阀体101的进入孔122允许将销120定位在主阀瓣118的主轭部126的对应销孔124内,由此将主阀瓣118与主阀轴110相耦接。副阀瓣119以类似的方式耦接到副阀轴112。虽然示例性阀组件100公开了阀瓣开口104、106和阀瓣118、119,但是阀组件100可构造成使用不同类型的阀构件。例如,开口106可适于容纳阀构件,例如盘或塞(例如,可线性移动的阀塞)。可以包括对应的致动器和/或驱动器(例如,丝杠)以便以旋转或线性方式致动阀构件。

可替换地,主端部114和副端部116可以具有内花键,并且离合器128可以具有外花键。当离合器128处于第二位置时,外花键可适于接合主端部114和副端部116的内花键。
作为另一替代方案,主端部114或副端部116可以限定键槽,并且离合器128可以具有键,当离合器128处于第二位置时,该键适于与键槽配合。即,主端部114或副端部116可以具有凹入部分,并且离合器128可以具有凸出部分,当离合器128处于第二位置时,该凸出部分适于与凹入部分配合。

枢转臂140的第一部分142和枢转臂140的第二部分144耦接到离合器致动器136。响应于离合器致动器136的致动,枢转臂140的第一部分142接合外凹槽138的壁146,以将离合器128驱动到第二位置。类似地,响应于离合器致动器136的致动,枢转臂140的第一部分142接合外凹槽138的相对壁146以将离合器128驱动到第一位置。设置延伸穿过枢转臂140的枢转销148。虽然示例性阀组件100包括枢转臂140,但是离合器128可以以不同的方式致动。例如,可以可替代地设置相对于主阀轴110和副阀轴112的纵向轴线可移动的臂。在这种构造中,离合器致动器136的取向可以改变。例如,离合器致动器136的纵向轴线可以基本上平行于轴110、112的纵向轴线。
图4示出了离合器128处于第一位置的图1的阀组件100的详细等轴测图。在所示的示例中,阀体101具有在主阀瓣开口104和副阀瓣开口106之间限定的并且提供通向阀体101的孔103的入口的进入开口150。枢转臂140的第一部分142延伸穿过阀体101的进入开口150。
阀组件100包括致动器耦接件152,致动器耦接件152包括凸缘154和具有孔158的壳体156。凸缘154耦接到阀体101并且具有与阀体101的进入开口150对齐的进入开口160。
在所示的示例中,离合器致动器136耦接到致动器耦接件152的壳体156并且具有致动器杆162。致动器杆162延伸进入致动器连接件152的壳体156的孔158中,并且耦接到枢转臂140的第二部分144。致动器杆162具有凹槽164,枢转臂140的第二部分144至少部分地围绕该凹槽。在该示例中,凹槽164具有相对的凸起部分166。然而,形成凹槽164的壁可以具有另一轮廓(例如,凹陷或彼此平行)。
返回参考图1,阀组件100包括主衬套168和副衬套170。还可以提供附加的衬套172。主衬套168围绕主阀轴110并且设置在孔103内,并且副衬套170围绕副阀轴112并且设置在孔103内。衬套168、170具有适于容纳对应销176的凹槽174。销176可以将衬套168、170的纵向位置固定在孔103内。
阀组件还包括主扭簧178和副扭簧180。在所示的示例中,主扭簧178被布置为偏置主阀轴110,并且副扭簧180被布置为偏置副阀轴112。
图5示出了根据本实用新型的第二公开示例组装的阀组件200。阀组件200类似于图1的阀组件100。相比之下,将离合器致动器136的取向反转并且提供了隔热罩202。经如此配置,将离合器致动器136设置成更靠近阀体101的冷却剂流动路径107。
图6示出了图5的阀组件200的一部分的等轴测图。如图所示,主扭簧178耦接在从旋转致动器102的盖208延伸的柱206和主阀轴110之间。还示出了旋转致动器102的小齿轮210,并且小齿轮210被布置为与齿轮212啮合以旋转主阀轴110。
图7示出了图5的阀组件200的一部分的等轴测图。如图所示,副扭簧180耦接在从阀体101的盖216延伸的柱214与副阀轴112之间。
从上文可以理解,上述公开的装置、方法和制品使得能够使用更轻的重量和更小的热质量来生产阀组件。所公开的示例还改进了废气再循环(EGR)和/或降低了发动机复杂性。因此,与一些已知的示例相比,所公开的阀组件允许减小包装尺寸、集成设计、增加效率并且提供更好的价值。阀组件可以与包括歧管和涡轮增压器的车辆(例如,柴油车辆、商用车辆)一起使用。这些轴中的一个(例如,主阀轴)可以适于提供用于废气再循环的比例控制,并且这些轴中的另一个(例如,副阀轴)可以适于控制直接到涡轮增压器的废气流。在这样的示例中,阀组件可以在启动(冷)和运行条件期间提供更高的效率和控制。

Claims (27)

1.一种阀组件,其特征在于,所述阀组件包括:
阀体,所述阀体包括:
孔;
主阀瓣开口,所述主阀瓣开口邻近所述孔设置;以及
副阀瓣开口,所述副阀瓣开口邻近所述主阀瓣开口设置;
主阀轴,所述主阀轴设置在所述孔内并且具有主端部;
副阀轴,所述副阀轴设置在所述孔内并且具有面向所述主阀轴的所述主端部的副端部;
主阀瓣,所述主阀瓣设置在所述主阀瓣开口内并与所述主阀轴耦接;
副阀瓣,所述副阀瓣设置在所述副阀瓣开口内并与所述副阀轴耦接;以及
离合器,所述离合器能够在第一位置与第二位置之间移位,在所述第一位置,所述离合器与所述主端部和所述副端部中的一个间隔开,以使得所述主阀轴能够独立于所述副阀轴移动,并且在所述第二位置,所述离合器接合所述主端部和所述副端部中的每一个,以使得所述副阀轴能够与所述主阀轴一起移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述主端部和所述副端部中的每一个包括外花键,并且其中,所述离合器包括具有内花键的离合器环,当所述离合器环处于所述第二位置时,所述内花键接合所述外花键。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述主端部和所述副端部中的每一个包括内花键,并且其中,所述离合器具有外花键,当所述离合器处于所述第二位置时,所述外花键接合所述内花键。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述主阀瓣具有耦接到所述主阀轴的主轭部,并且所述副阀瓣具有耦接到所述副阀轴的副轭部。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的阀组件,其特征在于,还包括旋转致动器,所述旋转致动器耦接到所述主阀轴以控制所述主阀轴。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的阀组件,其特征在于,还包括离合器致动器,所述离合器致动器适于使所述离合器在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间移位。
7.根据权利要求6所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述离合器致动器包括电磁阀。
8.根据权利要求6所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述离合器包括外凹槽,所述阀组件还包括枢转臂,所述枢转臂包括第一部分和第二部分,所述枢转臂的所述第一部分耦接到所述离合器,所述枢转臂的所述第二部分耦接到所述离合器致动器,并且其中,响应于所述离合器致动器的致动,所述枢转臂的所述第一部分接合所述离合器的所述外凹槽的壁,从而将所述离合器驱动到所述第二位置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的阀组件,其特征在于,还包括延伸穿过所述枢转臂的枢转销。
10.根据权利要求8所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述阀体包括进入开口,所述进入开口由所述阀体限定在所述主阀瓣开口和所述副阀瓣开口之间并提供通向所述孔的入口,所述枢转臂的所述第一部分延伸穿过所述阀体的所述进入开口。
11.根据权利要求10所述的阀组件,其特征在于,还包括致动器耦接件,所述致动器耦接件包括凸缘和具有孔的壳体,所述凸缘耦接到所述阀体并且具有与所述阀体的所述进入开口对齐的进入开口,所述离合器致动器具有致动器杆并且耦接到所述致动器耦接件的所述壳体,所述致动器杆延伸进入所述致动器耦接件的所述壳体的所述孔中,并且耦接到所述枢转臂的所述第二部分。
12.根据权利要求8所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述致动器杆具有凹槽,所述枢转臂的所述第二部分至少部分地围绕所述凹槽。
13.根据权利要求12所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述杆的所述凹槽具有相对的凸起部分。
14.根据权利要求1至3及7-13中任一项所述的阀组件,其特征在于,还包括主衬套和副衬套,所述主衬套围绕所述主阀轴并且设置在所述孔内,所述副衬套围绕所述副阀轴并设置在所述孔内。
15.根据权利要求14所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述主衬套包括凹槽,并且所述副衬套包括凹槽,所述阀组件还包括被容纳在对应凹槽内的销。
16.根据权利要求1至3及7-13中任一项所述的阀组件,其特征在于,还包括主扭簧和副扭簧,所述主扭簧被布置为偏置所述主阀轴的第一部分,所述副扭簧被布置为偏置所述副阀轴的第二部分。
17.根据权利要求16所述的阀组件,其特征在于,所述副扭簧包括第一部分和第二部分,所述副扭簧的所述第一部分耦接到所述阀体,所述副扭簧的所述第二部分耦接到所述副阀轴。
18.一种阀组件,其特征在于,包括:
阀体,包括:
第一部分和第二部分;
孔,所述孔包括第一孔部分和第二孔部分;
主阀瓣开口;以及
副阀瓣开口;
主致动器,所述主致动器耦接到所述阀体的所述第一部分;
主阀轴,所述主阀轴设置在所述第一孔部分内并且具有第一部分和第二部分,所述主阀轴的所述第一部分耦接到旋转致动器,并且所述主阀轴的所述第二部分具有外花键;
副阀轴,所述副阀轴设置在所述第二孔部分内并且具有第一部分和第二部分,所述副阀轴的所述第一部分具有外花键并面向所述主阀轴的所述第二部分;
主阀瓣,所述主阀瓣设置在所述主阀瓣开口内并具有轭部,所述主阀瓣的所述轭部耦接到所述主阀轴的所述第二部分;
副阀瓣,所述副阀瓣设置在所述副阀瓣开口内并具有轭部,所述副阀瓣的所述轭部耦接到所述副阀轴的所述第一部分;以及
离合器环,所述离合器环具有内花键,
其中,所述离合器环能够在围绕所述主阀轴的外花键或所述副阀轴的外花键之一的外花键并使所述内花键与所述外花键配合、与围绕所述主阀轴的外花键和所述副阀轴的外花键两者并使所述离合器环的所述内花键与这两者配合之间移位。

主阀构件,所述主阀构件能够相对于所述主开口移动并且耦接到所述主阀轴;
副阀构件,所述副阀构件能够相对于所述副开口移动并且耦接到所述副阀轴;以及
离合器,所述离合器能够在第一位置与第二位置之间移位,所述第一位置使得所述主阀轴能够独立于所述副阀轴移动,并且所述第二位置使得所述副阀轴能够与所述主阀轴一起移动。
