The volatilization structure as set forth in claim 6, wherein the blocking member extends away from the bottom wall to form a ring of volatilization tails with a height undulation in the axial direction, and the volatilization tails have a plurality of second wind-dispersing protrusions and second wind-dispersing recesses.
