An arc-shaped hole 23 is formed in the workbench 2, and the driving rod 231 penetrates through the arc-shaped hole 23 and is fixedly connected with the bending column 21.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the positioning column 3 is provided with a positioning groove 31 for the steel bar to pass through, the positioning groove 31 includes a first positioning groove 311 and a second positioning groove 312 which are communicated with each other, the second positioning groove 312 is located below the first positioning groove 311, and the width of the second positioning groove 312 is smaller than the width of the first positioning groove 311.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the positioning column 3 is arranged on the workbench 2 in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, the cross section of the positioning column 3 is rectangular, and a square hole matched with the positioning column 3 is formed in the workbench 2 along the vertical direction. The positioning column 3 is provided with a rack 32 along the axial direction of the positioning column 3, and the workbench 2 is provided with a gear 121 in a rotating manner. The worktable 2 is provided with a driving assembly 4 for driving the gear 121 to rotate.
Referring to fig. 3, the driving assembly 4 includes a worm 41 and a worm wheel 42, the worm wheel 42 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the gear 121, the frame 1 is rotatably provided with a rotating shaft 12, and the worm wheel 42 and the gear 121 are coaxially and fixedly disposed on the rotating shaft 12. The worm 41 is rotatably provided on the table 2, and the worm 41 meshes with the worm wheel 42. In order to facilitate the rotation of the worm 41, a handle 411 is fixedly disposed at an end of the worm 41 away from the worm wheel 42.
The width of the first positioning groove 311 is larger than that of the second positioning groove 312, when the size of the steel bar to be bent is large, the steel bar is placed in the first positioning groove 311, when the size of the bent steel bar is small, the positioning column 3 is slid upwards, so that the second positioning groove 312 is located on the top wall of the workbench 2, and then the steel bar is inserted into the second positioning groove 312; the steel bar clamp is suitable for steel bars with different sizes, and the application range is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a guide rod 24 is fixedly disposed on the worktable 2, the guide rod 24 is parallel to the steel bar placed in the positioning groove 31, and an indication rod 241 is slidably disposed on the guide rod 24.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the slider 5 is slidably sleeved on the guide rod 24, and one end of the indication rod 241 is fixedly disposed on the slider 5. Wherein, the guide rod 24 is provided with scale marks 242 so as to accurately know the bending length of the steel bar.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a limiting assembly 6 for limiting the position of the indicating rod 241 is disposed on the working platform 2, and the limiting assembly 6 includes a latch 61 and an elastic member 62. The top wall of the slider 5 is provided with a limiting hole 51 penetrating through the guide rod 24, the bolt 61 is slidably arranged in the limiting hole 51, the guide rod 24 is provided with a slot 243 for inserting the bolt 61, and the slots 243 are arranged in a plurality along the length direction of the guide rod 24.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a fixing block 7 is fixedly arranged on the top wall of the slider 5, a through hole 71 is formed in the fixing block 7, and the through hole 71 is communicated with the limiting hole 51. The bolt 61 penetrates through the through hole 71 and extends out of the through hole 71, a key groove 711 is formed in the hole wall of the through hole 71 along the axial direction of the through hole 71, a limiting key 611 is fixedly arranged on the bolt 61, and the limiting key 611 is connected with the key groove 711 in a sliding mode.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the elastic element 62 is used for driving the latch 61 to be inserted into the slot 243, the elastic element 62 is a compression spring sleeved on the latch 61, a protrusion 612 is fixedly disposed on the latch 61, one end of the compression spring abuts against the protrusion 612, and the other end of the compression spring abuts against the fixing block 7.
The implementation principle of the application is as follows: when the steel bar bending device is used, the indicating rod 241 is slid according to the bending length of the steel bar, the length of the indicating rod 241 is adjusted, and after the position of the indicating rod 241 is adjusted; the plug 61 is pulled out, and when the limiting key 611 is separated from the key groove 711, the plug 61 is rotated to make the limiting key 611 and the key groove 711 dislocated. At this time, the limit of the bolt 61 is released, and the position of the indicating rod 241 is moved; after the position of the indicating rod 241 is adjusted, the plug 61 is rotated, and when the limiting key 611 is opposite to the key groove 711, the plug 61 is automatically inserted into the slot 243 to complete the limitation of the position of the indicating rod 241, so that the operation is convenient.
Then, the reinforcing steel bars are clamped into the positioning grooves 31, the positions of the reinforcing steel bars are adjusted to enable the end portions of the reinforcing steel bars to be flush with the end portions of the indicating rods 241, and then the bending columns 21 are driven to rotate through the driving sources to bend the reinforcing steel bars; the accuracy of bending length is improved, and the bending quality is guaranteed.
