The working principle of the device for detecting whether a concrete form is clamped or not according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1-9.
1. Selecting the position of a concrete template to be detected before pouring concrete after the template is reinforced, and calculating the standard pressure value of the template at the position by using safety calculation software;
2. the lower structure is horizontally placed on the inner side of the template 20 and is perpendicular to the direction of the shear wall or the beam, and the electric telescopic rod 9 is extended by the positive and negative buttons 5, so that the pressure surface of the pressure sensor 8 is uniformly stressed.
3. When the pressure value reaches the calculated standard pressure value, observing whether the template 20 is deformed, cracked or damaged, and when the template is deformed, cracked or damaged, indicating that the template is not clamped; when there is no change, it indicates that the template is clamped.
