Technical Field

Background

The white cardboard is paper which is made by taking bleached wood pulp as the main surface layer and the bottom layer of base paper, adding mechanical wood pulp into the middle layer, coating on one side or two sides, and performing calendaring and finishing, and is mainly used for printing art printed matters or manufacturing packaging cartons of high-grade commodities after printing.

In terms of performance, the white cardboard has a certain protection function for packaged goods due to its high thickness and hardness, and is used for cigarette packaging box manufacture, for example.

After the cigarette packing box is made of the white cardboard, because a user often puts the whole cigarette box in a backpack or carries the cigarette box in a clothes pocket, the backpack and the clothes pocket are made of soft cloth, after the cigarette packing box is rubbed or extruded with other objects or the body of the user, the white cardboard has poor toughness, and is easy to abrade or break fragile at the corners of the cigarette packing box, so that the protection performance of the packing box is reduced.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Optionally, the bottom layer further comprises an antibacterial layer, and the antibacterial layer is arranged on the inner layer of the fiber layer.

By adopting the technical scheme, the volatile antibacterial substance is applied to the antibacterial layer in the manufacturing process; after the cigarettes are packaged, the volatile antibacterial substances are gradually volatilized and diffused to the whole white cardboard and the inside of the package through the antibacterial layer, so that the white cardboard has a lasting antibacterial effect, and the antibacterial effect is further generated on the cigarettes in the package.

Optionally, the surface layer comprises an oleophobic hydrophobic layer and a coating layer, and the oleophobic hydrophobic layer is arranged on the outer layer of the coating layer.

Detailed Description

The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-4.

The embodiment of the application discloses a white cardboard for cigarette packaging.

Referring to fig. 1, the ivory board for cigarette packing includes a surface layer 11 for protection and printing, a core layer 12 for increasing the hardness of the ivory board, and a bottom layer 13 for enhancing toughness, which are distributed from the outside to the inside, and the surface layer 11, the core layer 12, and the bottom layer 13 are distributed from the outside to the inside.

The surface layer 11 comprises an oil-repellent hydrophobic layer 111 and a coating layer 112 for printing package contents, the oil-repellent hydrophobic layer 111 is fixed on the outer layer of the coating layer 112 to prevent oil and water from the white cardboard, so that pollution of the white cardboard from the outer side is reduced, and the coating layer 112 can be protected, so that the printed contents on the coating layer 112 are not easy to fall off.

The bottom layer 13 includes a fiber layer 131 for improving toughness and an antibiotic layer 132 for reducing bacteria generation in the package; wherein the antibiotic layer 132 is fixed to the inner layer of the fiber layer 131.

The fiber layer 131 is made of bamboo charcoal fiber, the fiber structure has good strength and wear resistance, and the fiber structure can also enhance the overall toughness of the white cardboard, so that the corners of the white cardboard after packaging are not prone to brittle fracture, and the stability and the service life of the white cardboard when being used for packaging are improved.

Meanwhile, the bamboo charcoal fiber also has good air permeability and bacteriostatic function, is a natural environment-friendly material, and can generate bacteriostatic effect to certain degree on cigarettes in the package when the white cardboard is used for packaging cigarettes.

The antibacterial layer 132 is applied with volatile antibacterial substances in the manufacturing process to form the antibacterial layer 132, and after the cigarettes are packaged, the volatile antibacterial substances are gradually volatilized and diffused from the antibacterial layer 132 to the whole white cardboard and the inside of the package, so that the white cardboard has a lasting antibacterial effect, and the antibacterial effect is further generated on the cigarettes in the package.

The embodiment of the application also discloses a cigarette packaging box.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 2, the cigarette pack is made of a white cardboard for cigarette packing, and includes an outer case 21 and an inner liner 211 adhered to the inner side of the outer case 21; an auxiliary box body 23 is also arranged in the cigarette packaging box, and the auxiliary box body 23 is positioned on one side of the outer box body 21 along the length direction; the opposite side of outer box 21 length direction is provided with main opening to the cooperation is provided with main lid 22, and main lid 22 is connected with outer box 21 along one side of outer box 21 thickness direction, and the junction sets up to the hem seam, and main lid 22 rotates along the hem seam and opens and shuts.

The cavity in the main opening is used for holding cigarettes, which are placed along the length of the outer shell 21. The match 233 is contained in the auxiliary box body 23, so that the cigarette is carried while the match 233 is carried, and the cigarette can be ignited by directly using the match 233 in the auxiliary box body 23 when smoking is needed; therefore, the condition that the ignition device is forgotten to be taken is avoided, the time for taking out the cigarettes and the ignition device from the pocket respectively can be saved, and the cigarette packaging box is convenient for a user to use.

Referring to fig. 3, a strip-shaped support table 232 is disposed on one side of the inner wall of the auxiliary box body 23, which is away from the auxiliary box cover 231; the supporting table 232 is made of a strip-shaped white cardboard, two sides of the white cardboard are bonded with the inner wall of the auxiliary box body 23, the middle of the white cardboard is suspended and bent, and the cross section of the outline of the supporting table 232 is triangular.

The supporting platform 232 is close to the edge of the auxiliary box body 23 and is spaced from the edge of the auxiliary box body 23, and the supporting platform 232 is close to one side of the auxiliary folding seam and is arranged in parallel with the auxiliary folding seam; the length of the match 233 is slightly less than the width of the outer case 21. Example 2

Referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that an ignition layer 212 is not disposed outside the outer case 21; chewing gum is placed in the auxiliary box body 23, and the support table 232 can be arranged perpendicular to the length direction of the chewing gum according to the placing direction of the chewing gum.

A partition plate 24 perpendicular to the main box cover 22 is further fixed in the inner lining box 211, the partition plate 24 divides a cavity corresponding to the main opening into two spaces, wherein one larger space is used for placing cigarettes, and the other space is provided with a lighter.

Therefore, the cigarette and the ignition device can be carried along, and the oral peculiar smell generated by smoking can be reduced by chewing the chewing gum after smoking.

Preferably, the lighter is a rechargeable lighter 25, and the rechargeable lighter 25 is provided with a heating wire 251 for heating and lighting; when the main lid 22 is opened, the heating wire 251 is positioned at the opening of the outer case 21. The charging lighter 25 adopts the heating wire 251 to generate heat, thereby having good windproof performance; and the cigarette is ignited by the electric heating wire 251 without taking out the charging lighter 25; the rechargeable lighter 25 can be continuously used only by charging, so that the rechargeable lighter is convenient to recycle.

The implementation principle of the embodiment 2 is as follows: the user can open the main box cover 22 first and take out the cigarettes; turning on the switch of the charging lighter 25, igniting the cigarette by using the heating wire 251, and then closing the main box cover 22; after smoking, the auxiliary box cover 231 can be opened to chew the chewing gum and reduce the bad breath.
