When the cutter head 6 is in a working state, the bearing seats 3-6 are abutted against the extending parts of the limiting plates, the limiting plates limit the bearing seats 3-6 to further rotate, the cutter head 6 is ensured to be in a horizontal state, and the cutting edges of the blades are parallel to each other, so that the same cutting length of the fiber filaments is ensured, and the cutting precision is high.
In this embodiment, the number of limiting plates may be one or two.
When a limiting plate is arranged, the limiting plate is fixed on one side surface of the bracket 2, and the cutter head 6 is overturned and reset from the direction of the other side surface of the bracket 2.
When setting up two limiting plates, the limiting plate is dismantled and is set up on two lateral wall faces of support 2, and first limiting plate and second limiting plate are all dismantled through the bolt and are installed on two sides of support 2. When the cutter head 6 is in a working state, the bearing seats 3-6 are clamped by the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate, and two ends of each bearing seat 3-6 respectively abut against the two limiting plates. When the cutter head 6 needs to be replaced, the first limiting plate is detached, the cutter head 6 is turned 180 degrees from one side of the first limiting plate, the cutter head 6 is replaced, the cutter head is reversely rotated 180 degrees for resetting after replacement is completed, when the bearing blocks 3-6 abut against the second limiting plate, the reset position is reached, the first limiting plate is installed, and the bearing blocks 3-6 are clamped tightly. Through setting up two limiting plates, can prevent effectively that the blade disc from taking place the upset in the course of the work, improve the operational reliability of chopping machine.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, one end of the limiting plate is connected to the side wall of the bracket 2 through a rotating shaft, the other end of the limiting plate is a free end, and the free end of the limiting plate extends out of the side end surface of the bracket 2 to limit the rotation of the bearing seats 3-6. Connect the limiting plate on support 2 through rotating, can prevent that the limiting plate from losing at the dismantlement in-process, convenient operation moreover.
In this embodiment, the cutter head 6 is structured as shown in fig. 8, and the cutter head 6 includes a tooth holder 6-1, a cover plate 6-2, a gland 6-3, a connecting seat 6-4, a blade 6-5, and a pressing ring. The tooth holders 6-1 are of disc structures, the number of the tooth holders 6-1 is two, the tooth holders are respectively a first tooth holder and a second tooth holder, connecting seat mounting holes are formed in the centers of the first tooth holder and the second tooth holder, the two tooth holders 6-1 are fixed to the two ends of the connecting seat 6-4 through bolts, the first tooth holder is located above the second tooth holder, a certain distance is reserved between the first tooth holder and the second tooth holder, the working length of the blade 6-5 is large, and the cutting capacity is high. The tooth holder 6-1 is provided with a plurality of rectangular tooth grooves for mounting the blades 6-5, the rectangular tooth grooves are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the tooth holder 6-1, the blades 6-5 are arranged on the rectangular tooth grooves of the two tooth holders 6-1, the blades 6-5 are parallel to the transmission shaft, the cutting edges of the blades 6-5 face outwards and are on the same reference circle, the cutting edges of the blades are parallel to each other, the intervals between the cutting edges of the two adjacent blades are equal, the connecting holder 6-4 is positioned at the center of the cutter head 6, and the center line of the connecting holder 6-4 is coincident with the center line of the cutter head 6.
In the embodiment, a plurality of blades 6-5 are uniformly distributed on the cutter head 6 along the radial direction, the number of the blades 6-5 is increased or reduced according to the requirement of the fiber cutting length, the blades 6-5 are parallel to the transmission shaft, and the cutting edges are arranged outwards; the toothholder 6-1 is of a hollow structure, cut cellosilk is separated from the gap between adjacent blades under the combined action of the extrusion of the pressing wheel and the rotating centripetal force of the cutter head, and vertically drops from the hollow gap on the inner side of the cutter head, so that the shredding is finished. At least the second toothholder on the lower part is of a hollow structure, and if the first toothholder on the upper part is also of a hollow structure, the hollow part needs to be covered by the cover plate 6-2, so that cut filaments are prevented from being extruded from the first toothholder on the upper part, and all the cut filaments are guaranteed to smoothly fall from the blanking port.
In the embodiment, the connecting seat 6-4 is detachably connected with the transmission shaft of the first transmission mechanism, and the connecting seat 6-4 is connected with the transmission shaft through the conical surface, the spline and the end surface pressing plate, so that the cutter head can be quickly replaced, and the cutter head is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
In this embodiment, two tooth holders 6-1 are respectively provided with a pressing cover 6-3, that is, the peripheries of the first tooth holder and the second tooth holder are respectively provided with a first pressing cover and a second pressing cover, the pressing covers 6-3 on two sides are respectively fixed on the tooth holder 6-1 through bolts, the pressing covers 6-3 are used for limiting the blade 6-5, so that the blade 6-5 is prevented from being disengaged from the rectangular tooth socket, and the cutting edges of the blade 6-5 can be positioned on the same circumference.
Considering that the cut length of the fiber filament needs to be kept constant, the gaps between the two adjacent blades 6-5 are equal. However, in the shredding process, if the blade is broken, a local blade gap is increased, and a large amount of defective broken filaments are generated. Based on this, in the cutter head 6 of this embodiment, the pressing rings are disposed at two ends of the blade 6-5, the blade 6-5 is pressed by the pressing rings, the pressing rings are made of high-elasticity polyurethane, the pressing rings are of a ring structure, the two pressing rings are respectively mounted at two ends of the blade 6-5, that is, the pressing rings are disposed between the blade 6-5 and the gland 6-3, the first pressing ring is mounted between the first tooth holder and the first gland, the second pressing ring is mounted between the second tooth holder and the second gland, and the mounting of the pressing rings can prevent the blade 6-5 from directly contacting with the gland 6-3, prevent the blade 6-5 from directly contacting with the gland 6-3 to cause fracture, not only prolong the service life of the blade 6-5, but also ensure the shredding effect.
In a preferred embodiment of the embodiment, the tooth holder 6-1 is made of alloy stainless steel, and the contact strength of the groove bottom is improved by nitriding treatment; the blade 6-5 is made of alloy steel.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the glass fiber chopping machine further includes a guiding mechanism 7, the guiding mechanism 7 is disposed on the upper surface of the mounting platform 1, the guiding mechanism 7 is configured to gather the fiber filaments of the plurality of cakes together and guide the gathered fiber filaments to wind on the cutter head 6, as shown in fig. 12 to 13, the guiding mechanism 7 includes a guide slot fixing plate 7-2, a guide rod 7-3, and a closing-up guide slot 7-4. The guide groove fixing plate 7-2 is of an L-shaped structure and comprises a first vertical plate and a first transverse plate, the first transverse plate is fixed on the upper surface of the mounting platform 1, and a plurality of guide rod 7-3 mounting holes are uniformly formed in the first transverse plate and the first vertical plate, wherein the mounting holes are threaded holes, the guide rods 7-3 are mounted on the guide groove fixing plate 7-2 through threads, or the mounting holes are through holes, threaded holes are formed in the bottoms of the guide rods 7-3, and the guide groove fixing plate 7-2 is mounted on the guide groove fixing plate through bolts and gaskets; the closing-in guide groove 7-4 is of a side opening structure and comprises a top plate, a side plate and a bottom plate which are integrally arranged, the side plate of the closing-in guide groove 7-4 is arranged on the mounting platform 1 through a vertical rotating shaft, the rotating angle of the closing-in guide groove 7-4 is adjustable, and the closing-in guide groove 7-4 is fixed at a specified angle by nuts. The number of the guide rods 7-3 is multiple, the guide rods 7-3 are horizontally and vertically arranged, illustratively, the two horizontally arranged guide rods 7-3 and the two vertically arranged guide rods 7-3 form a # -shape, the fiber wires of the plurality of wire discs pass through a through hole in the center of the # -shape, and after the closing-in guide grooves 7-4 are integrated into a whole, the fiber wires are uniformly wound on the cutter disc 6 for cutting. In the cutting process, the entering direction of the fiber bundle can be changed by adjusting the direction of the closing-in guide groove 7-4 and the position of the guide rod 7-3, so that the cutting quality of the fiber filaments is ensured.
Because the plurality of guide rod 7-3 mounting holes are uniformly formed in the first transverse plate and the first vertical plate, the positions of the guide rods 7-3 are adjustable, the included angles between the fibers of the plurality of fiber discs and the central lines of the groined through holes can be small by controlling the positions and the gaps between the guide rods 7-3, the fibers and the guide rods 7-3 are prevented from being in large angles, the resistance is reduced, the fibers are prevented from being pulled apart at the guide rods 7-3, and the fibers are convenient to guide in.
In this embodiment, the guide mechanism 7 further includes a fixing plate 7-1, and the fixing plate 7-1 is used to fix the guide slot fixing plate 7-2 on the upper surface of the mounting platform 1, so as to prevent the guide slot fixing plate 7-2 from moving. Specifically, the fixing plate 7-1 is also of an L-shaped structure and comprises a second vertical plate and a second transverse plate, the second vertical plate is fixedly connected with the first vertical plate through bolts, and the second transverse plate is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the mounting platform 1. Through the fixing plate 7-1 with the L-shaped structure, the stability of the guide groove fixing plate 7-2 can be improved, the phenomenon that the guide groove fixing plate moves in the guide wire process to influence the wire cutting effect is avoided, the guide groove fixing plate can be used for simultaneously cutting a plurality of spinning cakes, and the guide groove fixing plate plays an important role in improving the wire cutting product quantity.
In a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the glass fiber chopping machine is further provided with a safety protection device 4, and the safety protection device 4 is detachably mounted on the bracket 2 and is used for covering the rotating part of the power mechanism 3, so as to protect an operator when the driving pulley 3-3, the driven pulley 3-7 and the synchronous belt 3-4 rotate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the safety protection device 4 comprises a protection wall and a top wall, the bottom of the safety protection device 4 is of an open structure, the safety protection device 4 is detachably mounted on the bracket 2, the driving pulley 3-3, the synchronous belt 3-4 and the driven pulley 3-7 are covered inside the safety protection device 4, when the cutter head 6 needs to be replaced, the safety protection device 4 is detached, the tensioning device 3-5 is adjusted to enable the synchronous belt 3-4 to be in a detachable state, the synchronous belt 3-4 is detached from the driven pulley 3-7, the limiting device 5-2 is detached, the bearing seat 3-6 and the rotating shaft frame 5-3 are in a relatively free rotating state, the rotating mechanism 5 is used for driving the cutter head 6 to turn over 180 degrees, the quick replacement of the cutter head 6 is completed, and after the replacement is completed, the cutter head 6 is turned over 180 degrees reversely for resetting, limiting by using a limiting device 5-2, fixing a bearing seat 3-6 and a rotating shaft bracket 5-3 by using a bolt, adjusting a tensioning device 3-5 to enable a synchronous belt 3-4 to be in a tensioned state, installing a safety protection device 4 on a support 2, covering a driving belt wheel 3-3, the synchronous belt 3-4 and a driven belt wheel 3-7 in the safety protection device 4, and restarting a chopping machine to perform cutting work.
The protection device of the existing short cutting equipment is of an integral structure, the integral protection device is large in size and heavy in weight, the protection device needs to be completely disassembled when a cutter head is replaced, the disassembly needs to be completed by at least two persons, and the operation is complex, the labor intensity is high, and the consumed time is long. In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the safety shield 4 comprises a first shield 4-2 and a second shield 4-4, wherein the first shield 4-2 comprises a first protective wall and a first top wall, the second shield 4-4 comprises a second protective wall and a second top wall, and the first top wall and the second top wall are connected by a hinge 4-1; the second shield 4-4 is fixed on the support 2, the second shield 4-4 covers the driving belt wheel 3-3 in a buckling mode, the first shield 4-2 covers the driven belt wheel 3-7 in a buckling mode, the first shield 4-2 is connected with the second shield 4-4 through a hinge 4-1, the first shield 4-2 can turn over around the hinge 4-1 relative to the second shield 4-4, and the first shield 4-2 is fixed at the top end of the rotating shaft frame 5-3 through bolts, so that noise caused by operation of equipment is avoided. When the cutter head is replaced, the first shield 4-2 is lifted, the second shield 4-4 is fixed, the driven pulley 3-4 is exposed, the tensioning device 3-5 is adjusted to enable the synchronous belt 3-4 to be loosened and in a detachable state, the synchronous belt 3-4 is detached from the driven pulley 3-7, the cutter head is turned over by 180 degrees through the rotating mechanism, and the cutter head is replaced. Through setting up safety device 4 into flip structure, need not dismantle the protection casing is whole, and just can dismantle the protection casing alone, convenient operation, intensity of labour is little, realizes quick replacement blade disc, apparent improvement efficiency.
In this embodiment, the second shield 4-4 is fixed to the stand 2 by a support assembly 4-5, the support assembly 4-5 is made of angle steel, and the support assembly 4-5 is used to fix the second shield 4-4 to the stand 2 and support the second shield 4-4 and the first shield 4-2 to be maintained at a designated height. Specifically, one side of a second shield 4-4 is fixed on a motor base 3-1 through a first support assembly, the other side of the second shield 4-4 is fixed on a rotating shaft bracket 5-3 through a second support assembly, the support assembly can be an L-shaped structure and comprises a transverse support and a vertical support, the vertical support of the first support assembly is fixed on the side wall of the motor base 3-2, and the vertical support of the second support assembly is fixed on the side wall of the rotating shaft bracket 5-3; the lower end of the second protecting wall of the second protecting cover 4-4 is directly fixed on the cross support of the first supporting component and the second supporting component, or the lower end of the second protecting wall of the second protecting cover 4-4 is connected with the cross support of the first supporting component and the second supporting component through a connecting plate.
In order to improve the stability of the first shield 4-2 and prevent the chopping machine from deflecting in the working process, a supporting and limiting part is arranged on the first protective wall, a limiting hole is formed in the top end face of the rotating shaft frame 5-3, one end of the supporting and limiting part is fixed on the inner side of the first protective wall through a bolt, a limiting rod is arranged at the other end of the supporting and limiting part, the limiting rod can be detachably inserted into the limiting hole in the top end face of the rotating shaft frame 5-3 and used for limiting the lateral movement of the first shield 4-2 and avoiding interference with the driven pulley 3-7 and the synchronous belt 3-4, and therefore the working reliability of the chopping machine is guaranteed.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the supporting and limiting member is a bent plate-shaped structure, the bent plate-shaped structure includes a vertical portion and a horizontal portion, the vertical portion is fixed inside the first protective wall, and the limiting rod is disposed on the horizontal portion and perpendicular to the horizontal portion; or the transverse part is provided with a threaded hole, the limiting hole on the top end face of the rotating shaft frame 5-3 is a threaded hole, and the supporting limiting part is fixed on the rotating shaft frame 5-3 through a bolt or a screw. The first protective cover 4-2 is detachably mounted on the rotary shaft frame 5-3 by utilizing the supporting and limiting piece of the bent plate-shaped structure, so that the first protective cover 4-2 can be prevented from moving laterally, the working reliability of the chopping machine is ensured, and the first protective cover 4-2 can be turned over quickly when the cutter head 6 is replaced.
In order to facilitate the operation, the first protective cover 4-2 is provided with a handle 4-3, the second protective cover 4-4 can also be provided with a handle, the handle 4-3 is arranged at the outer side of the first protective wall and the outer side of the second protective wall, the first protective cover 4-2 or the second protective cover 4-4 can be conveniently installed or disassembled by operating the handle 4-3, the operation is convenient, and the disassembly, assembly and replacement efficiency of the cutter head is improved.
Utilize the glass fiber chopper of this embodiment to shred, the course of operation is as follows:
after fibers on a plurality of groups of spinning cakes (usually 200-300 groups of spinning cakes) are manually gathered, the fibers pass through a guide mechanism 7 and are wound on a cutter head 6 for a plurality of circles for fixing;
starting the power mechanism 3, driving the cutter head 6 to rotate by the power mechanism 3, continuously winding fibers on the cutter head 6 until the fiber bundles are sufficiently wound on the cutter head 6, wherein the fiber bundles wound on the cutter head 6 have a certain thickness, and when the winding thickness of the fiber bundles reaches 0.8-2mm, the fiber bundles are preferably 1 mm; the pinch roller mechanism 8 acts to drive the pinch roller 8-4 to be close to the cutter head 6 and press the fiber bundle in, and the shredding is finished. Specifically, a hydraulic control unit of a pinch roller mechanism 8 enables a pinch roller 8-4 to be close to a cutter head 6 and to press a fiber bundle at a set pressure, the accumulated fiber bundle is pushed to a cutting edge of a blade 6-5 by the extrusion force applied by the pinch roller 8-4, the fiber bundle on the cutter head 6 has a certain thickness, the cutting edge of the cutter head is at a certain distance from the peripheral wall of the pinch roller, an inner layer fiber yarn wound on the cutter head 6 is firstly cut off, then the outer layer fiber yarn is continuously wound along with the continuous rotation of the cutter head 6, the inner layer fiber yarn is simultaneously cut off, the thickness of the fiber bundle wound on the cutter head is basically kept constant, a newly cut fiber yarn inwards extrudes the firstly cut fiber yarn, the firstly cut fiber yarn on the inner layer is separated from a gap between adjacent blades 6-5 under the combined action of the extrusion of the pinch roller 6-5 and the centripetal force of the rotation of the cutter head, and falls off from the inner side of the cutter head vertically, thereby completing shredding.
Compared with the prior art, the glass fiber chopping machine that this embodiment provided has following beneficial effect for off-line chopping machine:
(1) the blade disc is dismantled with drive mechanism's transmission shaft and is connected, makes the blade disc upset 180 through rotary mechanism, directly changes the blade disc, changes the blade disc required time and only needs 10 minutes to can accomplish the blade change under the line, not influence the operation of equipment, guaranteed the production continuity, can not dismantle for traditional cutter blade disc, change the blade and need go on equipment, change a blade and need 2 ~ 3 hours, the utility model discloses change the blade disc required time and be 1/18-1/12 of current cutter blade disc change time, production efficiency promotes by a wide margin.

(4) The two ends of a worm of the rotating mechanism extend out of the side wall of the support, the driving threads are arranged in the middle of the worm, hand wheels are detachably mounted at the two ends of the worm, the rotating mechanism can be operated on one side of the support to enable the cutter head to turn over for a certain angle according to the field situation, and the cutter head can be rapidly replaced in various working occasions.
(5) The rotating mechanism is provided with the limiting plate, so that the cutter head can be abutted against the extending part of the limiting plate in a working state, the limiting plate limits the bearing seat to further rotate, the cutter head is ensured to be in a horizontal state, and the cutting edges of the blades are parallel to each other, so that the same cutting length of the fiber filaments is ensured, and the cutting precision is high.

(7) The guide mechanism is used for gathering yarns of each spinning cake together, the entering direction of the fiber bundle can be changed by adjusting the direction of the closing guide groove and the position of the guide rod in the cutting process, the cutting quality of the fiber is guaranteed, the guide mechanism is simple in structure, the adjusting operation is simple and convenient, and the equipment cost is reduced.
(8) By arranging the safety protection device, the rotating part of the power mechanism is covered, so that the protection of an operator is ensured when the driving belt wheel, the driven belt wheel and the synchronous belt rotate, and the working safety of the equipment is improved; and through setting up safety device into flip structure, need not dismantle the protection casing is whole, and just can dismantle the protection casing alone, convenient operation, intensity of labour is little, realizes quick replacement blade disc, apparent improvement efficiency.

the hydraulic cylinder (8-2) is fixed on the mounting platform (1), one end of the rocker arm (8-3) is connected with a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder (8-2), and the other end of the rocker arm is provided with a pressing wheel (8-4) in a rolling mode.
