As shown in fig. 4 to 9, the slag discharging mechanism includes a slag discharging pipe 4, a drainage pump 5 and a valve body 6, wherein the slag discharging pipe 4 is disposed below the water tank body 1, an inlet 40 of the slag discharging pipe 4 is disposed upward below the slag basket 3, and is connected to the basket seat 31 of the slag basket 3, specifically: the bottom of the basket seat 31 passes through the water outlet 11 from top to bottom and then is inserted into the inlet 40 of the slag discharge pipe 4, two circumferentially extending grooves 310 are circumferentially arranged on the peripheral wall of the bottom of the basket seat 31 at intervals, a protrusion 41 matched with the groove 310 is arranged on the inner wall of the inlet 40 of the slag discharge pipe 4, the protrusion 41 comprises a first part 411 circumferentially extending along the inner wall of the inlet 40 of the slag discharge pipe 4 and a second part 412 connected with one end of the first part 411, the second part 412 axially extends and is distributed at a right angle with the first part 411, the inlet end 311 of the groove 310 is smoothly jointed with the peripheral wall of the bottom of the basket seat 31 for the first part 411 of the protrusion 41 to slide in, and the bottom groove wall of the groove 310 close to the inlet end 311 is of an inclined surface structure inclining upwards. Thus, by rotating the basket seat 31, the groove 310 on the basket seat 31 can move relative to the first part 411 of the protrusion 41 until abutting on the second part 412 of the protrusion 41, so as to complete the connection between the basket seat 31 and the slag discharge duct 4, and during the movement of the groove 310 on the basket seat 31 relative to the first part 411 of the protrusion 41, due to the inclined surface structure on the groove 310, the basket seat 31 can move downwards simultaneously during the rotation and press on the water discharge port 11 and the slag discharge duct 4. In this embodiment, the connection portions of the basket seat 31, the draining board 12 and the water outlet 11 are respectively provided with a step structure to ensure the connection strength and the connection stability.
The inner diameter of the slag discharge pipe 4 is larger than the maximum aperture of the slag discharge hole 30, the slag discharge pipe 4 comprises a slag inlet section 42 and a slag outlet section 43 which are distributed up and down and communicated with each other, the slag inlet section 42 is of a structure which is gradually and smoothly bent from top to bottom, a lower port 420 of the slag inlet section 42 is obliquely arranged downwards, an inlet port 430 of the slag outlet section 43 is positioned below and horizontally arranged with the lower port 420 of the slag inlet section 42, and the lower port 420 of the slag inlet section 42 and the inlet port 430 of the slag outlet section 43 are distributed on the same side.
The drainage pump 5 is disposed on the slag discharge pipeline 4, the drainage pump 5 includes an impeller 51 and a motor 52, an output end of the motor 52 is connected to the impeller 51 to drive the impeller to rotate, and a rotating shaft 510 of the impeller 51 is vertically disposed at an inlet 430 of the slag discharge section 43 to agitate the water flow to generate a water flow vortex.
The lower port 420 of the valve body 6 corresponding to the slag inlet section 42 is arranged above the impeller 51, the valve body 6 comprises a cylindrical valve core 61 and a power part 62 connected with the valve core 61 and used for driving the valve core 61 to move, the power part 62 can select a hydraulic cylinder to directly drive the valve core to move, or can select a motor to be matched with a transmission assembly, the transmission assembly converts the rotary motion of the output end of the motor into movement, and then drives the valve core to move, a valve cavity 44 used for accommodating the valve core 61 and supplying the valve core 61 to move is arranged in the slag discharging pipeline 4, the valve core 61 is arranged in the valve cavity 44, the surface of the valve core 61 is opposite to the lower port 420 of the slag inlet section 42, and the lower port 420 of the slag inlet section 42 can be covered. In this embodiment, the valve core 61 is driven by a motor, and the valve core 61 is provided with a spring, when water is not discharged, the valve core 61 moves under the action of the spring to cover the lower port 420 of the slag inlet section 42, and when water is required to be discharged, the motor works and pulls back the valve core 61 to open the channel.
The cleaning method of the water tank type cleaning machine in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
the first washing step, closing the valve body 6, injecting a certain amount of water into the water tank body 1, then starting the spraying arm 2 to wash, stopping the spraying arm 2 after washing, then starting the valve body 6, and starting the draining pump 5 after food residues in water flow sink and accumulate above the impeller 51 under the action of self gravity to directly drain the food residues.
Secondly, a second washing step, namely closing the valve body 6, injecting a certain amount of water into the water tank body 1, then starting the spraying arm 2 to wash, stopping the spraying arm 2 after washing is finished, starting the drainage pump 5 firstly, then starting the valve body 6, and discharging water flow and food residues in the water tank body 1 through the residue basket 3 and the residue discharge pipeline 4;
and step three, a third washing step, namely closing the valve body 6, injecting a certain amount of water into the water tank body 1, then starting the spraying arm 2 to wash, after washing is finished, continuing working of the spraying arm 2, starting the drainage pump 5 and the valve body 6, enabling partial water flow in the water tank body 1 to enter the spraying arm 2 to spray, and discharging the partial water flow from the slag discharge pipeline 4 to further slow down the drainage speed.
After the washing work in the first washing step is finished, more food residues are in the water tank body 1, the residues sink under the action of gravity and enter the residue discharge pipeline 4 by opening the valve body 6 first, so that the food residues can be directly discharged when the drainage pump 5 is opened, the residue discharge capacity is improved, and the use experience of customers can be improved; after the first washing step, most of residues are drained, when the washing work in the second washing step is finished, the drainage pump 5 is started firstly, when the valve body 6 is opened, a water flow vortex is formed in the slag discharge pipeline 4, and the water flow vortex can wash the slag basket 3 to play a role in cleaning the slag basket 3; when the washing work of third washing step ended, the water in the basin body 1 was more limpid, but on the sediment basket 3 because the residue effect time is longer, there was partial residue to remain, at this moment, continues work through the control pump body 23 for rivers can not discharge through arranging sediment pipeline 4 at once, and then prolonged the time that rivers washed the sediment basket, and arrange the sediment pipeline 4 simultaneously and be formed with strong rivers swirl, rivers swirl washing sediment basket 3 promotes the cleaning performance.

Claims (16)

1. A slag basket, comprising:
the basket seat (31) is of a vertical cylindrical structure with a cavity inside, and the upper end of the basket seat (31) is open for food residues to enter;
it is characterized by also comprising:
the basket cover (32) covers the upper end of the basket seat (31), the basket cover (32) is provided with an annular side wall (35) extending vertically and a top wall (34) covering the top end of the annular side wall, and a slag falling hole (30) communicated with an upper end opening of the basket seat (31) is formed in the annular side wall (35) so that food residues can fall into the slag falling hole.
