The embodiment of the application provides a touch panel, which comprises a display area and an edge area surrounding the display area, wherein the touch panel comprises a display substrate and a touch layer which are arranged in a stacked mode; the touch layer comprises an organic layer, and the organic layer is arranged on the display substrate in the display area; the touch layer further comprises a protective layer, the protective layer is arranged on one side, away from the display substrate, of the organic layer, the protective layer covers the display substrate, and the orthographic projection of the organic layer on the display substrate is in the orthographic projection of the protective layer on the display substrate; and the edge region of the touch layer is provided with a concave-convex structure.
In an embodiment of the application, the display area of the touch layer further includes a first inorganic layer, a first metal layer, a second inorganic layer, and a second metal layer, which are stacked, and the organic layer is disposed on a side of the second metal layer away from the second inorganic layer.

The display substrate comprises a substrate, an array layer, a light-emitting device layer and an encapsulation layer which are sequentially arranged. It should be noted that the array layer may be a low temperature polysilicon layer LTPS or may be other semiconductor materials, such as an oxide semiconductor array layer. The device layer may be a flexible OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) display substrate, a rigid OLED display substrate, or a liquid crystal display substrate, and those skilled in the art may set the device layer according to actual requirements, which is not limited herein.
In an embodiment of the application, the display area 100 of the touch layer further includes a first inorganic layer 2, a first metal layer 31, a second inorganic layer 4, and a second metal layer 32, which are stacked, and the organic layer 5 is disposed on a side of the second metal layer 32 away from the second inorganic layer 4.
In an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 5, the edge region 200 of the touch layer includes a first inorganic layer 2, a first metal layer 31, a second inorganic layer 4 and a protection layer 9, which are stacked, the first metal layer 31 includes a concave-convex structure formed by a plurality of grooves, and the second inorganic layer 4 covers the first metal layer to form the concave-convex structure. In the prior art, the first metal layer 31 is arranged in the touch layer display area 100, and the first metal layer 31 with the groove is additionally arranged on the marginal area 200, so that a path for water vapor invasion is increased, the effect of preventing water vapor invasion of the touch screen is improved, and the problem that the touch screen is insensitive to touch or ineffective to touch due to water vapor invasion is solved. In addition, since the thickness of the second inorganic layer 4 is relatively thin, when the second inorganic layer 4 is disposed on the first metal layer 31, the second inorganic layer 4 at the edge region 200 covers the first metal layer to form a concave-convex structure.
In an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 6, the edge region 200 of the touch layer includes a first inorganic layer 2, a second inorganic layer 4 and a protection layer 9, which are stacked, and the second inorganic layer 4 includes a concave-convex structure formed by a plurality of grooves. In the prior art, the second inorganic layer 4 is disposed in both the display region 100 and the edge region 200 of the display substrate 1, and the second inorganic layer 4 of the edge region 200 can be patterned when the concave-convex structure is disposed, so as to form the concave-convex structure. Therefore, the path of water vapor invasion is increased, the effect of preventing water vapor invasion of the touch screen is improved, and the problem that the touch screen is insensitive or ineffective due to water vapor invasion is solved.
In an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 7, the edge region 200 of the touch layer includes a first inorganic layer 2, a second inorganic layer 4, a second metal layer 32 and a protection layer 9, and the second metal layer 32 includes a concave-convex structure formed by a plurality of grooves. In the prior art, the second metal layer 32 is also arranged in the touch layer display area 100, and the second metal layer 32 with the groove is additionally arranged in the marginal area 200, so that a path for water vapor invasion is increased, the effect of preventing water vapor invasion of the touch screen is improved, and the problem that the touch screen is insensitive to touch or ineffective to touch due to water vapor invasion is solved. In addition, since the protection layer 9 needs to cover the organic layer 9, the thickness of the protection layer 9 is thick, so that the protection layer 9 covers the first metal layer 31, and the edge region 200 may be a flat structure. In order to further increase the path of water vapor intrusion, please refer to fig. 9, the protection layer 9 may be patterned to form a concave-convex structure, so that the water vapor blocking effect is better.
In an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 8, the edge region 200 of the touch layer includes a first inorganic layer 2, a first metal layer 31, a second inorganic layer 4, a second metal layer 32 and a protection layer 9, which are stacked, the first metal layer 31 and the second metal layer 32 both include a concave-convex structure formed by a plurality of grooves, and the second inorganic layer 4 covers the first metal layer to form a concave-convex structure. The edge regions of the first metal layer 31 and the second metal layer 32 are made into concave-convex structures at the same time, so that the path of water vapor is longer, and the effect is better. Since the second inorganic layer 4 has a relatively thin thickness, when the second inorganic layer 4 is disposed on the first metal layer 31, the second inorganic layer 4 at the edge region 200 covers the first metal layer to form a concave-convex structure.
In an embodiment of the present application, the protective layer 9 comprises an inorganic material. The material of the inorganic layer includes silicon oxide and silicon nitride. Other materials besides silicon oxide and silicon nitride may have a function of blocking water vapor, and the application is not limited to this.
In an embodiment of the present application, the polarizer 6, the optical adhesive layer 7 and the cover plate 8 are stacked on the side of the protective layer 9 away from the display substrate. The polaroid 6 is used for polarizing a light source emitted by the organic light emitting layer, the cover plate is used for protecting the touch panel, and the polaroid 6 is attached to the cover plate 8 through the optical adhesive layer 7. The cover plate can be made of glass or other transparent materials, and the embodiment of the application is not limited to the above. The optical Adhesive may be, for example, an Optically Clear Adhesive (OCA), an Optically Clear Resin (OCR), or the like, and the OCA has the characteristics of being colorless and transparent, high in light transmittance, good in Adhesive strength, small in curing shrinkage, and the like, so that the touch panel and the cover plate 8 are well fixed while the display effect of the display module is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present application, a display device is also provided. The display device comprises an electronic device and a display panel in signal connection with the electronic device, wherein the electronic device may comprise an electronic device such as a sensor and a controller, and the display device may be the display device comprising the novel composite tape mentioned in the above embodiments. The display device described in the present application may further include necessary structures and components of a conventional display device, and a mobile phone is taken as an example for description, and besides the touch panel of the present application, the display device may further include structures and components of a conventional mobile phone, such as a CPU, a camera module, a fingerprint identification module, a sound processing system, and the like. It should be understood that the display device includes, but is not limited to, any product or component having a display function, such as a liquid crystal panel, an electronic paper, an OLED panel, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a television, a display, a notebook computer, a digital photo frame, and a navigator. 5. The touch panel of claim 2, wherein the edge region of the touch layer comprises a first inorganic layer, a second metal layer and a protection layer, and the second metal layer of the edge region comprises a concave-convex structure formed by a plurality of grooves.

The touch panel of claim 2, wherein the edge region of the touch layer comprises a first inorganic layer, a first metal layer, a second inorganic layer, a second metal layer and a protective layer, which are stacked, the first metal layer and the second metal layer of the edge region each comprise a plurality of concave-convex structures formed by grooves, and the second inorganic layer of the edge region covers the first metal layer to form a concave-convex structure.
