11.
Preferably, the console 100 has a first mounting hole 13, the first mounting hole 13 penetrates through the receiving slot 11, the first positioning portion 12 includes a positioning pin 121, the positioning pin 121 can move in the first mounting hole 13, and the positioning pin 121 can extend into the positioning hole 21101 of the rod 2110 to detachably fix the rod 2110 in the receiving slot 11. Through locating pin 121 with body of rod 2110 detachable assembly in storage tank 11, not only simple easy operation, moreover through locating hole 21101 fixed mounting in anchor clamps 210 for operation panel 100 can use with traditional anchor clamps cooperation, and operation panel 100's adaptability is better. It is understood that the first positioning portion 12 may be mounted on the operation table 100 through other structures such as a mounting groove, which is not limited herein.
Further, the first positioning portion 12 further includes a first elastic member 122, and the first elastic member 122 can elastically act on the positioning pin 121, so that the positioning pin 121 extends into and is held in the positioning hole 21101 of the rod 2110 to prevent the rod 2110 from moving in the receiving slot 11.
In order to facilitate the first elastic element 122 to elastically act on the positioning pin 121, the first positioning portion 12 further includes a blocking piece 123, the blocking piece 123 is sleeved on and fixedly connected to the positioning pin 121, the positioning pin 121 is sleeved on the first elastic element 122, and two ends of the first elastic element 122 respectively abut against the blocking piece 123 and the operating portion 10, so that the first elastic element 122 can elastically act on the positioning pin 121 through the blocking piece 123.
For convenience of processing, in the present embodiment, the stopper piece 123 is integrally formed with the positioning pin 121. It can be understood that the blocking plate 123 and the positioning pin 121 can also be formed separately and then fixedly connected.
Preferably, the back surface 105 of the operation unit 10 is provided with a net-like rib structure, and the first elastic member 122 can abut against the net-like structure of the back surface 105 of the operation unit 10, as shown in fig. 7. With this arrangement, the weight of the console 100 can be reduced, deformation during processing can be prevented, the strength can be improved, and it is convenient to mount parts on the operation unit 10 and to mount and inspect the first elastic member 122. It is understood that, in order to facilitate the abutment of the first elastic member 122, other structures may be provided on the operation portion 10, for example, a baffle structure, and the back surface 105 of the operation portion 10 is not necessarily provided with a mesh structure.
For the convenience of the user, the first positioning portion 12 further includes an operating member 124, the operating member 124 is movably connected to an end of the positioning pin 121 away from the receiving slot 11, and the operating member 124 is used for the user to pull the positioning pin 121. Preferably, the operation element 124 has an annular shape, and is less likely to scratch a user. In addition, the operation member 124 can naturally fall on one side of the operation portion 10 when the user does not use the operation panel 100, which facilitates storage and use of the operation panel 100.
Further, in order to protect the operating element 124 and facilitate the storage of the operating element 124, the side of the console 100 is opened with a first groove 106, and the first groove 106 is used for accommodating the operating element 124, as shown in fig. 15 and 16.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and 8 to 10 again, the console 100 further includes a supporting portion 20, and the supporting portion 20 is used for supporting the operating portion 10. It is understood that, in an embodiment not shown, the operating table 100 may be used without the supporting portion 20, and the operating portion 10 may be used on a table top or positioned by other common structures, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, the supporting portion 20 includes a first frame body 21 and a second frame body 22, the first frame body 21 and the second frame body 22 are both rotatably connected to the operating portion 10, the first frame body 21 can rotate and be away from the second frame body 22, the second frame body 22 can rotate and be away from the first frame body 21, at this time, the first frame body 21 and the second frame body 22 form a supporting state, and the operating platform 100 can be self-supported on the ground by the first frame body 21 and the second frame body 22 in the supporting state. First support body 21 can rotate and be close to second support body 22, and second support body 22 can rotate and be close to first support body 21, and first support body 21 forms the state of accomodating with second support body 22 this moment to reduce the shared space of supporting part 20.
Preferably, the first frame 21 and the second frame 22 both include two support rods 212 and a connecting rod 213 for connecting the two support rods 212, so as to increase the mechanical strength of the first frame 21 and the second frame 22 and prevent the first frame 21 and the second frame 22 from deforming during the use process. It is understood that in the embodiment not shown, the first frame 21 and/or the second frame 22 may not be provided with the connecting rod 213, and the supporting effect can be achieved as well.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the supporting member 30 is preferably a U-shaped bar, two ends of the U-shaped bar are respectively hinged to the two supporting bars 212 of the first frame 21 or the two supporting bars 212 of the second frame 22, and the middle section 31 of the U-shaped bar is used for contacting and supporting the first folding portion 101 or the second folding portion 102 so as to place the first folding portion 101 or the second folding portion 102 in the unfolded state. The middle section 31 of the U-shaped rod is used for supporting the first folding part 101 or the second folding part 102, and the supporting effect is good. Of course, the supporting member 30 may have other shapes, and a plurality of supporting members 30 may be disposed on the first frame 21 or the second frame 22, for example, two T-shaped bars rotatably connected to two supporting bars 212 of the first frame 21/the second frame 22, respectively, and a cross bar of the T-shaped bar is used for supporting the first folding portion 101/the second folding portion 102.
In this embodiment, the connecting rod 213 is provided with a hook portion 214, and the hook portion 214 can hook the middle section 31 of the U-shaped rod to limit the rotation of the supporting member 30 to a side away from the connecting rod 213. By such arrangement, the supporting member 30 can be prevented from rotating back and forth during the storage and transportation of the console 100, and the console 100 can be stored conveniently. It is understood that in other embodiments, the hook 214 may be disposed on the supporting rod 212, as long as it can function as the hook support 30; the hook 214 may also be disposed at different positions according to different shapes of the supporter 30.
The hook part 214 and the connecting rod 213 can be integrally formed or can be fixedly connected after being formed in a split mode; it may also be detachably connected so that the hook portion 214 is disposed at a different position of the connection rod 213.
Preferably, the console 100 further includes two supporting members 30, the supporting members 30 are rotatably connected to the supporting portion 20, and the two supporting members 30 can support the first folding portion 101 and the second folding portion 102, respectively, so that the first folding portion 101, the second folding portion 102 and the fixing portion 103 form a console surface 104 for a user to use. With such an arrangement, the supporting member 30 can improve the bearing capacity of the first folding portion 101 and the second folding portion 102, so that the operating platform 100 can bear a heavy structure to be clamped. It will be understood that the first folding portion 101/the second folding portion 102 may also be folded or unfolded in other conventional manners, for example, a stopping structure is provided at a position where the first folding portion 101/the second folding portion 102 is connected with the fixing portion 103, and the stopping structure stops the first folding portion 101/the second folding portion 102 from rotating relative to the fixing portion 103, so that the first folding portion 101/the second folding portion 102 and the fixing portion 103 form the operation surface 104.
Further, a mounting bracket 211 is fixedly arranged on the first frame body 21 and/or the second frame body 22, and the supporting member 30 is rotatably mounted on the mounting bracket 211.
Preferably, when the first folded part 101 and/or the second folded part 102 are in the folded state, a gap is provided between the first folded part 101 and/or the second folded part 102 and the mounting bracket 211. With this arrangement, the arrangement of the mounting bracket 211 does not affect the folding of the first folding portion 101 and/or the second folding portion 102, that is, the mounting bracket 211 does not collide with the first folding portion 101 and/or the second folding portion 102.
In order to improve the stability of the supporting member 30 when supporting the first folding portion 101/the second folding portion 102, the back 105 of the first folding portion 101/the second folding portion 102 is provided with a limiting groove 1051, the limiting groove 1051 can accommodate and limit the supporting member 30, and the groove wall of the limiting groove 1051 can prevent the supporting member 30 from falling out of the limiting groove 1051 when supporting. Specifically, the limiting groove 1051 is used for receiving the portion of the supporting member 30 contacting and supporting the first/second folding portions 101/102.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 14 to 16, in order to further improve the stability of the supporting member 30 when supporting the first folding portion 101/the second folding portion 102, the operating portion 10 further includes a locking member 40, the locking member 40 is disposed on a side of the first folding portion 101 and/or the second folding portion 102 relatively close to the supporting portion 20, that is, a back surface 105 of the first folding portion 101 and/or the second folding portion 102, and the locking member 40 is used for fixing the supporting member 30 to the first folding portion 101 or the second folding portion 102.
In this embodiment, the locking member 40 includes a mounting portion 41 and a first locking portion 42, the mounting portion 41 is fixedly mounted on the first folding portion 101 or the second folding portion 102, the first locking portion 42 is movably connected to the mounting portion 41, and the first locking portion 42 can lock the supporting member 30 between the first folding portion 101 or the second folding portion 102 and the first locking portion 42. It is understood that in the embodiment not shown, the latch 40 may adopt other common structures, such as a snap structure, as long as the purpose of preventing the support 30 from being separated from the first folding portion 101 or the second folding portion 102 is achieved.
It can be understood that when the back surface 105 of the first folding portion 101 or the second folding portion 102 is provided with the catching piece 40, the function of fixing the supporting piece 30 can be achieved even without the limiting groove 1051. That is, the position-limiting groove 1051 and the locking member 40 may be provided on the console 100 at the same time or alternatively.
Preferably, the support rod 212 is a telescopic rod, which facilitates the height adjustment of the operation portion 10, so as to make the operation table 100 more flexible.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 again, and referring to fig. 25 and 27 together, the supporting rod 212 includes an outer rod 2121 and an inner rod 2122, and the inner rod 2122 can slide in the outer rod 2121; the connecting rod 213 is provided with a locking member 215, and the locking member 215 is used to lock the inner rod 2122 at a predetermined position of the outer rod 2121.
In more detail, the locking member 215 includes a second locking portion 2151 and a pushing portion 2152 fixedly connected to each other, a locking hole 21221 is formed in the inner rod 2122, a sliding slot 2132 is formed in the connecting rod 213, and a user can control the pushing portion 2152 to slide in the sliding slot 2132, so that the second locking portion 2151 is inserted into or removed from the locking hole 21221, and the inner rod 2122 and the outer rod 2121 are locked or unlocked with respect to each other.
Preferably, the support portion 20 further comprises a second elastic member 216, the second elastic member 216 elastically acts on the second locking portion 2151, and when the inner rod 2122 slides in the outer rod 2121 to a predetermined position, the second locking portion 2151 can automatically extend into the locking hole 21221 by the second elastic member 216 and lock the inner rod 2122 at the predetermined position of the outer rod 2121.
In order to further diversify the height of the console 100, the inner rod 2122 is provided with a plurality of locking holes 21221, and the plurality of locking holes 21221 are arranged in an axial direction of the inner rod 2122, so that the relative positional relationship between the inner rod 2122 and the outer rod 2121 is more flexible.
In order to improve the stability of the second elastic member 216, please refer to fig. 27 again, a protrusion (not numbered) is disposed at one end of the second locking portion 2151 relatively close to the second elastic member 216, a groove (not numbered) is disposed on the connecting rod 213, one end of the second elastic member 216 is sleeved with the protrusion, and the other end is disposed in the groove.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, a foot pad 21222 is disposed at an end of the inner rod 2122 opposite to the operating portion 10, the inner rod 2122 contacts the ground through the foot pad 21222, and the foot pad 21222 may be an anti-slip member such as rubber, so as to avoid unstable support of the operating table 100 during use and reduce damage to the ground.
Further, referring to fig. 2 again, the supporting portion 20 further includes a first folding plate 23 and a second folding plate 24, wherein one side of the first folding plate 23 relatively far away from the second folding plate 24 is rotatably connected to the connecting rod 213 of the first frame 21, one side of the second folding plate 24 relatively far away from the first folding plate 23 is rotatably connected to the connecting rod 213 of the second frame 22, and the first folding plate 23 is rotatably connected to the second folding plate 24. With such an arrangement, the first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24 can be close to each other when the first frame body 21 and the second frame body 22 are in the storage state, so as to reduce the space occupied by the operating table 100; and the first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24 can be unfolded when the first frame 21 and the second frame 22 are in the supporting state, so as to accommodate a tool or a part to be used.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 12, the first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24 both include pin shaft plates 231 and shaft sleeve plates 232 arranged in a staggered manner, the pin shaft plates 231 are provided with pin shafts 2311, and the shaft sleeve plates 232 are provided with shaft sleeves 2321 matched with the pin shafts 2311; the pin 2311 of the first folding plate 23 can be installed in the bushing 2321 of the second folding plate 24, and the pin 2311 of the second folding plate 24 can be installed in the bushing 2321 of the first folding plate 23, so that the first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24 are rotatably connected. It is understood that the first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24 may have other structures as long as the first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24 can be folded and unfolded to form a bearing surface.
Preferably, the sleeve plate 232 of the first folding plate 23 and the pin plate 231 of the first folding plate 23 are disposed in a concave-convex manner on a side relatively close to the second folding plate 24, similarly, the sleeve plate 232 of the second folding plate 24 and the pin plate 231 of the second folding plate 24 are disposed in a concave-convex manner on a side relatively close to the first folding plate 23, and the first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24 are stopped by the concave-convex disposed sleeve plate 232 and the pin plate 231, so that the first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24 form a stable bearing surface in the unfolded state.
In order to improve the stability of the first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24 in the unfolded state, preferably, the pin shaft plate 231 is convexly provided with a limiting block 2312, the shaft sleeve plate 232 is provided with a limiting hole 2322, and the limiting block 2312 can be clamped in the limiting hole 2322. It can be understood that the limiting hole 2322 may be a through hole or a blind hole as long as the limiting block 2312 can be inserted into and engaged with the limiting hole 2322.
Each of the first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24 includes an outer peripheral plate 233, the outer peripheral plate 233 is positioned on the outer periphery of the pin plate 231 and the boss plate 232, and the outer peripheral plate 233 can be used for the pin plate 231 and the boss plate 232.
Further, referring to fig. 10 and 13, a stop block 2331 is disposed on one of the outer peripheral plate 233 of the first folding plate 23 and the outer peripheral plate 233 of the second folding plate 24, and a stop groove 2332 is disposed on the other of the outer peripheral plate 233 of the first folding plate and the second folding plate 24, wherein the stop groove 2332 can receive and stop the stop block 2331 to limit the rotation angle between the first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24.
It can be understood that, the mutual backstop of the axle sleeve plate 232 and the round pin axle plate 231 that can only set up through unsmooth between first folding plate 23 and the second folding plate 24, also can only realize the backstop through the cooperation of backstop 2331 and backstop groove 2332, can also two kinds of backstop structures all set up, the utility model discloses do not do the restriction.
Referring to fig. 8 and 10 again, in order to further improve the flexibility of the console 100 in use when clamping the outer member 300, preferably, the console 100 further includes a fixing member 50, the fixing member 50 is provided with a third clamping surface 51, the fixing member 50 can be mounted on the operating portion 10, and the third clamping surface 51 cooperates with the second clamping surface 21301 of the movable clamp 2130 to clamp the outer member 300.
The distance between the second mounting holes and the depth of the second groove 1011 are matched, so that after the second clamping surface 21301 of the movable clamp 2130 is matched with the third clamping surface 51 of the fixing element 50, the second clamping surface 21301 can pass over the third clamping surface 51, so that any small-sized outer part 300 can be clamped, and the application range is wider.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, in detail, the fixing element 50 is provided with a mounting block 52 protruding upward, the operating portion 10 is provided with a second mounting hole 14, and the mounting block 52 can be inserted into the second mounting hole 14, so that the fixing element 50 is mounted on the operating portion 10.
Preferably, the number of the second mounting holes 14 is multiple, the second mounting holes 14 are divided into two groups, and the two groups of the second mounting holes 14 are respectively located at two sides of the accommodating groove 11, as shown in fig. 8.
Further, two mounting blocks 52 are convexly arranged on the fixing member 50, and the two mounting blocks 52 are respectively inserted into the two second mounting holes 14 on the two sides of the receiving groove 11.
Of course, only one mounting block 52 may be protruded from the fixing member 50, and the two fixing members 50 are inserted into the two second mounting holes 14, respectively, as shown in fig. 10, and the two third clipping surfaces 51 of the two fixing members 50 and the second clipping surface 21301 of the movable clip 2130 clip the outer member 300 in cooperation with each other. So set up, the centre gripping of the non-square structure of being convenient for, the centre gripping of the structure that the periphery wall is the ring shape for example is convenient for.
Preferably, the two groups of second mounting holes 14 are aligned two by two respectively with the receiving groove 11 as a central line, a connecting line between the two aligned second mounting holes 14 is orthogonal to the axis of the receiving groove 11, and each group of second mounting holes 14 is uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the receiving groove 11. It is understood that the distribution of the second mounting holes 14 may adopt other common distribution forms, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Further, in each set of second mounting holes 14, the distance between two adjacent second mounting holes 14 is less than or equal to the depth of the second groove 1011 (the depth of the second groove 1011 is the depth of the second groove 1011 along the insertion direction when the rod 2110 is inserted into the receiving groove 11). Preferably, in each set of second mounting holes 14, the distance between two adjacent second mounting holes 14 is slightly smaller than the depth of the second groove 1011. With this arrangement, when the distance between the adjacent second mounting holes 14 is designed, the second clamping surface 21301 of the movable clamp 2130 and the third clamping surface 51 of the fixing member 50 cooperate with each other to have a continuous clamping range so as to clamp an outer member 300 of any size and cover the outer member 300 of the minimum size.
Preferably, the second mounting hole 14 can be inserted by the rod 2110 of the clamp 210, the rod 2110 can be detachably fixed to the second mounting hole 14 by the first positioning portion 12, and the rod 2110 is perpendicular to the operating surface 104 of the operating platform 100; the operating face 104 of the console 100 can cooperate with the moving clamp body 2130 of the clamp 210 to clamp the outer member 300, as shown in fig. 9. With such an arrangement, the first positioning portion 12 can detachably fix the rod 2110 in the accommodating groove 11, and can also detachably fix the rod 2110 in the second mounting hole 14; and second mounting hole 14 can be fitted with both fixing member 50 and rod 2110; the flexibility of use of the console 100 is greatly improved. It is understood that the rod 2110 may be at other angles with respect to the operation surface 104 of the operation table 100, and is not limited to being perpendicular to each other; other mounting holes may be formed in the operating portion 10 so that the rod 2110 may be angled with respect to the operating surface 104 of the console 100 after being mounted.
It is understood that when the fixture 210 is used in cooperation with the console 100, the two second clamping surfaces 21301 of the two fixtures 210 can cooperate with each other to clamp the outer member 300 (not shown), the second clamping surfaces 21301 of the fixtures 210 can cooperate with the third clamping surfaces 51 of the fixing member 50 to clamp the outer member 300, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, and the second clamping surfaces 21301 of the fixtures 210 can cooperate with the console 104 of the console 100 to clamp the outer member 300, as shown in fig. 9.
In order to facilitate the storage of the fixing member 50, it is preferable that a storage hole 2131 is opened in the connecting rod 213, and the fixing member 50 can be inserted into the storage hole 2131 through the mounting block 52, as shown in fig. 11 and 19. It is understood that the storage hole 2131 may be disposed at other positions of the support portion 20 as long as the function of storing the fixing member 50 is achieved, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 19 to 27, the present invention further provides a second embodiment, which is substantially the same as the first embodiment and is different from the first embodiment in the following three points: the first and second embodiments do not have the first and second folding portions 101 and 102, and the accommodating groove 11 of the second and second embodiments is disposed on the fixing portion 103; the third difference is that the first positioning portion 12 in the second embodiment is different in structure from the first positioning portion 12 in the first embodiment.
The first and second differences are already introduced when describing the first embodiment, and are not described herein, and the third difference is described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 19, 21 and 22, in the second embodiment, the operating portion 10 is further provided with a third mounting hole 15, the third mounting hole 15 can be inserted by the rod 2110 of the clamp 210, the rod 2110 can be detachably fixed to the third mounting hole 15, and the rod 2110 forms a predetermined included angle with the operating surface 104 of the operating platform 100; the operation surface 104 of the operation table 100 can be engaged with the movable clamp body 2130 of the clamp 210 to clamp the outer member 300.
Preferably, the shape of third mounting hole 15 matches the cross-sectional shape of post 2110 to improve the stability of post 2110.
Preferably, the lever 2110 and the operation surface 104 are perpendicular to each other, but it is understood that the lever 2110 and the operation surface 104 of the operation table 100 may have other angles and are not limited to being perpendicular to each other.
To facilitate the fixing of the rod 2110, as shown in fig. 19, 23 and 24, the console 100 includes a first positioning portion 12, the console 100 is provided with a first mounting hole 13, and the first mounting hole 13 penetrates through a third mounting hole 15; the rod 2110 is detachably fixed to the first mounting hole 13 through the first positioning portion 12, and the first positioning portion 12 can extend into the third mounting hole 15 and prevent the rod 2110 from moving. It is understood that the first positioning portion 12 of the second embodiment can be used alternatively to the first positioning portion 12 of the first embodiment, and both can function as the fixing rod 2110.
Specifically, in the second embodiment, the first positioning portion 12 includes a first pressing member 171, a second pressing member 172 and a third elastic member 173, and the first pressing member 171 and the second pressing member 172 are fixedly connected and all received in the third mounting hole 15; the third elastic member 173 abuts against the first pressing member 171 and the operation table 100; a positioning column 1721 is arranged on the second pressing part 172, and an installation gap 174 is formed between the positioning column 1721 and the first pressing part 171; the first pressing piece 171 can drive the second pressing piece 172 to move, so that the mounting gap 174 moves to the third mounting hole 15, and the rod 2110 can extend into the mounting hole; positioning post 1721 can be inserted into positioning hole 21101 of rod 2110 under the elastic action of third elastic member 173, so as to detachably fix rod 2110 in third mounting hole 15.

the two groups of second mounting holes are aligned pairwise with the accommodating groove as a central line, and a connecting line between the two aligned second mounting holes is orthogonal to the axis of the accommodating groove; and/or each group of second mounting holes are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the accommodating groove.
12. The console of claim 11, wherein the fixing member is provided with two mounting blocks, and the two mounting blocks are respectively inserted into the two second mounting holes on two sides of the accommodating groove; and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,
the fixing piece is convexly provided with one mounting block, and the two fixing pieces are respectively inserted into the two second mounting holes; and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,
in each group of second mounting holes, the distance between two adjacent second mounting holes is less than or equal to the groove depth of the second groove.

The console of claim 10, wherein the console comprises a first positioning portion for detachably fixing the lever to the second mounting hole, and the console has a console surface perpendicular to the lever; the operation surface of the operation table and the movable clamp body of the clamp are mutually matched to clamp the outer part; and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,
