the resilient barb comprises:
the head end of the radial positioning block is connected with the rotary table, and the radial positioning block inclines outwards from top to bottom;
and the limiting hook block is slidably arranged on the lower end surface of the rotary positioning ring and is connected with the tail end of the radial positioning block.
