Abstract

本实用新型公开一种三相发电、直流电焊两用 机。在三相发电机的结构基础上,增设一个三相整流 器,与三相整流器输入端连接的是电焊绕组,电焊绕 组可以是由发电绕组的三个抽头形成,也可以是与发 电机绕组并绕的独立线圈。本实用新型简化了公知 两用机的定子绕组结构,最多只有二副绕组,形成一 种结构简单、成本低、焊接性能良好的三相发电,直流 电焊两用机。

Description

本实用新型属于一种电力发生设备,同时也是一种电焊装置。
发电、电焊两用机有多种结格形式。福州大学邱培基等人在“应用通用的两相对称分量法分析三相发电机和电焊两用机”〈92年“中小型电机”杂志第五期〉文章中所记述的两用机代表了已有技术中的结构形式。附图1是这种两用机原理接线图。定子有三套绕组,其中三相发电主绕组U和三相副绕组E按常规电机60°相带布置绕组的导体,发电主副绕组的对应相在空间同轴;电焊主绕组V布置在A、C相带内,占据120°,这样V绕组可看成由A、C两部分相带的导体反串组成。这种两周机均为交流电焊机。并且都是在原有三相交流发电机的三相发电主绕组上增加单相交流电焊绕组及附加励磁绕组组成。目前谐波励磁发电电焊两用机组的。定子上多达四种绕组,其定子结构复杂,材料消耗多,定子的设计难度大,焊接性能不理想,电流波形畸变。
本实用新型目的在于针对已有技术的不足提供一种定子绕组比现有两用机节约一套绕组,结构简洁的三相发电直流电焊两用机。
以下方式较为实现上述目的。
本实用新型提出的这种两用机,包括带定子的机架和机壳。在相对的两端有自位轴承,还有一个具有励磁绕组的转子。转子上有轴,轴可由外动力驱动下在自位轴承中转动。其特征在于组成中还包括有一个三相桥式或半波整流器E,焊接绕组是与发电绕组共用一组线圈,采用抽头分压,或是与发电绕组并绕的单独的线圈。
本实用新型定子绕组最多为二种线圈,当采用抽头分压时,定子绕组仅为原发电绕组一种,这样极大的简化定子结构和设计难度,并且电焊性能十分理想,电流调节方便,电弧稳定,焊缝质量好。

图1中U1-U6为发电主绕组;Z1-Z6为三相发电副绕组;A、B、C为三项发电输出端;N为星形中性点;V1-V2为交流电焊输出端;L1-L2为励磁绕组。
图2-4中a、b、c为三相发电机定子绕组;L1-L2为发电机转子励磁绕组;n为星形接线中性点;Z为整流器;u1-u2为电焊机输出端。附图2中整流器Z1采用三相桥式整流电路,发电机绕组与电焊机绕组共同,采取抽头式分压。附图3中Z2整流器采用三相半波整流电路,电焊机三相绕组与发电机绕组并绕;定子绕组为二种。附图4整流器Z3采用三相半波整流电路,电焊机绕组与发电机绕组共用,采用抽头分压。
本实用新型简化发电,电焊两用机的定子绕组结构,焊接性能优良,材料费用节约20%,便于对现有发电机的改造,即可成为发电、电焊两用机。

Claims (4)

1、一种三相发电,直流电焊两用机,包括有带定子的机架和机壳在相对的两端各有自位轴承,还有一个带有励磁绕组的转子,轴子有轴,轴可由外驱动力作用下,在自位轴承中转动,其特征在于组成中还包括有一个三相桥式或半波整流器Z,焊接绕组是与发电绕组部分或部共用,采取抽头或并联降压,或是与发电绕组并绕的单独的三相电焊线圈;
2、如权利要求1所述三相发电,直流电焊两用机,其特征在于整流器E为三相桥式整流电路,发电绕组A、B、C中的抽头分别与整流电路输入端相连;
3、如权利要求1所述三相发电,直流电焊两用机,其特征在于:整流器Z为三相半波整流电路,焊机绕组是与发电绕组并绕的独立线圈;
4、如权利要求1所述的三相发电,直流电焊两用机,其特征在于整流器Z为三相半波整流电路,电焊机绕组与发电机绕组共用,采取抽头式分压,电焊机接地端与发电机星端共地。
