For example, in some embodiments, the positioning portion may be disposed on a sidewall of the mounting seat 10 and have a concave portion, the positioning mating portion is disposed on a sidewall of the container body 31 and have a convex portion, and the convex portion may be inserted into the concave portion in a vertical direction (e.g., from top to bottom as shown in fig. 2) to achieve positioning of the cooking container 30 and the mounting seat 10, so as to ensure control over a preset distance between the wireless receiving end 332 and the wireless transmitting end 212, and the structure is simple and easy to align.
Of course, it is within the scope of the present invention that the positioning engagement portion may have a concave portion, and the positioning portion may have a convex portion adapted to be inserted into the concave portion in the vertical direction.
In some embodiments, the recess may be a non-cylindrical hole, and the protrusion may be a non-cylindrical shaft matching the shape of the recess, so as to avoid the protrusion from rotating with the recess, and ensure accurate control of the distance between the wireless receiving end 332 and the wireless transmitting end 212. For example, the shape of the recess may be triangular, square, diamond, etc.
In other specific embodiments, the cooking appliance 100 may further include a base, and the base is provided with two positioning grooves, and the control mechanism 200 and the cooking appliance 100 may be respectively disposed in the two positioning grooves, so that the control mechanism 200 and the cooking appliance 100 can be accurately positioned, and the preset distance between the wireless receiving end 332 and the wireless transmitting end 212 is controlled, so that the wireless receiving end 332 and the wireless transmitting end 212 can be located in the accurate range of the preset distance, the positioning effect is good, and the cooking appliance 100 is easier to install.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the predetermined distance may be 40mm to 50 mm. Within the above size range, the wireless receiving terminal 332 and the wireless transmitting terminal 212 can reach the wireless power transmission distance range, so as to electrically connect the electrical connection matching part 33 and the electrical connection part 21. For example, in some embodiments, the predetermined spacing may be 40mm, 42mm, 45mm, 47mm, 50mm, and the like.
The arrangement positions of the electrical connection matching part 33 and the electrical connection part 21 can be flexibly set according to actual requirements, for example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the electrical connection part 21 can be arranged on the side wall of the mounting base 10, and the electrical connection matching part 33 can be arranged on the side wall of the container body 31, so that the cooking container 30 can be conveniently detached and the cooking utensil 100 can be conveniently moved, and the electrical connection operation is more convenient.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, the position of the electrical connection portion 21 may be set according to actual situations, for example, the electrical connection portion 21 may be located at an upper portion of the sidewall of the mounting base 10 as shown in fig. 2, or located at a lower portion of the sidewall of the mounting base 10 as shown in fig. 3, which both facilitate the electrical connection of the electrical connection mating portion 33 and the electrical connection portion 21.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, the container body 31 has a cooking cavity 311 for cooking food materials. The power utilization assembly 32 may include a first heating member 321, the first heating member 321 may be disposed below the cooking cavity 311, and the first heating member 321 is electrically connected to the control assembly 20 to supply power to the first heating member 321 through the control assembly 20, and enable the control assembly 20 to control the operating state of the first heating member 321, so as to heat the cooking cavity 311, thereby facilitating cooking of food materials. In some embodiments, the first heating member 321 may be a light wave tube, a heating coil, or the like.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cooking container 30 may be an electric chafing dish, and the electric component 32 is a first heating component 321, which is electrically connected to the electrical connection portion 21 through the electrical connection fitting portion 33, so as to electrically connect the electric chafing dish to the control component 20. The control component 20 controls the first heating element 321 to be powered on to generate heat, so as to heat food materials in the cooking cavity 311, and realize the electric chafing dish cooking function. The control of the first heating member 321 by the control component 20 can make the first heating member 321 operate according to a power curve required for cooking, so as to realize a corresponding cooking function.
In some embodiments in which the first heating member 321 is disposed below the cooking cavity 311, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, the electrical connection fitting part 33 may be disposed at a lower portion of the sidewall of the cooking container 30 to reduce a distance between the electrical connection fitting part 33 and the first heating member 321, simplify the structure of the cooking container 30, and improve safety of power supply. Correspondingly, the electrical connection portion 21 may be provided at a lower portion of the mounting socket 10 so as to be mated with the electrical connection mating portion 33.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the container body 31 may include a cover 313 and a pot 312, the power consumption assembly 32 may include a second heating member 322, and the second heating member 322 may be disposed on the cover 313 to open and close the top opening of the cooking cavity 311, i.e., the second heating member 322 is disposed above the cooking cavity 311. The electrical connection fitting part 33 may be provided at the cover body 313 to reduce a distance from the second heating member 322, simplify the structure of the cooking container 30, and improve safety of power supply. Correspondingly, the electrical connection portion 21 may be provided at an upper portion of the mounting socket 10 so as to be mated with the electrical connection mating portion 33. The second heating member 322 is electrically connected with the electric connection matching part 33, and when the electric connection matching part 33 is electrically connected with the electric connection part 21, the control component 20 can supply power to the second heating member 322, and the control component 20 can control the working state of the second heating member 322 to heat the cooking cavity 311, so that the cooking functions of baking food materials, air frying and the like can be realized conveniently.
Of course, the electrical connection matching portion 33 may also be disposed on the pot body 312, specifically, the second heating element 322 is disposed on the cover body 313, the electrical connection matching portion 33 is disposed on the pot body 312, the electrical connection portion 21 may be electrically connected to the electrical connection matching portion 33 on the pot body 312, the pot body 312 and the cover body 313 are electrically connected through a coupler and other structures, so that the second heating element 322 is electrically connected to the control component 20, the control component 20 supplies power to the second heating element 322, and the control component 20 controls the working state of the second heating element 322 to heat the cooking cavity 311, thereby facilitating the cooking functions of baking food materials, air frying and the like.
In some embodiments in which the pan body 312 and the cover 313 are electrically connected through a coupler or the like, the pan body 312 may further be provided with a third heating member, so that the second heating member 322 and the third heating member can heat from the upper side of the cooking cavity 311 and the lower side of the cooking cavity 311 at the same time, so that the cooking effect is better, and the cooking of food materials is more uniform.
In some embodiments, the powered component 32 may further include a fan. The second heating member 322 can heat the air, and the fan can blow the hot air through the heating of second heating member 322 to culinary art chamber 311 to form hot-blastly, hot-blastly with eat the material contact, heat the material of eating, handle such as toast, fry, air fry, utilize high-speed air circulation technique, can make the culinary art effect reach the effect and the taste of fried material of eating, and the culinary art mode is more healthy. For example, the second heating member 322 may be located at a lower side of the fan, i.e., at a side of the fan facing the cooking chamber 311, which is advantageous for improving efficiency of blowing hot air into the cooking chamber 311.
In some embodiments, the power utilization assembly 32 may further include other structures such as a solenoid valve, a sensor, etc., which can be used to detect the operating status information of the cooking appliance 100, so as to facilitate the use of the user. For example, the sensor may be a temperature sensor, a level sensor, or the like.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-6, the control mechanism 200 further comprises a power connection 60. Power connector 60 wears to locate the lateral wall of mount pad 10, and control assembly 20 is connected to power connector 60's one end, and power connector 60's the other end is equipped with power plug, and power plug is connected with the power to obtain the electric energy in power department, supply power to control assembly 20, satisfy cooking utensil 100's power consumption demand.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the cooking vessel 30 may further include a stirring member 40, and the control mechanism 200 may further include a driving assembly 50. For example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the stirring member 40 is provided with a groove 41, the driving end 51 is provided with a protrusion 52, and the protrusion 52 can extend into the groove 41, so that the driving assembly 50 drives the stirring member 40 to move, thereby achieving a stirring function, and the transmission structure is simple and the transmission efficiency is high.
Of course, the positions of the groove 41 and the protrusion 52 may be interchanged, specifically, the driving end 51 is provided with the groove 41, and the stirring member 40 is provided with the protrusion 52, and the protrusion 52 may extend into the groove 41, which is also within the protection scope of the present invention.
In some embodiments, the recess 41 may be a non-cylindrical hole, and the protrusion 52 may be a non-cylindrical shaft matching the shape of the recess 41, such that when the protrusion 52 rotates, it can match the hole wall of the recess 41 to rotate the stirring member 40. For example, the shape of the groove 41 may be triangular, square, diamond, etc.
For another example, in other embodiments, the driving end 51 includes a first magnetic member, the stirring member 40 includes a second magnetic member, and the second magnetic member can be magnetically attracted to the first magnetic member, so as to connect the driving end 51 with the stirring member 40, so that the driving assembly 50 drives the stirring member 40 to move, and further drives the stirring member 40 to stir. The attraction force of the second magnetic part and the first magnetic part can guide the driving end 51 and the stirring part 40 during assembly, so that the alignment is easier, and the assembly and disassembly are easy, simple and quick. For example, the first magnetic member may be a magnet or the like, and the second magnetic member may be a magnet or an iron piece or the like.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the sidewall of the cooking container 30 may be provided with a shaft hole 34, the stirring element 40 may include a stirring main body 401, a rotating shaft 402 and a transmission portion 403, the rotating shaft 402 is disposed at an end of the stirring main body 401, and the rotating shaft 402 is disposed through the shaft hole 34. The transmission part 403 is located outside the cooking container 30, the transmission part 403 is connected to the rotating shaft 402, the transmission part 403 can be in transmission connection with the driving end 51, and the stirring part 40 can rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft 402 under the driving of the driving end 51, so that the food materials can be stirred.
In some embodiments, the stirring member 40 may include two rotating shafts 402, the two rotating shafts 402 are respectively disposed at two ends of the stirring main body 401, and the corresponding cooking container 30 is provided with two shaft holes 34, and the shaft holes 34 may support the rotating shafts 402 at two ends, so that the rotating shafts 402 rotate more stably, thereby ensuring stable movement of the stirring member 40. In addition, the transmission part 403 is detachably matched with the driving end 51, so that the cooking appliance 100 can be detached and installed conveniently.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the stirring member 40 can be bent and extended (e.g., a U-shaped rod shown in fig. 6) to facilitate stirring the food at the bottom of the cooking cavity 311, thereby ensuring the cooking effect of the food.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the control mechanism 200 further comprises a display component, the display component is disposed on the mounting base 10, and the display component is connected to the control component 20. The display assembly may be used to display information such as cooking function, cooking progress, cooking temperature, cooking time, etc.
For example, in some embodiments, cooking function options corresponding to a plurality of cooking programs may be displayed on the display assembly, and when a user selects a different cooking vessel 30 to electrically connect with the control mechanism 200, the corresponding cooking function option may be selected to cause the control assembly 20 to execute the corresponding cooking program, thereby causing the cooking vessel 30 to execute the corresponding cooking function (e.g., cooking, air-frying, etc.). The display component can facilitate a user to select different menus for operation, and the user can know the running state of the equipment conveniently, so that better human-computer interaction is realized.
The cooking appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the following description is only exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a cooking appliance 100 includes a control mechanism 200 and three cooking vessels 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2-4 and 6, the three cooking containers 30 are an electric pan, an electric pan and an air fryer, and each of the three containers includes a container body 31, an electric component 32 and an electric connection matching portion 33, and the container body 31 has a cooking cavity 311. The electrical connection matching portion 33 includes a second electrode and a second conductive member 331, one end of the second conductive member 331 is electrically connected to the electrical component 32, the other end of the second conductive member 331 extends out of the container body 31, and the second electrode may be disposed on an end surface of the other end of the second conductive member 331. The power module 32 includes a first heating member 321, and the first heating member 321 is disposed below the cooking chamber 311.
Wherein, the electric heating frying pan also comprises a stirring piece 40, the stirring piece 40 comprises a stirring main body 401, a transmission part 403 and a rotating shaft 402, and the stirring piece 40 is provided with a groove 41. The side wall of the container body 31 of the electric heating wok is provided with a shaft hole 34, the rotating shaft 402 is arranged at the end part of the stirring main body 401, the rotating shaft 402 penetrates through the shaft hole 34, and the transmission part 403 is positioned outside the cooking container 30.
The container body 31 of the air fryer comprises a cover body 313 and a pot body 312, the electric connection matching part 33 is arranged on the side wall of the pot body 312, the electric assembly 32 further comprises a second heating element 322, and the second heating element 322 is arranged on the cover body 313.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the control mechanism 200 includes a mounting base 10, a control module 20, a power connector 60, a driving module 50 and a display module, the driving module 50 is a motor, the display module, the control module 20 and the motor are mounted on the mounting base 10, the motor is electrically connected to the control module 20, the control module 20 has an electrical connection portion 21, and the electrical connection portion 21 is disposed on a side wall of the mounting base 10. The electrical connection portion 21 may include a first electrode and a first conductive member 211, one end of the first conductive member 211 is electrically connected to the control assembly 20, and the other end of the first conductive member 211 protrudes out of the mounting base 10, and the first electrode may be disposed on an end surface of the other end of the first conductive member 211. The driving end 51 of the motor extends out of the mounting base 10, and the driving end 51 is provided with a projection 52. The display component displays cooking function options of chafing dish, cooking, water boiling, dish frying, barbecue, air frying and the like.
When the user selects the electric pan to connect with the control mechanism 200, the second electrode of the electric connection matching part 33 of the electric pan is abutted against the first electrode of the control component 20 to realize electric connection, and the first heating member 321 can be electrically connected with the control component 20. The user can select a cooking function option corresponding to a hot pot, rice cooking or water boiling in the display assembly, and the control assembly 20 performs program control on the first heating member 321 according to a corresponding cooking program, so that the first heating member 321 operates according to a power curve required by cooking, thereby implementing the cooking function of the hot pot, rice cooking or water boiling of the cooking appliance 100.
When the user selects the air fryer to connect with the control mechanism 200, the second electrode of the electrical connection matching part 33 of the air fryer is abutted against the first electrode of the control component 20 to realize electrical connection, and both the first heating element 321 and the second heating element 322 can be electrically connected with the control component 20. The user can select a cooking function option corresponding to the grill or air-fry in the display assembly, and the control assembly 20 programs the first and second heating members 321 and 322 according to the corresponding cooking program to perform the grill or air-fry function. The first heating member 321 and the second heating member 322 may be operated simultaneously or not, and heating powers of the two members may be the same or different.
When the user selects the electric heating wok to be connected with the control mechanism 200, the second electrode of the electric connection matching part 33 of the electric heating wok is abutted against the first electrode of the control component 20 to realize electric connection, the first heating component 321 can be electrically connected with the control component 20, and the protrusion 52 of the driving end 51 can extend into the groove 41 of the stirring component 40 to realize transmission connection. The user can select a cooking function option corresponding to cooking in the display component, the control component 20 performs program control on the first heating component 321, so that the first heating component 321 operates according to a power curve required by cooking, the control component 20 controls the working state of the driving component 50, and the driving component 50 drives the rotating state of the stirring component 40, thereby implementing a cooking function of cooking of the cooking appliance 100.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the difference from the foregoing embodiment is that the electrical connection matching portion 33 and the electrical connection portion 21 are connected by wireless signals, so as to realize electrical connection, and other structures and control methods can refer to the foregoing embodiment and are not described herein again. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the wireless transmitting end 212 of the electrical connection portion 21 and the wireless receiving end 332 of the electrical connection matching portion 33 can perform wireless signal transmission in a state equal to the preset distance, so as to realize wireless power supply, and the control assembly 20 of the control mechanism 200 can perform program control on the driving assembly 50, the first heating member 321 and the second heating member 322, so as to realize the corresponding cooking function of the cooking appliance 100.
Other configurations and operations of the control mechanism 200 and the cooking appliance 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (15)

1. A control mechanism for a cooking appliance, comprising:
a mounting seat;
a control assembly mounted to the mount and having an electrical connection, wherein,
the electric connection part is suitable for being alternatively abutted against the electric connection matching parts of the plurality of cooking containers or being connected through wireless signals to realize electric connection.
2. The control mechanism of cooking utensil of claim 1 wherein the end of the electrical connection portion is provided with a magnetic member or at least a portion of the electrical connection portion is made of magnetic material to magnetically engage with the electrical connection mating portion.
3. The control mechanism of a cooking appliance according to claim 1,
the electric connection part comprises a first conductive piece and a first electrode, one end of the first conductive piece is electrically connected with the control assembly, the other end of the first conductive piece extends out of the mounting seat, and the first electrode is arranged on the end face of the other end of the first conductive piece; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the electric connection part is arranged in the mounting seat and comprises a wireless transmitting end, and the wireless transmitting end is used for transmitting wireless signals to the electric connection matching part.
4. The control mechanism of a cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising:
the driving assembly is installed on the installation seat and electrically connected with the control assembly, and the driving assembly is used for driving the stirring piece of the cooking container to rotate.

the magnetic part and the magnetic matching piece, one of the magnetic part and the magnetic matching piece is arranged on the electric connection part and the other one is arranged on the electric connection matching part, and the magnetic part and the magnetic matching piece can be attracted to enable the electric connection part to be abutted against the electric connection matching part.
