An automatic plane polisher is characterized by comprising a polishing table (1), a transmission roller (2), supporting legs (3), a transmission motor (4), a conveying belt (5), a polishing cover (6), a control panel (7), a supporting frame (8), a pressing electric push rod (9), a U-shaped roller seat (10), a pressing roller (11), a dust remover body (12), a connecting pipe (13), a surface grinding slag removing cover structure (14) and a polishing roller structure (15) with adjustable polishing force, wherein the left side and the right side inside the polishing table (1) are respectively provided with a groove; the two driving rollers (2) are respectively coupled inside the two grooves in a shaft manner, and the front ends of the driving rollers (2) arranged on the right side penetrate through the right front side of the grinding table (1); a plurality of supporting legs (3) are arranged and are respectively connected to four corners of the lower end of the grinding table (1) through bolts; the transmission motor (4) is connected to the middle right side of the front end of the grinding table (1) through bolts, and an output shaft of the transmission motor (4) is connected to the front end of the transmission roller (2) arranged on the right side through a coupler; the conveying belt (5) is sleeved on the outer wall between the two driving rollers (2), and a grinding table (1) is arranged between the two conveying belts (5); the lower end of the polishing cover (6) is connected with the middle part of the upper end of the polishing platform (1) through a bolt; the control panel (7) is connected to the left upper side of the front end of the polishing cover (6) through a bolt; the supporting frame (8) is connected to the left upper side inside the grinding cover (6) through bolts, and the supporting frame (8) is located on the lower side of the control panel (7); one end of the pressing electric push rod (9) is connected with the middle part of the lower end of the support frame (8) through a bolt, and the other end of the pressing electric push rod is connected with a U-shaped roller seat (10) through a bolt; the pressing roller (11) is coupled to the middle lower side in the U-shaped roller seat (10) in a shaft manner; the dust remover body (12) is independently arranged on the right rear side of the grinding table (1); the connecting pipe (13) is connected with the surface grinding slag removing cover structure (14); the polishing cover (6) is connected with a polishing roller structure (15) with adjustable polishing force; the surface grinding slag removing cover structure (14) comprises a grinding slag removing cover (141), a dust suction pipe (142), a duckbilled dust suction pipe (143), a connecting rod (144) and a supporting rod (145), wherein the lower end of the dust suction pipe (142) is in threaded connection with the interior of a threaded through hole formed in the upper side of the grinding slag removing cover (141), the lower end of the dust suction pipe (142) extends to the interior upper side of the grinding slag removing cover (141), and the lower end of the dust suction pipe (142) is in threaded connection with the upper end of the duckbilled dust suction pipe (143); the duckbilled dust collection pipe (143) is positioned at the middle lower side in the grinding slag removing cover (141); the two connecting rods (144) are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of the middle part of the slag removing cover (141) through bolts at one end, and the other end of each connecting rod is respectively connected with the right side of the lower end of the two supporting rods (145) through bolts.

The automatic flat surface sander as set forth in claim 1, wherein said sanding roller structure (15) with adjustable sanding force comprises a sanding roller (151), a U-shaped seat (152), a sanding motor (153), a telescopic rod (154), a lower pressure plate (155), a spring (156), a photoelectric sensor (157), a feed electric push rod (158) and a mounting plate (159), said sanding roller (151) is journaled inside the U-shaped seat (152) at the lower middle side, and the front end of the sanding roller (151) penetrates the lower middle side of the U-shaped seat (152); the grinding motor (153) is connected to the middle lower side of the front end of the U-shaped seat (152) through bolts, and an output shaft of the grinding motor (153) is connected with a coupling at the front end of the grinding roller (151); the two telescopic rods (154) are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of the middle part of the upper end of the U-shaped seat (152) through bolts at one end, and the other end penetrates through holes formed in the front side and the rear side of the right side in the lower pressing plate (155) and respectively extends to the upper side of the lower pressing plate (155); two springs (156) are respectively sleeved on the outer walls of the two telescopic rods (154), one ends of the two springs (156) are respectively bolted on the front side and the rear side of the middle part of the upper end of the U-shaped seat (152), and the other ends of the two springs (156) are respectively bolted on the front side and the rear side of the lower end of the lower pressing plate (155); the lower end of the photoelectric sensor (157) is in threaded connection with the inside of a threaded through hole formed in the left side of the inside of the lower pressing plate (155) and extends to the lower side of the lower pressing plate (155), and a probe of the photoelectric sensor (157) is arranged downwards; one end of the feeding electric push rod (158) is connected with the middle part of the lower end of the mounting plate (159) through a bolt, and the other end of the feeding electric push rod is connected with the right side of the upper end of the lower pressure plate (155) through a bolt.

The automatic flat surface grinder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting tube (13) has one end screwed inside the dust suction port of the dust collector body (12) and the other end screwed to the upper end of the dust suction tube (142) through the upper right side of the grinding cover (6).
4. The automatic flat grinder according to claim 2, characterized in that the mounting plate (159) is bolted to the upper left inside the grinding cover (6) and the mounting plate (159) is located on the upper right side of the support frame (8).
5. The automatic flat surface grinder as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper front and rear sides of the right end of said U-shaped base (152) are respectively connected to the left end bolts of said two supporting rods (145).
6. Automatic flat surface sander according to claim 1 characterized in that there is a sanding table (1) between the conveyor belts (5).
7. The automatic flat surface sander according to claim 1, wherein the grinding cover (6) has an inlet and an outlet respectively formed at the left and right sides of the lower side; the upper-section conveyor belt of the conveyor belt (5) penetrates through the two inlets and the outlets.
