the second-stage wheel rim is a cam wheel rim, and a knife switch piece of the second switch assembly is contacted with the side wall of the second-stage wheel rim; in the autorotation process of the second-stage wheel rim, the knife switch piece of the second switch assembly does not move circumferentially, and the knife switch piece of the second switch assembly is in contact relation with the side wall of the second-stage wheel rim; the second switch assembly further comprises a bimetal deformation component.
