Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present disclosure is further described in detail by the accompanying drawings and examples.
The inventor finds that, because the requirement of remote monitoring is not the requirement of all customers, the gateway is adopted to perform protocol conversion as in the structure shown in fig. 1, which results in high overall cost and complexity, and is not beneficial to configuration selection and popularization and application.
A schematic diagram of some embodiments of the air conditioner of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 1. The inner machine is connected with the wire controller and the outer machine. The internal machine main board 21 can inherit a protocol conversion function matching the protocol of the remote monitoring apparatus. In some embodiments, the protocol of the remote monitoring device may be a MODBUS protocol. In some embodiments, a protocol conversion chip may be added to the motherboard, and data passes through the protocol conversion chip, i.e., the protocol conversion process is completed. The motherboard 21 is connected to a remote monitoring interface 22, and in some embodiments, the remote monitoring interface 22 may be a UART interface connected to a UART circuit. And when the remote monitoring function needs to be expanded subsequently, the signal connection with the remote monitoring equipment can be realized in a mode of connecting the switching module. In some embodiments, the optional switch module 23 may be an RS485 communication circuit.
The air conditioner can realize the conversion operation of the built-in remote monitoring data protocol through the built-in protocol conversion equipment of the mainboard, so that the switching module does not need to execute protocol conversion when the remote monitoring function is expanded, the expansion difficulty and complexity are reduced, the cost of the switching module is reduced, the convenience of the expansion and matching of the air conditioner function is improved, and the popularization and the application of the matching of the switching module are facilitated.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the patching module may include both wired and wireless. The user can select and match two modules at the same time or one of the two modules.
The wired switching module 31 is a wired communication transceiver circuit, one end of which is connected to the remote monitoring interface, and the other end of which is connected to the remote monitoring device. In some embodiments, the wired communication transceiver circuit may be an RS485 communication circuit.
The wireless switching module 32, i.e. the wireless communication transceiver circuit, includes an interface matched with the remote monitoring interface, a wireless signal protocol conversion unit and a wireless signal transceiver unit, wherein the interface matched with the remote monitoring interface is connected with the remote monitoring interface on the internal unit, and the wireless signal transceiver unit interacts with the remote monitoring equipment through a wireless signal. In some embodiments, the Wireless signal transceiver units may be in various modes, such as Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity), NB-IOT (Narrow Band Internet of Things), LORA, Bluetooth, or Zigbee.
The air conditioner multiplexes the wireless remote communication interface and the wired remote communication interface by hardware, thereby improving the reliability and flexibility of communication, avoiding the burden of adding interfaces for the internal equipment and improving the lightness of the equipment.
In some embodiments, the internal machine mainboard triggers the wireless communication transceiver circuit to execute wireless data monitoring when the switching module is powered on under the condition that the switching module comprises the wired communication transceiver circuit and the wireless communication transceiver circuit; if the wireless communication transceiver circuit does not receive the session request of the wireless equipment, triggering the wired communication transceiver circuit to interact with the remote monitoring equipment; otherwise, the wireless communication transceiver circuit is interacted with the remote monitoring equipment.
The air conditioner makes full use of the power-on default states of the wireless and wired modules, and the efficiency of monitoring connection establishment is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4A, a wired weak electric network is not provided between the inner unit 43 and the outer unit 41 of the air conditioner, and the communication signal is carried through the strong electric line; the internal machine 43 is connected with the line controller 42 through a weak current network. In some embodiments, the inner unit and the outer unit communicate through a strong electric line; the indoor unit may include an indoor unit strong electric data conversion unit capable of extracting data from a strong electric line with the outdoor unit, and converting the data transmitted to the outdoor unit into a strong electric signal and inputting the strong electric signal to the strong electric line. The outdoor unit may include: and the external machine strong electric signal conversion unit can extract data from a strong electric line between the external machine and the internal machine, convert the data sent to the internal machine into a strong electric signal and input the strong electric signal into the strong electric line.
In the related art, the strong electric wires L/N between the internal machine and the external machine and the communication wires A/B are all required to be embedded in engineering, and for engineering convenience, the used wires are likely to be consistent, and the wire sequences at the two ends of the internal machine and the external machine cannot be in one-to-one correspondence. If a strong line L/N is connected to the communication port, the corresponding controller may be burned.
In the air conditioner in the embodiment of the disclosure, the internal unit and the external unit relate to strong current, and the internal unit and the line controller only relate to weak current, so that the whole air conditioning system network is divided into a strong current network and a weak current network. The strong electric network adopts a zero-live wire communication and other strong electric communication modes, and the weak electric network adopts an RS485/Homebus and other weak electric communication modes. No weak current circuit exists between the inner machine and the outer machine, even if the line sequence can not be corresponded, the mainboard can not be burnt on the corresponding strong current terminal, and because the weak current network is originally between the inner machine and the line controller, the engineering installation can be distinguished in the aspect of wire rod selection, therefore the problem of wrong connection can not appear, the equipment safety of the installation process is improved, and the installation difficulty is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4B, since a strong power communication manner such as a zero-fire wire communication is adopted between the internal and external units, data transmission is more susceptible to interference, and therefore, the communication speed between the internal and external units is appropriately reduced, for example, a baud rate of 1200bps is adopted for data interaction; the original data which can finish interaction in one frame is divided into multi-frame data with fixed length to be sent in a time-sharing mode, and the influence caused by interference is reduced. For the internal machine and the wire controller network, due to the weak current type communication mode, the baud rate is improved to 57600bps, for example, on one hand, the efficiency of data interaction can be improved, and on the other hand, the interaction data between the internal machine and the external machine can be synchronously transmitted to the wire controller in the weak current network. In some embodiments, the internal strong-power data conversion unit can also perform bit rate conversion on data sent by the external unit to the line controller and data sent by the line controller to the external unit, so as to ensure that the communication requirements of a weak-power network and a strong-power network are met respectively.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the air conditioner further includes a bus network to which the line controller 51 and the internal machines (521, 522, 523) are connected. The line controller 51 serves as an upper computer to perform network timing scheduling on the communication of a plurality of internal machines serving as lower computers on the bus. The inner units are connected to the respective corresponding outer units (531, 532, 533), and the transfer of information between the linear controller 51 and the respective outer units is accomplished in the manner mentioned in the above embodiments.
The air conditioner can release the control pressure of the inner machine as an upper computer, can realize centralized control by adopting the wire controller in a network with a plurality of inner machines and outer machine sets, reduces the control burden and is beneficial to the coordination control of the machine sets.
In some embodiments, the lower computer on the bus network can select configuration according to requirements, such as control terminals of a main line controller, a secondary line controller, a lamp panel, an electric air port and the like, and functional units of entrance guard switch linkage, human body detection, dry contact linkage and the like, besides an air conditioner internal unit.
In a light commercial air conditioning network in the related art, an internal machine, an external machine and a wire controller are all in the same network, and usually, an intermediate node of the internal machine is used as an upper computer in the network and is responsible for communication scheduling of the whole network. When the function needs to be expanded, the interface needs to be integrated on the internal machine mainboard, which leads to the increase of the size of the internal machine mainboard and the increase of the overall cost of the controller, and moreover, because the increase of the function is asynchronous, the problems of continuous iteration upgrade of hardware and the compatibility of new and old products are involved.
In the above embodiment of the present disclosure, the air conditioner may set various terminal devices as an optional module, and directly access the air conditioner to the unit network as a node on the weak current terminal network. The node exists in the network as a state device, and the wire controller serving as the upper computer only needs to initiate a session request of the state device and does not need to analyze device information. When the state equipment exists in the network, the state information of the network can be sent out by responding to the request of the upper computer, and the node needing to analyze the state in the network acquires and analyzes the state information. In the air conditioner, the main board does not relate to the iterative upgrade of hardware any more, and the support for the newly added terminal equipment can be expanded only by adding the resolution of the corresponding state equipment by the upgrade software, which is beneficial to the expansion of the equipment.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the line controller, the internal unit, and the external unit may be respectively configured with an external wireless communication unit, which is respectively connected to interfaces configured by the line controller, the internal unit, and the external unit, such as UART interfaces. In some embodiments, the wireless communication unit may be an optional unit of the air conditioner, and the external unit wireless communication unit 631 and the internal unit wireless communication unit 632 are respectively configured when the external unit and the internal unit are in communication failure through a strong power line or are inconvenient to be buried.
The external unit wireless communication unit 631 is connected with the external unit, and transmits data transmitted to the internal unit through a wireless signal, and receives data transmitted to the external unit by the internal unit through the internal unit wireless communication unit.
The indoor unit wireless communication unit 632 is connected to the indoor unit, and transmits data to the outdoor unit via a wireless signal, and receives data transmitted from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit via the outdoor unit wireless communication unit.
In some embodiments, when the communication between the internal device and the line controller fails, the wireless communication unit 632 of the internal device may be optionally connected to the internal device, and configured to send data sent to the line controller via a wireless signal and receive data sent to the internal device by the line controller. Further, a wireless communication unit 633 of the line controller can be selected and connected with the line controller, the data sent to the indoor unit is sent through a wireless signal, and the data sent to the line controller by the indoor unit through the wireless communication unit of the indoor unit is received. In some embodiments, the wireless communication unit 633 may be the same or similar devices as the internal and external wireless communication units 632 and 631, including a UART interface connected to an air conditioner, a data processing device (e.g., a main IC) performing protocol conversion, and a wireless module (e.g., an RF circuit); the wireless communication unit 633 of the line controller can also be a wireless communication transceiver circuit as shown in fig. 3.
The air conditioner can improve the efficiency of troubleshooting, reduce the cost and difficulty of troubleshooting, improve the reliability of the air conditioner, solve the problem that a user does not want to replace the pipeline and the line again and improve the user friendliness under the condition that the line between the internal unit and the line controller is aged or is bitten by a mouse and the like to cause the abnormity of circuit breaking and the like.
In addition, the problem of line transformation related to replacement of old air conditioners is also solved through a wireless interaction mode among the internal unit, the line controller and the external unit, the problem of difficult wiring is solved, the difficulty and the cost of equipment replacement are reduced, and the replacement efficiency is improved.
An electrical system of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 7. The electric system includes any one of the air conditioners mentioned above, and the air conditioner includes a line controller 71, an internal unit 73, and an external unit. The line controller 71 is connected to one or more internal machines through a bus network, wherein the line controller serves as an upper machine and the internal machines serve as lower machines. The electric appliance system also comprises one or more terminal devices, including one or more of a secondary wire controller, a lamp panel, an electric air port controller, an entrance guard linkage switch, a human body detection detector and a dry electric shock linkage device. Each terminal device serves as a lower computer and receives the time sequence scheduling of the line controller 71.
The terminal equipment exists in the bus network as state equipment, and the wire controller as the upper computer only needs to initiate a session request of the state equipment and does not need to analyze equipment information. When the state equipment corresponding to the session request exists in the network, the state equipment responds to the request of the upper computer and sends self state information, and the node needing to analyze the state information in the network acquires and analyzes the state information.
The electric appliance system can be communicated and controlled by depending on the network and the wire controller of the air conditioner, and the internal machine mainboard of the air conditioner is not required to be subjected to hardware iterative upgrade, so that the function expansion of the electric appliance system is facilitated, and the difficulty and the complexity of the expansion are reduced. In addition, the control integration level of different electrical appliances and terminals is improved, the number of control devices needing to be installed is reduced, and the use complexity is reduced.
