The learning desk and chair with three prevention and one control functions as claimed in claim 9, wherein the tilt adjusting mechanism comprises one of the following tilt adjusting modes: the device comprises a gas spring supporting type inclination adjusting mechanism, a multi-connecting-rod supporting type inclination adjusting mechanism, an electric push rod supporting type inclination adjusting mechanism and a composite mode inclination adjusting mechanism, wherein the inclination adjusting mechanism is arranged between a frame and a movable plate and is used for supporting the inclination angle of the movable plate to be adjusted within 0-45 degrees.
