Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the terminal oiling device comprises a box body 1, wherein a feeding hole 2 and a discharging hole 3 are respectively formed in the surfaces of two sides of the box body 1 along the length direction. Meanwhile, two inner side surfaces opposite to each other in the height direction of the box body 1 are provided with spray heads 4 for spraying an oily hole sealing agent on the surface of the terminal material belt 5, and the two spray heads 4 are respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the terminal material belt 5. In addition, the device also comprises an oil storage tank 7, and the two nozzles 4 are communicated with the oil storage tank 7 through communicating pipes. The nozzle 4 can be started to spray the oily hole sealing agent to the surface of the terminal material belt 5 by the nozzle 4.
Referring to fig. 3, an adjusting assembly 6 for adjusting the nozzles 4 is disposed between each of the nozzles 4 and the casing 1, and in the present embodiment, the adjusting assembly 6 includes a gear 61 and a rack 62. Meanwhile, the inner side wall of the box body 1 is welded with a vertically arranged installation sleeve 10, a rotation column 9 horizontally arranged is supported in the installation sleeve 10 in a rotation mode, the rotation column 9 is located at one end, close to the spray header, of the installation sleeve 10, a gear 61 is sleeved on the rotation column 9, a rack 62 stretches out of and retracts into the installation sleeve 10, one end, stretching out of the rack 62, is welded with the spray header 4, and the rack 62 is meshed with the gear 61. The mounting sleeve 10 is provided with a driving member for driving the rotating column 9 to rotate, in this embodiment, the driving member is a driving motor 20, the driving motor is mounted on an outer side wall of the mounting sleeve 10, and an output shaft of the driving motor 20 penetrates through the mounting sleeve 10 and is fixedly connected with the rotating column 9. The rotating column 9 is rotated by driving the driving motor 20, so that the gear 61 is rotated, the gear 61 drives the rack 62 to move up and down, and therefore the rack 62 extends out and retracts in the mounting sleeve 10 to adjust the height of the spray head 4, and the range of the spray head 4 for spraying the oily hole sealing agent on the terminal material belt 5 is adjusted.
Referring to fig. 2, the width direction of the box body 1 is provided with an access hole 14, so that a worker can conveniently overhaul the spray header, meanwhile, the box body 1 is provided with a cover plate 13 for covering the access hole 14, and the cover plate 13 is arranged in a cuboid shape, so that the oily hole sealing agent is not easy to sputter out from the access hole 14. An observation window 19 is arranged on one side surface of the cover plate 13, and a transparent glass plate is arranged in the observation window 19 so that a worker can observe the internal working condition conveniently. Meanwhile, a limiting groove 15 is formed in one side wall of the box body 1, the limiting groove 15 is circumferentially arranged along the access opening 14 and communicated with the access opening 14, and one surface, close to the access opening 14, of the cover plate 13 abuts against the limiting groove 15. The handle 23 is welded on the surface of the handle 23 far away from the limiting groove 15, the handle 23 is arranged in a U shape, so that a worker can conveniently open and close the cover plate 13. in addition, an oil collecting disc 18 for collecting oil is placed in the box body 1, and the oily hole sealing agent can drip on the bottom in the box body 1 in the spraying process, so that the oil collecting disc 18 can collect the oily hole sealing agent so as to be conveniently taken out by the worker, and the waste of the oily hole sealing agent is reduced.

Referring to fig. 3, it should be noted that a guide rib 11 is welded to one side wall of the rack 62, and the guide rib 11 is disposed along the length direction of the rack 62. Meanwhile, a guide groove 12 corresponding to the guide raised line 11 is formed in one inner side wall of the mounting sleeve 10, the guide groove 12 is formed in the length direction of the mounting sleeve 10 from the end, close to the spray head 4, of the mounting sleeve 10, the guide raised line 11 is in sliding fit with the corresponding guide groove 12, and therefore a guide effect is achieved on the rack 62, and the rack 62 is not prone to shifting in the moving process.
Referring to, 4, the device further comprises an oil level control module 8, wherein the oil level control module 8 comprises a liquid level sensor 81 and an alarm 82, the liquid level sensor 81 is used for detecting the oil level in the oil storage tank 7, the liquid level sensor 81 is installed at the bottom of the inner tank of the oil storage tank 7, the liquid level sensor 81 is electrically connected with the alarm 82, and the alarm 82 is installed on the outer side wall of the oil storage tank 7. When the liquid level sensor 81 detects that the oil level height of the oil storage tank 7 is smaller than the preset oil level height of the liquid level sensor 81, the liquid level sensor 81 sends a liquid level signal to the alarm 82, and the alarm 82 receives the liquid level signal and makes a sound to remind a worker that the oily hole sealing agent in the oil storage tank 7 is about to be used up and needs to be supplemented timely.
The implementation principle of the device for oiling the terminal in the embodiment of the application is as follows: the terminal material area 5 passes box 1 at the in-process of transmission, this shower nozzle 4 is adjusted the height in terminal material area 5 through adjusting part 6, in order to adjust the spray range of shower nozzle 4 to terminal material area 5, start-up shower nozzle 4, make the oily hole sealing agent in the oil storage tank 7 get into shower nozzle 4 through communicating pipe, shower nozzle 4 sprays terminal material area 5, make terminal material area 5 oil from this, thereby reduce the waste of oily hole sealing agent, make terminal material area 5 be difficult for dripping everywhere after 3 from the discharge gate.
