Description

本实用新型属于非电变量的控制或调节装置,特别是一种水箱给水流量的自动控制器。
现有封闭水箱的给水,采用气门芯、浮球或截止阀控制进水量,但均只能保持气、水压力自然平衡,无法实现封闭水箱内充压力达到3~6公斤/平方厘米的要求。
本实用新型的目的是,设计一种机械控制装置,利用封闭水箱内压力升高,驱动阀柱,带动阀芯,启闭进水口,使容器内的压力升高到3~6公斤/平方厘米,以满足提高容器内水压的需要。
本实用新型的水箱给水自动控制器,由阀芯、阀座、进水口、出水口组成,其特征是,阀芯的轴杆一端连接有阀柱和复位弹簧,阀座侧壁连接有进水口和出水口,进水口和出水口的轴线位置相错开,出水口端头设有止逆阀。
本实用新型的使用方法是,将水箱给水自动控制器安置于水箱内,进水口与进水管相连接,水流经进水口、出水口、止逆阀进入水箱内;随着水量增多,内压增高,通过阀柱座端面小孔,将压力传递到阀柱端面,此时阀柱内复位弹簧受压屈服,带动连接在阀柱顶部的阀芯下行,封闭阀座的进水口;
当按下手柄开关,通过传动装置使箱内排水阀开启出水口后,箱内水量减少,内压也随之迅速下降,控制阀柱内复位弹簧复位的同时,将阀柱推出,带动阀芯上行而开启进水口。阀芯一端设有缓冲密封环,以达到更佳的封闭效果。
本实用新型的阀芯与阀座之间,可设有连杆传动装置,使阀芯与阀座分开平行安装在水箱内。
本实用新型具有控制可靠,控压范围大,水流阻力小,结构紧凑等优点。适用于各种密闭的压力容器内,作为液量和容器内恒压的控制。
