Since the isolation assembly 18 isolates the front space 143 from the rear space 144 within the cavity of the side rail 14, it will be appreciated that the interior cavity 161 of the front bezel 16 is not in communication with the interior cavity 171 of the rear bezel 17.
The mounting surface of the electrical panel 11 is provided with a sealing member (not shown), the front frame 16 is provided with a hole for mounting the electrical panel 11, the electrical panel 11 is mounted on the front end plane of the front frame 16 through a fastening member while realizing a mating interface seal, and the internal cavity 161 of the front frame 16 is communicated with the internal space of the battery tray 1 through an electrical panel mounting hole. The mounting surface of the explosion-proof ventilation valve 4 is provided with a sealing element (not shown), and the sealing element is mounted on the rear end plane of the rear frame 17 to realize the sealing of a matching interface. The upper cover 2 is arranged on the battery tray 1 through a connecting piece 3, and the matching interface sealing is realized through a sealing piece 5.
The inner space of the battery pack is communicated with the front section space 143 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 partitioned by the isolation assembly 18 through the inner cavity 161 of the front frame 16 to form an equal pressure cavity, the inner cavity 171 of the rear frame 17 of the battery pack is communicated with the rear section space 144 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 partitioned by the isolation assembly 18 to form an equal pressure cavity, and the explosion-proof vent valve 4 performs a gas exchange function to enable the static gas pressure of the inner cavity 171 of the rear frame 17 to be equal to the external gas pressure of the battery pack shell.
As shown in fig. 10, when the internal air pressure of the battery pack is greater than the external air pressure, the acting force exerted on the isolation assembly 18 by the internal air pressure of the battery pack is greater than the acting force exerted on the isolation assembly 18 by the external air pressure, and the resultant force F exerted on the front end of the isolation assembly 18 pushes the isolation assembly 18 to move in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 toward the rear of the battery pack; the volume of the front section space 143 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 is increased, the volume of the rear section space 144 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 is reduced, the front section space 143 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 is communicated with the inside of the battery pack, the volume of gas in the battery pack is increased, the pressure is reduced, meanwhile, part of gas in the inner cavity 171 of the rear frame 17 of the battery pack is discharged to the outside from the explosion-proof vent valve 4, and the isolation assembly 18 is kept static in a state of balancing the internal pressure and the external pressure of the battery pack.

In the process of balancing the internal pressure and the external pressure by exchanging the gas between the battery pack shell and the outside, the external gas only enters the rear space 144 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 partitioned by the isolation assembly 18, and the external gas does not enter the internal space of the battery pack communicated with the front space 143 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 partitioned by the isolation assembly 18, so that the humidity state of the external gas does not affect the air humidity in the battery pack, and the internal pressure and the humidity of the battery pack are controlled in a proper range in a low-cost and maintenance-free manner.
Fig. 12 and 13 show an emergency exhaust state of the battery pack, and due to the fact that the air pressure in the battery pack rises sharply, the resultant force F applied to the front end of the isolation assembly 18 pushes the isolation assembly 18 to move towards the rear of the battery pack in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 until the isolation assembly 18 is pushed out of the longitudinal beam 14 to the inner cavity 171 of the rear frame 17 of the battery pack, so that the inner cavity 161 of the front frame 16 is communicated with the inner cavity 171 of the rear frame 17; the gas in the battery pack flows to the upper cavity 141 and the lower cavity 142 inside the longitudinal beam 14 through the inner cavity 161 of the front frame 16, then flows to the inner cavity 171 of the rear frame 17, and is discharged to the outside through the exhaust passage of the explosion-proof vent valve 4.
Example 2

When the internal pressure of the battery pack is greater than the external pressure, the acting force exerted on the isolation assembly 18 by the internal pressure of the battery pack is greater than the acting force exerted on the isolation assembly 18 by the external pressure, and the resultant force exerted on the inside of the isolation assembly 18 pushes the isolation assembly 18 to expand; the volume of the front section space 143 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 is increased, the volume of the rear section space 144 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 is reduced, the front section space 143 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 is communicated with the inside of the battery pack, the volume of gas in the battery pack is increased, the pressure is reduced, meanwhile, part of gas in the inner cavity 171 of the rear frame 17 of the battery pack is discharged to the outside from the explosion-proof vent valve 4, and the isolation assembly 18 is kept static in a state of balancing the internal pressure and the external pressure of the battery pack. When the internal air pressure of the battery pack is lower than the external air pressure, the acting force exerted on the isolation assembly 18 by the external air pressure of the battery pack is larger than the acting force exerted on the isolation assembly 18 by the internal air pressure, and the resultant force exerted on the outside of the isolation assembly 18 pushes the isolation assembly 18 to contract; the volume of the front space 143 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 is reduced, the volume of the rear space 144 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 is increased, the front space 143 in the cavity of the longitudinal beam 14 is communicated with the inside of the battery pack, the volume of the gas in the battery pack is reduced, so that the pressure is improved, meanwhile, the external gas enters the inner cavity 171 of the rear frame 17 of the battery pack through the explosion-proof breather valve 4, and the isolation component 18 keeps static when the internal pressure and the external pressure of the battery pack are balanced.
Example 3
There is provided a battery pack including a battery module and the battery pack case according to the above aspect, preferably, the gap space in the battery pack is filled with argon gas, nitrogen gas or carbon dioxide gas. Understandably, the external air exhausted or sucked from the battery pack through the explosion-proof vent valve 4 automatically balances the internal and external pressure difference, and the external air does not enter the area for accommodating the battery module in the process; therefore, the humidity of the external air does not influence the humidity of the gas filled in the battery pack, and the dry gas in the battery pack is not condensed, so that the risks of corrosion and short circuit caused by condensed water are reduced.
