In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the present disclosure provides an audio acquisition device, further including a status indication component 6, where the status indication component 6 is disposed on the first partition 2 and arranged along a periphery of the audio acquisition component 3, and the status indication component 6 is in communication connection with the control system, so as to send different status indication information to a user according to an operating status of the audio acquisition component 3, for example, when the audio acquisition component 3 is in a recording state, the status indication component 6 generally sends a first color light or a normally bright light; when the audio acquisition component 3 is in the closed state, the state indicating component 6 does not emit light; in the pause state of the audio collection assembly 3, the status indication assembly 6 emits a second color light or an intermittently flashing light.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a recording device, which comprises an audio acquisition device as described in the application, wherein the audio acquisition device comprises a body 1, a first split body 2 and an audio acquisition assembly 3, a control system is arranged in the body 1, the first split body 2 is movably connected with the body 1, the audio acquisition assembly 3 is arranged in the first split body 2 and is controlled by the control system, and when the first split body 2 is in a first pose, the control system controls the audio acquisition assembly 3 to be in a recording state; when the first body 2 is in the second position, the control system controls the audio capture assembly 3 to be in the off state or the pause state.
In particular, the recording device may be a terminal device for a product that provides a service to a merchant, enterprise level, or business department, such as a recording pen, a recording phone, or a tablet computer.

Claims (10)

1. An audio acquisition device, comprising:
a body (1) in which a control system is arranged;
the first split body (2) is movably connected with the body (1);
the audio acquisition assembly (3) is arranged in the first split body (2) and is controlled by the control system;
when the first split body (2) is in a first pose, the control system controls the audio acquisition assembly (3) to be in a recording state;
when the first split body (2) is in the second pose, the control system controls the audio acquisition assembly (3) to be in a closed state or a pause state.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that said first sub-body (2) comprises:
the first connecting part (22) is arranged on the first split body (2), and the first connecting part (22) is movably connected with the body (1) and is used for limiting movement of the first split body (2) relative to the body (1);
when the first connecting part (22) moves to a first limit position in a limiting way relative to the body (1), the first split body (2) is in a first pose;
when the first connecting part (22) moves to a second limit position in a limiting way relative to the body (1), the first split body (2) is in a second pose.
3. The device according to claim 2, characterized in that said body (1) comprises:
the accommodating groove (11) is arranged on the side surface of the body (1) and an opening structure is formed at the top of the accommodating groove (11);
the first connecting part (22) is arranged to be rotatably connected with the opening of the accommodating groove (11) so as to drive the first split body (2) to rotate by taking the first connecting part (22) as an axis;
when the first split body (2) rotates to a position far away from the body (1) through the first connecting part (22) and is abutted against the accommodating groove (11), the first connecting part (22) is located at the first limit position;
when the first split body (2) rotates to the inside of the accommodating groove (11) through the first connecting part (22), the first connecting part (22) is located at the second limit position.
4. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that said body (1) comprises:
the accommodating groove (11) is arranged on the side surface of the body (1) and an opening structure is formed at the top of the accommodating groove (11);
the first split body (2) is arranged to be in sliding connection with a side wall of the accommodating groove (11) so that the first split body (2) slides along the accommodating groove (11);
when the end part of the first split body (2) slides to the opening of the accommodating groove (11) along the accommodating groove (11), the first split body (2) is in a first pose;
when the first split body (2) slides into the accommodating groove (11) along the accommodating groove (11), the first split body (2) is in a second pose.
5. The device according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the first body (2) further comprises:
and a holding part (21) which is arranged on two sides of the first split body (2), wherein a gap is formed between the first split body (2) and the accommodating groove (11) through the holding part (21).
6. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
the state trigger assembly (4) is arranged on the body (1) and/or the first split body (2), and the state trigger assembly (4) is in communication connection with the control system so as to determine that the first split body (2) is located in the first position posture or the second position posture.
7. The apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
