Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种液体商品计量器。它由
储液容器、导管、定量液容器组成，在储液容器和定量
液容器之间设有换向阀，通过操纵换向阀可以简便地
实现储液容器、输出导管与定量液容器的接通或封
闭。它能确保液体商品的销售数量和清洁，结构简
单，生产容易，可改变售货方式，减轻售货员劳动强
度。
Description
本实用新型涉及容量、流量计量器，一种液体商品计量器。
已有技术：液罐测重装置（专利号90209637.07－10P124），液压测重装置（专利号900222161.28－5P187），液体称（专利号88208124.15－14P103），浮力式液体称重仪（专利号90201144.86－52P116），而现在市场销售散酒、散酱油、散醋等大都用提子作为量具，销售菜油、煤油等大都使用抽油机。它们都会由于操作人员掌握因素而影响数量的准确性，且既不卫生操作又不方便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型液体计量器，以保证售货数量的准确，减轻售货员劳动强度、确保货物清洁卫生。
本实用新型的目的通过下述液体商品计量器的构思方案来实现。它主要由储液容器1、定量液容器2、换向阀3组成。定量液容器通过换向阀与储液容器连接，液体由储液容器经换向阀阀芯┐型通道流入定量液容器并很快注满。当换向阀被旋动，阀芯┐型通道将定量液容器与售货容器接通时，阀芯的球面同时将储液容器输出导管出口封闭。定量液容器中的液体流尽后，再回旋换向阀，阀芯的球面即将定量液容器输出的导管口封闭，同时，┐型通道将储液容器输出导管与定量液容器接通。

图2为本实用新型剖示图。
1.储液容器，2.储液输出导管，3.换向阀，4.阀钮，5.球面阀芯，6.┐型通道，7.定量液容器，8.定量液输出导管。
图1也是本实用新型实施例。定量液容器的规格为装500克散酒。售货时，反时针拧动阀钮4至垂直位，则阀芯球面将导管2出口封闭，阀芯┐型通道6将定量液容器7与导管8接通，500克酒液被输出，然后，顺时针方向将阀钮拧至水平位，则阀芯球面将输出导管8封闭，同时阀芯┐型通道将定量液容器与储液输出导管2接通。实施中需分售其它数量（如1000g，1500g，2000g）液体时，只需将相应规格的定量液容器并联在储液容器输出导管中即可。
本实用新型的优点是能确保散装液体商品的销售数量和清洁卫生，结构简单，生产和操作都很容易，改进了售货方式、减轻售货员劳动强度。

1、一种液体商品计量器，由储液容器、导管和定量液容器组成，其特征在于储液容器和定量液容器之间设有换向阀，以实现将储液容器、输出导管与定量液容器接通或封闭。
