The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, as those skilled in the art will be able to make similar modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, a pair of protective pants 10 includes a pants body 100, a protection member 200 and a fixing member 300, a crotch of the pants body 100 includes an inner layer 110 and an outer layer 120 which are oppositely disposed, a receiving cavity 130 is formed between the inner layer 110 and the outer layer 120, and a waist 140 of the pants body 100 has a fixing opening for passing a ureter out; the protection piece 200 is provided with a protection cavity, the protection piece 200 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 130, and the protection cavity is used for placing the genitals of the patient; the fixing member 300 is used to fix the urinary catheter on the outside of the underpants body 100.
After male genital organ operation, a patient wears the underpants, and genital wound inevitably rubs with the underpants, thereby causing wound infection and inflammation. Meanwhile, a stay ureter is inserted into the genital organ of the patient, and when the patient moves, the ureter and underpants collide to a certain extent, so that the ureter is reversely folded, twisted or even accidentally pulled out, and then the wound of the patient is poorly healed, and the infection is worsened. In this embodiment, after the protection member 200 is first placed in the accommodation cavity 130, the patient wears the protection pants 10 and places the genitals in the protection cavity, so that the genitals of the patient are limited in a certain space range. Because the protection member 200 is located between the inner layer portion 110 and the outer layer portion 120, when the genitals are placed in the protection cavity, the genitals are in contact with the inner layer portion 110, but not in direct contact with the protection member 200, so that the situation that the genitals generate large friction along with the movement range of a patient when the patient moves is avoided, and infection and inflammation caused by friction of genital wounds are effectively avoided. Meanwhile, as the ureter is inserted into the genitals of the patient, the protection piece 200 limits the movement range of the genitals, so that the phenomenon that the ureter is accidentally pulled out of the genitals due to large-range movement of the patient can be avoided. In addition, the underpants body 100 has a fixing opening through which the ureter passes out of the protection pants 10, is externally connected to an external device, and is fixed to the underpants body 100 by the fixing member 300. Therefore, compare in traditional ureter fixed mode, this application with the ureter snap-on protection trousers 10, improved the security and the travelling comfort of protection trousers 10. In addition, the fixed opening can further limit the moving range of the ureter, ensure the stability of the ureter between the patient and the protective trousers 10 and improve the reliability of the protective trousers 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the guard 200 has a length L1In the range of 10cm to 15cm, and a width W thereof1The thickness T is 5cm-10cm1The range is 0.1cm-0.3 cm. The size of the protection member 200 can be selected according to the actual requirement of the patient, and the protection cavity can be adjusted according to the size of the protection member 200, as long as the patient can feel comfortable.
In one embodiment, the protective shield 200 is provided with at least one peripheral edge on its edge for fitting against the abdomen of the patient. The surrounding edge can be attached to the abdomen of the patient, in the moving process of the patient, the protection piece 200 can be further limited not to slide freely in the accommodating cavity 130, the anti-skid piece and the abdomen of the patient can be maintained at a relatively stable position, meanwhile, the genitals of the patient can be protected not to be collided by the edge of the protection piece 200, and the safety of the protection piece 200 is improved. Further, the surrounding edge is made of silica gel. The surrounding edge made of the silica gel material is nontoxic and tasteless, has little reaction to human tissues, does not stimulate surrounding tissues to generate inflammation, and ensures the comfort of the protective trousers 10.
Further, the skirt is fixedly attached to the edge of the protection member 200. For example, the peripheral edge is fixedly attached to the edge of the protection member 200 by means of heat melting, injection molding or adhesive bonding. The above-described fastening of the peripheral edges to the edges of the protection member 200 reduces the cost of using the protection pants 10.
In another embodiment, the skirt is removably attached to the edge of the protective shield 200. For example, the skirt may be attached to the edge of the protective member 200 by way of a snap, snap or snap connection. Alternatively, the skirt may be provided on the edge of the protection member 200 in other detachable manners as long as the detachment of the skirt on the protection member 200 can be facilitated. When the skirt is worn and cannot fit the abdomen of the patient, the medical staff can detach the skirt from the protection member 200 and replace the skirt with a new one. Thus, the protective member 200 can be used continuously only by replacing the surrounding edge, which effectively reduces the use cost of the protective pants 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the protection member 200 is formed with a grid-shaped protection groove 210 on an outer side thereof. Shield trench 210 includes a horizontal shield trench 210 and a vertical shield trench 210, and horizontal shield trench 210 and vertical shield trench 210 are staggered to form a grid-like shield trench 210. The shield bath 210 can reduce the weight of the shielding member 200 to some extent while not affecting the main function of the shielding member 200. The protective groove 210 effectively reduces the burden on the patient and also reduces the production cost of the protective pants 10.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the protection member 200 has at least two protection holes 220, and the number of the protection holes 220 is at least two. The protection holes 220 penetrate through the protection member 200, and the protection holes 220 can reduce the weight of the protection member 200 to a certain extent while not affecting the main functions of the protection member 200, and can provide a certain ventilation effect, thereby ensuring the ventilation property of the abdomen of a patient and improving the comfort of the protection pants 10.
Specifically, the protection member 200 is made of medical silica gel. The silica gel has good biocompatibility, no irritation, no toxicity, no anaphylaxis and little organism rejection to human tissues; has good physical and chemical properties, can keep the original elasticity and softness during the contact process with body fluid and tissues, is not degraded, and is a stable inert substance. Can resist high temperature and can be disinfected. The processing and forming are convenient, the carving shape is easy to process, and the use is convenient.
In another embodiment, the protection member 200 is made of medical latex. The rubber has good air permeability, can prevent bacteria from breeding and is easy to clean. The rubber also has the characteristic of easy degradation, so that the rubber is used as a manufacturing raw material of the medical equipment, and the waste medical equipment can be naturally demarcated, so that the rubber is very environment-friendly.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the protective cavity is a C-shaped cavity or a J-shaped cavity. The protective cavity has enough space for placing the genitals of the patient, but the space cannot be too large, and the genitals of the patient can have a large moving range, so that the urinary catheter is accidentally pulled out of the genitals. The protective cavity ensures the safety of the protective pants 10 while ensuring the comfort of the patient.
Specifically, the fixing member 300 is a catheter fixing patch. The catheter fixing patch can fix most of the catheter on the outside of the underpants body 100. The catheter fixing patch is divided into a single-tube fixing patch and a double-tube fixing patch, can be selected according to the number of the catheters of the patient, and has high applicability, so that the applicability of the protective trousers 10 is also improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the pair of pants 10 further includes an adjustment member 400, the adjustment member 400 is disposed on the waist portion 140 of the pants body 100, and the adjustment member 400 is used for adjusting the size of the waist portion 140 of the pants body 100. Because the adjusting piece 400 can adjust the size of the waist 140 of the pants body 100, the protection pants 10 can be suitable for patients of different ages and waistline sizes, and the application range of the protection pants 10 is widened.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 4, an adjusting opening is formed on the waist portion 140 of the underwear body 100, a connecting portion is connected between two opposite sides of the adjusting opening, two opposite ends of the adjusting piece 400 are respectively connected to the underwear body 100 and respectively located at two opposite sides of the adjusting opening, a fixing opening is formed between the adjusting piece 400 and the connecting portion, and a connecting position of at least one end of the adjusting piece 400 on the underwear body 100 is adjustable. After the ureter of the patient passes out of the protective pants 10, the ureter is connected to an external device through a fixing opening formed between the adjusting member 400 and the connecting portion. When the adjusting member 400 adjusts the size of the waist 140, the urinary catheter is inserted into the fixing opening, and the urinary catheter can be fixed on the waist 140 of the underwear body 100 under the combined action of the adjusting member 400 and the connecting part. The conventional way of fixing the urinary catheter is to directly stick the urinary catheter to the waist 140 of the patient by medical adhesive tape. Dermatitis is easily caused by the long-time contact of the skin of a patient with the ureter and the adhesive tape, meanwhile, the medical adhesive tape cannot fix the ureter on the waist 140 of the patient after being used for a long time, frequent replacement is needed, medical resources are wasted, and if the ureter falls off due to untimely replacement, certain pain is also caused to the patient. In this embodiment, the connecting portion and the adjusting member 400 form a fixing opening to fix the urinary catheter, and the connecting portion separates the urinary catheter from the patient, so that the urinary catheter does not directly contact the skin of the patient, and comfort of the pair of protective pants 10 is ensured. Furthermore, the connection position of the adjusting member 400 on the underwear body 100 is adjustable, that is, the fixing function of the fixing opening to the ureter can be adjusted according to the actual situation, and the applicability of the protective trousers 10 is improved under the condition of ensuring the fixing stability of the ureter. The size of the waist part 140 of the underwear body 100 can be adjusted, and the ureter can be fixed, so that the design and manufacturing cost of the protective trousers 10 is saved. Finally, the urinary catheter does not need to be fixed by frequently using the medical adhesive tape, so that medical resources are saved, and the environment is protected.
