The angle type conical surface sealing stop valve with the pressure relief function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the fixing frame comprises a mounting ring body, a valve rod nut, a front support plate and a rear support plate, the valve rod nut is in threaded connection with the outer side of the valve rod corresponding to the position above the gland body, the mounting ring body is sleeved on the outer side of the valve rod nut, the mounting ring body is fixedly mounted with the valve rod nut through a second fixing bolt, and the mounting ring body is fixedly connected with the top of the valve cover through the front support plate and the rear support plate.
