In another embodiment of the present application, the mounting structure of the decoration frame 200 and the cut edge 102 of the inner container 100 is optimized, please refer to fig. 1, 9 and 10, the cut edge 102 on the opening 101 of the inner container 100 is provided with a through hole 104 for a fastener to pass through, the connecting plate 202 of the decoration frame 200 is provided with a mounting groove 208, a mounting hole 209 is disposed in the mounting groove 208, and the mounting hole 209 corresponds to the through hole 104 on the cut edge 102. The installation groove 208 on the connection plate 202 of the decoration frame 200 is used to accommodate the fasteners penetrating the through hole 104 and the installation hole 209, so that the surface of the connection plate 202 can smoothly abut against the cut edge 102, thereby effectively eliminating the position of dust accumulation and slag accumulation, and improving the smoothness and aesthetic feeling of the decoration frame 200 installed on the opening 101 of the inner container 100.
In another embodiment of the present application, the structure of the inner container 100 is optimized, please refer to fig. 1 and 5, the inner container 100 is a five-sided box structure with a rectangular cross section and a side opening 101, and the inner container 100 is assembled by an upper cover plate 4, a lower base plate 5, and three side wall plates 6 connected with the upper cover plate 4 and the lower base plate 5. Because the inner container 100 is assembled by the parts, the whole mold opening is not needed, and the production and mold opening cost can be effectively reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 11, the edge of the upper cover plate 4 is respectively provided with an arc-shaped folded edge 41 connected with the three side wall plates 6, the upper cover plate 4 is further provided with a top turned-over edge 42 arranged around the top of the opening 101, and the top turned-over edge 42 is embedded in the embedded groove 203 of the decorating frame 200. The arc-shaped folding edges 41 are arranged at the two side edges of the upper cover plate 4, so that the situation that a person is easily injured due to the adoption of a right-angle connecting structure can be effectively avoided, and the safety of the inner container 100 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, for the shape of the two upper corners of the top of the opening 101 formed by the arc-shaped folding edges 41, the two ends of the upper trim 1 of the decoration frame 200 are respectively provided with inner arc corners 12, and the inner arc corners 12 correspond to the positions of the arc-shaped folding edges 41 of the upper cover plate 4 and are matched in shape, so that the decoration frame 200 can be effectively matched with the shape of the opening 101 of the inner container 100.
In another embodiment of the present application, the assembly connection structure of the liner 100 is optimized, and referring to fig. 1 and 11, the three side wall plates 6 include a left wall plate 61 and a right wall plate 62 respectively located at two opposite sides of the liner 100, top edges M of the left wall plate 61 and the right wall plate 62 are engaged with the arc-shaped folding edges 41 at two opposite sides of the upper cover plate 4, and the engaged position of the upper cover plate 4 with the left wall plate 61 and the right wall plate 62 is provided with a first avoiding notch 105 located on the opening 101 of the liner 100. Referring to fig. 11, 12 and 13, the dishwasher further includes a first shielding member 7 disposed on the first avoiding notch 105, and the first shielding member 7 is provided with a first buckle 71 buckled with the first avoiding notch 105, so that the first shielding member 7 can be fixed on the first avoiding notch 105. Referring to fig. 2 and 14, the decorating frame 200 is further provided with a first inner stop 81 matched with the position of the first avoiding gap 105, and the first inner stop 81 is matched with the first shielding member 7 in shape and aligned in splicing mode.
In practical applications, the upper cover plate 4 of the inner container 100 is fixedly connected with the left wall plate 61 and the right wall plate 62 in a snapping manner, so as to avoid the occurrence of convex edges on the opening 101 of the inner container 100 at the snapping position and influence the installation of other accessories. A first escape notch 105 is provided at the engagement and on the opening 101 of the liner 100 to offset the occupied position where the rim is generated. However, since the first avoidance gap 105 is easy to form a hand-hurting part or a dust-accumulation and slag-storage part, the first avoidance gap 105 is provided with the first shielding piece 7, and the first avoidance gap 105 is filled with the first shielding piece 7; meanwhile, a first inner stop 81 matched with the position of the first avoidance notch 105 is arranged on the decorative frame 200, and the first inner stop 81 is spliced and aligned with the first shielding piece 7. Therefore, the decoration frame 200 is used for covering and protecting the first avoiding gap 105, so that the first avoiding gap 105 is prevented from hurting users and forming a slag collecting part, and the safety and the cleanness of the inner container 100 are effectively improved.
In addition, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 15, the periphery of the lower plate 5 is provided with a surrounding edge 51 connected with the three side wall plates 6, the bottom edge N of the left wall plate 61 and the right wall plate 62 is engaged with the surrounding edge 51, and the engaged part of the surrounding edge 51 with the left wall plate 61 and the right wall plate 62 is provided with a second avoiding notch 106 positioned on the opening 101 of the liner 100. Referring to fig. 12 and fig. 15, the dishwasher further includes a second shielding member 9 disposed on the second avoiding notch 106, and a second buckle 91 fastened to the second avoiding notch 106 is disposed on the second shielding member 9, so that the second shielding member 9 can be fixed on the second avoiding notch 106. Referring to fig. 16, the trim bracket 200 is further provided with a second inner stop 82 matched with the position of the second relief notch 106, and the second inner stop 82 is matched with the second shielding member 9 in shape and aligned in a splicing manner.
The engagement between the surrounding edge 51 of the lower plate 5 of the inner container 100 and the left and right wall plates 61 and 62 is likely to generate convex edges on the opening 101 of the inner container 100, which affects the installation of other accessories. A second escape notch 106 is provided at the engagement and on the opening 101 of the liner 100 to offset the occupied position where the rim is generated. Similarly, in order to avoid that the second avoiding gap 106 is easy to form a part which hurts a person and scrapes hands or a part which accumulates dust and accumulates slag, the second avoiding gap 106 is provided with the second shielding piece 9, the second shielding piece 9 has the same structure as the first shielding piece 7, and the decorative frame 200 is provided with the second inner stop 82 which is spliced and aligned with the second shielding piece 9, so that the decorative frame 200 is utilized to cover and protect the second avoiding gap 106, the second avoiding gap 106 is prevented from hurting a user and forming a slag collecting part, and the safety and the cleanness of the dishwasher are effectively improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 12, in order to improve the overall structural strength of the trim frame 200, a reinforcing frame 300 made of a metal material is disposed on the trim frame 200, and the reinforcing frame 300 may be an integrally formed three-side frame structure, or a three-side frame structure formed by interconnecting an upper frame strip, a left frame strip and a right frame strip, so as to improve the supporting effect on the trim frame 200. The installation manner of the reinforcing frame 300 may be a screw hole and a fastening member such as a bolt, and is not limited herein. Thus, the reinforcing frame 300 is fixed with the decoration frame 200 and is installed on the cut edge 102 of the opening 101 of the liner 100, thereby effectively improving the installation efficiency and reducing the manufacturing cost.
