In case of conflict, various features of the embodiments and examples of the present invention may be combined with each other and are within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, the teeth of the upper jaw or lower jaw of the human body are generally 16 teeth, which are divided into an anterior tooth area and a posterior tooth area, wherein the middle 6 teeth are an anterior tooth area 10, and the two 10 teeth are posterior tooth areas 20. Because the invisible tooth socket is manufactured according to the shape of the teeth of a user, the invisible tooth socket is correspondingly divided into an anterior tooth area and a posterior tooth area. The inner surface of the invisible tooth socket forms a groove with one end opened.
As shown in FIG. 3, in view of the above-mentioned characteristics of the invisible braces, the present embodiment provides a brace brush which mainly comprises two parts, namely a handle 30 and a brush head 40, wherein the handle 30 is used for being held by a user; as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the brush head 40 includes a first cleaning portion 41 and a second cleaning portion 42, the first cleaning portion 41 and the second cleaning portion 42 are provided in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the brush head 40, and the brush head 40 is provided at one end of the brush handle 30 in the axial direction thereof.
In this embodiment, a connecting rod 50 may be provided at the end of the handle 30 facing the head 40, the connecting rod 50 having an outer diameter smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the handle 30. When cleaning the tooth socket, a user holds one end of the brush holder 30 far away from the brush head 40, inserts the brush head 40 into the slot of the tooth socket, and operates the brush holder 30 to drive the brush head 40 to move repeatedly in the tooth socket. On one hand, the sectional dimension of the brush handle 30 is relatively large, so that the force application operation after the user grips the brush handle is convenient, and on the other hand, the outer diameter of the connecting rod 50 is relatively small, so that the movement of the brush head 40 in the groove of the invisible tooth socket is not influenced.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the first cleaning portion 41 includes a first surface 411 having an arc shape, the second cleaning portion 42 includes a second surface 421 and a third surface 422, and a preset included angle is formed between the second surface 421 and the third surface 422; the first, second and third surfaces 411, 421 and 422 are provided with bristles 43 for cleaning the mouthpiece.
The mouthpiece brush of the present embodiment divides the brush head 40 into two parts, a first cleaning part 41 and a second cleaning part 42, wherein the first cleaning part 41 is used to clean the posterior dental region of the invisible mouthpiece, and the second cleaning part 42 is used to clean the anterior dental region of the mouthpiece. The first cleaning portion 41 and the second cleaning portion 42 are provided at both ends of the brush head 40 in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the brush head 40. Thus, the working of the mouthpiece brush in this embodiment in cleaning the mouthpiece can be changed by rotating the brush handle 30 to rotate the brush head 40.
The embodiment of arranging the first cleaning portion 41 in an arc shape means that the projection of the first cleaning portion 41 on a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the brush head 40 is in an arc shape, that is, the outer surface of the first cleaning portion 41 is in an arc-shaped surface. The arc may be circular arc or elliptical arc, which is not limited herein. Since the cross section formed by the inner surface of the posterior tooth area of the invisible mouthpiece is a shape in which the bottom and the middle are wider and the opening portion is slightly narrowed. Therefore, when the first cleaning part 41 is completely inserted into the groove formed by the inner surface of the rear tooth area of the invisible mouthpiece, the arc-shaped surface can be matched with the bottom and two lateral sides of the inner surface of the rear tooth area of the invisible mouthpiece at the same time, so that on one hand, the second cleaning part 42 can rapidly move in the groove formed by the inner surface of the rear tooth area of the invisible mouthpiece, and on the other hand, the bristles 43 arranged on the first surface 411 can be in full contact and scratch with the inner surface of the front tooth area of the invisible mouthpiece, thereby realizing efficient cleaning of the rear tooth area of the invisible mouthpiece.
The lengths and shapes of the individual bristles in the present application may be the same or different according to needs, and are not limited herein. In order to match the shape of the inner surface of the rear tooth area of the invisible mouthpiece, the first surface 411 of the present embodiment may further include a first sub-surface 4111 and a second sub-surface 4112 as shown in fig. 10, wherein the end where the first sub-surface 4111 and the second sub-surface 4112 meet is recessed towards the second cleaning portion.
As shown in fig. 5, the second cleaning portion 42 is configured to be composed of a second surface 421 and a third surface 422, and a predetermined included angle (an angle a in fig. 5) is formed between the second surface 421 and the third surface 422, and the predetermined included angle can be configured according to the cross-sectional shape of the anterior tooth area of the invisible tooth socket for the user, and the included angle ranges from 15 ° to 140 °. By arranging the second surface 421 and the third surface 422 at an included angle, the present embodiment can make the contact portion of the second cleaning portion 42 with the inner surface of the invisible mouthpiece form a shape narrowing from one end to the other end. The cross section formed by the inner surface of the front tooth area of the invisible tooth socket is in a shape that the bottom is narrow and gradually widens from the bottom to the opening part. Therefore, the shape of the outer wall of the second cleaning portion 42 in this embodiment is just matched with the shape of the cross section formed by the inner surface of the front teeth area of the invisible mouthpiece, so that on one hand, the first cleaning portion 41 can rapidly move in the groove formed by the inner surface of the front teeth area of the invisible mouthpiece, and on the other hand, the bristles 43 arranged on the second surface 421 and the third surface 422 can sufficiently contact and scrape the inner surface of the front teeth area of the invisible mouthpiece, thereby realizing efficient cleaning of the front teeth area of the invisible mouthpiece.
The specific use method of the toothbrush of the embodiment is as follows:
the toothbrush handle 30 is held by hand, the second cleaning part 42 of the toothbrush head 40 faces the opening of the groove of the invisible mouthpiece, then the toothbrush head 40 is inserted into the groove formed on the inner surface of the anterior dental area of the invisible mouthpiece, and the toothbrush head 40 is driven to reciprocate in the groove formed on the inner surface of the anterior dental area of the invisible mouthpiece by operating the handle 30, so that the bristles 43 arranged on the second surface 421 and the third surface 422 are repeatedly scraped off the inner surface of the anterior dental area of the invisible mouthpiece, and substances such as plaque and soft calculus attached to the inner surface of the anterior dental area of the invisible mouthpiece are removed from the inner surface of the anterior dental area of the invisible mouthpiece. During the process, the invisible tooth socket can be washed by fluid such as water, and impurities such as the stripped bacterial plaque, soft dirt and the like are washed out from the groove formed on the inner surface of the invisible tooth socket.
After the inner surface of the front tooth area of the invisible tooth socket is cleaned, a user can rotate the brush holder 30 to enable the brush head 40 to rotate to an opening of the first cleaning part 41 facing to the groove of the invisible tooth socket, then the brush head 40 is inserted into the groove formed on the inner surface of the rear tooth area of the invisible tooth socket, and the brush head 40 is driven by operating the brush holder 30 to reciprocate in the groove formed on the inner surface of the rear tooth area of the invisible tooth socket, so that the brush bristles 43 arranged on the arc-shaped surface are repeatedly scraped with the inner surface of the rear tooth area of the invisible tooth socket, and substances such as dental plaque, soft dirt and the like attached to the inner surface of the rear tooth area of the invisible tooth socket are removed from the inner surface of the rear tooth area of the invisible tooth socket. During the process, the invisible tooth socket can be washed by fluid such as water, and impurities such as the stripped bacterial plaque, soft dirt and the like are washed out from the groove formed on the inner surface of the invisible tooth socket.
Wherein the clean order in tooth district and back tooth district before the stealthy facing can be exchanged, also can clean the back tooth district earlier promptly, then rotate brush head 40 and make the clean front tooth district of second cleaning portion 42 with second cleaning portion 42 behind the groove of stealthy facing, can also be the clean of front tooth district and back tooth district and go on in turn, as long as satisfy with the clean back tooth district of first cleaning portion 41, clean front tooth district with second cleaning portion 42 can, this embodiment does not do the restriction to the clean order in front tooth district and back tooth district.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the handle 30 is provided with a head 40 orientation recognition structure and/or component and/or logo.
Since the cleaning portions of the brush head 40 used for cleaning the front teeth area and the rear teeth area of the invisible mouthpiece are different in this embodiment, it is not easy for the user to judge the orientation of the brush head 40 after the brush head 40 is inserted into the socket of the mouthpiece. Since the handle 30 is exposed outside the hidden braces during use. To facilitate the user's ability to use the correct cleaning portions to clean different dental regions, the present embodiment assists the user in determining the orientation of the brush head 40 by means of the orientation recognition structure and/or components and/or markings of the brush head 40 provided on the handle 30 to ensure that the second cleaning portion 42 faces the bottom of the socket of the invisible mouthpiece when cleaning the front dental regions and the first cleaning portion 41 faces the bottom of the socket of the invisible mouthpiece when cleaning the rear dental regions.
As one of the ways, in the embodiment, the orientation recognition structure of the brush head 40 includes a first recognition structure located at the same circumferential position as the first cleaning part 41 and a second recognition structure located at the same circumferential position as the first cleaning part 41, and the first recognition structure is different from the second recognition structure.
Wherein the same circumferential position means that the angular positions about the axial direction of the brush head 40 as the rotation center are the same. This embodiment assists the user in determining the orientation of the first cleaning portion 41 and the second cleaning portion 42 when using the toothbrush handle 30 held by the user. Since the first identification structure is aligned with the first cleaning part 41 and the second identification structure is aligned with the second cleaning part 42, the user can easily and accurately know the orientations of the first cleaning part 41 and the second cleaning part 42 according to the orientations of the first identification structure and the second identification structure.
For the respective user identification, in the present embodiment, the outer surface shape of the first identification structure is the same as the outer surface shape of the first cleaning portion 41, and the outer surface shape of the second identification structure is the same as the outer surface shape of the second cleaning portion 42.
For example, if the outer surface of the first cleaning portion 41 is circular, the outer surface of the first identification structure is also circular, and the sizes of the circles may not be completely the same. The outer surface of the second cleaning portion 42 is triangular, and the outer surface of the second recognition structure is also triangular, and the sizes of the triangles may be different. Thus, when the user sees the orientation of the identification feature on handle 30, the orientation of the cleaning portion having the same shape as the identification feature is known.
The first and second identification structures may also be surface textures located on the surface of the handle 30. For example, a ring-shaped texture is formed on the handle 30 at a position in the same circumferential direction as the first cleaning portion 41, and a grid-shaped texture is formed on the handle 30 at a position in the same circumferential direction as the second cleaning portion 42, so that the user can determine the orientation of the brush head 40 based on the texture of the hand when holding the handle 30.
In addition, corresponding indicia may be provided on the handle 30 at circumferential locations opposite the respective cleaning portions. For example, an ink ribbon of a first color is provided at a position in the same circumferential direction as the first cleaning portion 41, and an ink ribbon of a second color different from the first color is provided at a position in the same circumferential direction as the second cleaning portion 42. For example, a mark or character of a first shape is provided at a position in the same circumferential direction as the first cleaning portion 41, and a mark or character of a second shape different from the mark or character of the first shape is provided at a position in the same circumferential direction as the second cleaning portion 42.
