Viewed axially, the axis is a point, and the line connecting the point representing the axis of the drive roller 19 and the two points representing the axes of the centering rollers 42 is an isosceles triangle. The excircle of centering roller 42 and the excircle tangent line of driving roller 19 form a V-shaped self-centering stable structure, and driving roller 19 can run more stably. The centering roller 42 is mounted on the side plate of the adjusting bracket 4, and the axis position is fixed.

Claims (10)

1. The balance wheel sorting machine comprises a machine body, wherein a plurality of balance wheel units capable of synchronously rotating are mounted at the top of the machine body, the balance wheel units are distributed in a staggered array in the horizontal direction, each balance wheel unit comprises a main body support, and a middle roller and a working roller which are mounted on the main body support, and the balance wheel sorting machine is characterized in that the upper end of the main body support is exposed outside the machine body and is provided with:
the mounting part is used for mounting the working roller and is provided with a first straight line groove with an upward opening;
the pressing part is provided with a second linear groove with a downward opening, and the upper and lower positions of the pressing part are adjustable;
and the central rotating shaft of the working roller simultaneously penetrates through the first linear groove and the second linear groove, a gap is formed between the central rotating shaft and the bottom end of the first linear groove, and the central rotating shaft is pressed downwards by the top end of the second linear groove, so that the working roller is driven by the central rotating shaft to press the middle roller.
2. The balance sorter of claim 1 wherein the top of the body frame has a cell cover, the cell cover being adjustable in vertical position and horizontally disposed, the clamping portion being disposed on the cell cover.
3. The balance sorter of claim 2 wherein the body frame has vertical attachment posts, the upper ends of the attachment posts are connected to the cell covers by compression screws, the compression screws pass downwardly through the cell covers and are screwed into the attachment posts, and the heads of the compression screws compress the cell covers.

The balance wheel sorting machine according to claim 3, wherein a whole machine cover plate is arranged at the top end of the machine body, assembling holes corresponding to the balance wheel units in a one-to-one mode are formed in the whole machine cover plate, the assembling holes are matched with the unit cover plates in shape, and hole walls of the assembling holes provide guiding for up and down movement of the unit cover plates.

The balance sorter of claim 1 wherein the balance unit further includes a drive roller mounted to the body mount by an adjustment mount, the adjustment mount being adjustable in up and down position relative to the body mount, the drive roller being adjusted in position by the adjustment mount and pressing against the intermediate roller.
6. The balance sorter of claim 5 wherein said main body frame has a guide post perpendicular to said central axis of rotation, said adjustment frame is slidably coupled to said guide post, said adjustment frame is coupled to a resilient member, said resilient member drives said adjustment frame to slide along said guide post, thereby causing said drive roller to compress said intermediate roller.
7. The balance sorter of claim 6 wherein the resilient member is a spring that is received over the guide post, the guide post having an axially movable adjustment feature thereon, the spring being compressed between the adjustment feature and the adjustment bracket.
8. The balance sorter of claim 7 wherein the adjustment feature is an adjustment nut that is received on the guide post, the guide post having an external thread that mates with the adjustment nut.
9. The balance sorter of claim 8 wherein the adjustment cradle has two centering rollers in rolling contact with the drive roller, the centering rollers being parallel to and below the drive roller, the centering rollers and the drive roller being distributed in an isosceles triangle when viewed axially.
10. The balance sorter of claim 5 wherein the number of working rollers is five, four of the working rollers being connected to the intermediate roller and being capable of being driven to rotate by the intermediate roller.
