14. The attachment position adjustable diaphragm of claim 13, wherein the difference between the length of the long side of the slot and the length of the long side of the attachment member is equal to the length of the first magnetic pole or the second magnetic pole.
15. The attachment position adjustable diaphragm of claim 14, wherein the length of the long side of the slot hole is 1.5 times the length of the attachment member, and the length of the first magnetic pole and the length of the second magnetic pole are respectively half the length of the attachment member.
